• Christy (7/5): For the price and closeness to my son it’s was worth the stay. - I liked that it was very close to my son’s apartment. We got locked out for over an hour in the heat with no car. The washer did not work. The sliding door did not lock and we had to take a rod from the closet to fix that. The knob in the shower was broken and we had to fix it.

• Rachel (10/5): Perfect for a home away from home feel. - The electronic code on the door made it easy to check in and access the space without disrupting anything for the home owner. The washer filled up the sinks when washing clothes and the dryer had no way to exit the space, so it got a little warm, but not uncomfortable.
• Bruno (9/5): A nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood - This house was small, but ultimately nice, clean, and in a good neighborhood. It has plenty of parking and the facilities were what we needed. There was not much I disliked, but I wish the yard was nicer. It was empty and there was not much to look at. Other than that, there was nothing majored I disliked about this house.

• Stefan (7/5): Okay for some nights as a couple - Nice neighbours, ability to wash clothes, big fridge Unit #2 The sleeping room gets hot if you don't open all doors to the kitchen/ living room for air. You can only cook if you don't use something else (e.g. toaster) in the kitchen, otherwise the fuse will break (fusebox is hidden under a picture on the wall)

• Leo (3/5): Not so cheap after all - First night the owners, who live in the adjacent building, came home very late. I was already asleep after a long journey. They started: repairing a refridgerator, eating, chatting and laughing, ... Later in the night, around two am, got woken up by banging sounds, like they were knocking on a door or hammering on something. Got pretty smoked up since the exhaust vent of their oven was connected to the air ducts. All in all, the location is indeed quiet, but the property isn't.

• Vivian (6/5): Quiet and cozy stay - nice, quiet neighborhood, cozy house, fairly clean, fridge had waters stocked the mattresses were hard as a rock not very comfortable, the shower handles were loose it was hard to get the hot water on, when the AC was off it was hot in the rooms as there were no ceiling fans which is a must in Florida!
