• kelli (8/5): Spacious and mostly well appointed condo near convention center in gated community. - It was very close to the convention center where we needed to be. The unit was spacious and in a gated community. Host was very responsive to concerns. The balcony was nice. Pool was heated. Little things like there was only one towel and one wash cloth per person - luckily we were only 3 people for an 8 person accommodation so we had extra but if there were 8 of us we would have been in trouble. The garbage can in the kitchen has an annoying swinging lid that was hard to get trash into the can as it got more full. The recliner on the couch had some malfunctions. There were several frying pans but there was not a spatula. There were no tissues/kleenex. All very minor things and easy to upgrade/fix.

• Kenya (5/5): Very Nice, but gunshots ruined our stay - The apartment was beyond lovely. Beautifully designed and everything was well put together. The bedrooms were all spacious. The living room was nice and cozy and the bathrooms were nice sized. Balcony area oversized and also very nice. I really took my to this me to collect my thoughts before submitting my review. I want to first say, the apartment home itself was extremely nice and in fact as soon as i stepped in, I said "wow! I would definitely come back". However, on the very first night, in the very wee hours of the morning, my family and i were awakened to very loud and very powerful gunshots! No less than 10 back to back. It happened directly outside my building and woke us right up. My 8yr old daughter was very scared. I told her to just lay still until we were sure the shooting had stopped. I am still not sure what happened to this day. The police did respond within minutes but we were shaken and had anxiety for the remainder of the trip with little to no sleep. How could this happen in a very nice vacation community that is gated? I do understand crime can happen anywhere at anytime and it is of no fault of the establishment but I unfortunately, will probably never return this property again. I thought of canceling the first night, but I didn't want ruin having a nice time or making my children fearful. Very unfortunate but I could not stay here again in good faith without being on high alert and anxiety.
• Patrick (9/5): Superb - Extremely clean, and precisely as described. Walking distance to the convention center. A weird humming sound, all night, but didn't really interrupt sleep.
• Jarrod (6/5): Great location, however could have used a bit more attention for cleanliness to reduce potential ant problem. - Location and facilities were very convenient. We liked the actual condo and it met all of our needs. There were ants in the property. Someone came to spray which did help. Also the property was not as clean as we would hope.
• Merry (10/5): Awesome - It’s close to everything. Very quiet, very clean. Rooms were awesome, especially the masters, spacious bathroom and bedroom. All in all we are satisfied with our stay. I’ll recommend this condo. We will definitely come back. None

• Phyllis (10/5): Great stay! - The property is beautiful. The condo was amazing. Clean, beautifully decorated, and every detail taken care of. There wasn't anything we didn't like.

• Penny (10/5): it was very nice - didn’t like trying to get there with all the construction going on and got lost one time trying to get there. And we could never figure out how to work the TV!
• Joyce (6/5): overall the community is a 10, the property itself needs a little bit of updating and proper cleaning. - The community was nice, the pool is the perfect place to relax, eat and have beverages ( adult beverages as well). the property was spacious and the little gifts they left were sweet. this property was infested with ants. ants were everywhere the kitchen counter, sofas, bedrooms. we took it upon ourselves to purchase ant spray to minimize the amount of ants in the property. when we called they were not willing to offer any type of compensation.
