Lana (4/5): - Unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments. A complete disappointment and a ruined mood. The host showed a complete lack of respect toward the guests. Only upon arrival did we realize that this was a private apartment and not a hotel (this was our mistake, and now I understand how to distinguish a hotel from private accommodation on this website). However, that is not the main issue. Due to lack of experience, I contacted the host with several questions, as the accommodation was booked for four people but was only prepared for two: bedding, bathroom, and toiletry items were provided only for two guests. I requested additional supplies for four people and asked several clarifying questions. Below, I have attached a screenshot of our correspondence regarding the issues we encountered. "Hello, Thank you — we received the blankets, two large towels, two pool towels, and the toiletries. However, I don’t understand why we were not provided with additional bed sheets — we need three more sheets. Also, for four people we only have two face/hand towels, although yesterday evening I wrote, called, and clarified that we need two additional sets of towels, not just two large ones. I also have a few questions: How often are dirty or wet towels replaced? How often is the room cleaned? Where can we find the dishwasher tablets? After how many days is the bed linen changed? Who is responsible for taking out the trash from the room? Thank you in advance.” And I received the following rather irritated response, which I am also attaching as a screenshot. "As an Airbnb/vacation rental, housekeeping services are NOT included with the stay. You are more than welcome to request our housekeeping crew to clean your unit. They charge $60 per cleaning and they will just need a day notice. You can pay them directly. What we drop off to you today was a just ONE-TIME courtesy. We normally do NOT provide any additional items. 1. We do not replace towels. You have washer and dryer, you can use it. 2. We do not clean rooms during your stay. 3. Underneath the kitchen sink, you will find 1 or 2 dishwasher tablets, if you need more, you can buy them at the store. 4. We do not change bed linens. Again, you have washer and dryer, you can use it. 5. You are responsible for taking the trash out. The trash room is located just down the hallway. You can simply open the door and send it down the shoot. Again, What we drop off to you today was a just ONE-TIME courtesy. Enjoy your stay." I would also like to point out that the second sleeping place in the form of a sofa is completely unsuitable for use: the sofa is broken and creaks so loudly that it disturbs rest. The mattress is old and impossible to sleep on.

Kara (10/5): - Will definitely stay again. I was able to do early check in with only a little fee. Which was worth it. The front desk was able to hold my bags until I was able to check in the room. Very comfortable stay. Clean room and enough space. I didnt know I booked with a private owner of the room so when I tried checking in they were basically telling me i dont have a reservation. Which is my fault for not fully understanding my booking. Anyways that was the only thing that stressed me out at first. But will definitely stay again and recommend. There's places around that are walking distant. The pool is nice and they have a bar outside.
Mario (7/5): Airbnb inside of an hotel. - Clean and comfortable. Close to universal You stay a hotel named “The Point”. Don’t look for a resort. It’s basically a AIRBNB inside of a hotel. Breakfast is $12 downstairs & there is no morning cleaning of your room. However the room does have a laundry machine if you want to do your own laundry.

This property was tucked away, but also in such a great spot to access international Drive and everything around it. Free parking is also available, which is rare to find in Orlando. Our suite was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only complaints were that the bathroom sink takes forever to drain. In the bedroom, one of the lamps doesn’t work, the bulb is about to die and same thing with the one above the little dining room table in the living room.

The building had a caffe inside, that served breakfast( she pre- heats food). However the laidy who attends at the caffereria, was rud rushing us to finish out coffe to leave. During our stay we were trying to get breakfast at 9:00 am and she was already closed. Supposedly breakfast was from 7am 10 am.

Also clean better! The shower curtain had red mold on it and the fridge had left over beer I’m guessing from the last guest

King (10/5): Great place, we will be back - The condo was great! It was clean and comfortable, it had almost everything we needed for our stay. The toilet kept running off and on so we just kept the bathroom door closed. The washer and dryer were very loud. Also, we didn't realize that the kitchen didn't have a baking pan.

Would definitely stay again with the host we had . Unit was perfect for us had everything that we needed. Loved being on a upper floor as well we were 8th floor pool view . Brad (10/5): Amazingly located and well equipped - would consider staying here again - The property was well equipped and excellently located. It is just off International Drive which allows good links to most local attractions (5 mins to Universal and 20-30 mins to Disney). The property comes with a Roku TV in the bedroom and living room, a kitchen (inc. microwave, hob, oven) and washing facilities (dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), which was excellent. We were also pleased to see a few tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, toilet roll and hand wash left for us. Other things we enjoyed was the ample parking, WiFi, hair dryer, ironing board, balcony and it being quiet on the evenings. I have seen previous comments suggesting they were disappointed with the lack of room cleaning owing to it being a hotel. Whilst the premise is a hotel, it seems to have been split into part hotel and part private. This means it is very much self catering, but you are provided with towels etc. and the means to clean them if you wish. There is a pool (which was nice and warm when we used it, but it was hot and therefore unsure if it is heated), a pool bar and a basic gym. The hosts were responsive and helpful, so that was very reassuring (albeit we had little reason to contact them). This is perfect for couples and we will be considering this property again in the future. Thank you for having us.

Mark (10/5): - I’ve been to Orlando over 15 times and this was my first time to stay on International drive. The apartment is absolutely perfect for a couple travelling. It is walking distance to so many attractions and restaurants and Ubers are so cheap due to the location. The suite was fully equipped with absolutely everything weekend and it was such a delighted stay for 2 weeks. Nothing. Everything was perfect.
