Menna (3/5): caro para lo que ofrece - Ubicación, limpieza y el personal muy amable. Necesita mantenimiento, esta viejo y muchas cosas rotas, las sábanas con manchas y gastadas, la cama incómoda, las cortinas no tapan la luz. No vale el precio que pagamos.

Gonzalo (8/5): - Sin desayuno. La ubicación muy bien. La cochera a 2 cuadras con contrato con hotel me sirvió. Muy buena la atención de la administración (Elvira). Pedí factura A y me hicieron sin problema. Muchas puertas para entrar ó salir con cerraduras. Deberían incorporar sistema de control de acceso para acceso con TAG, tarjeta ó QR para agilizar.

Que te brinden la estadía en el estacionamiento, para los que tenemos auto, es genial y te alivia la logística de buscar estacionamiento por fuera. Excelente el servicio y la atención. Sin dudas, volveré. Nada a destacar como negativo.

Marta Luisa (8/5): Ideal para moverse a pié por Rosario durante el día. - Todo estuvo bien. La cama era cómoda, la ubicación excelente y la anfitriona muy amable y servicial. La peatonal es ideal para moverse a pié, pero a las 19hs cuando cierran los negocios se convierte en un páramo y el edificio baja una reja que hay que abrir con llave si llegas después de las 20 hs. Ideal para moverse a pié por Rosario durante el día. I

Kaye (8/5): Comfortable and convenient but... - Location was ideal - in centre of city. Facilities provided in the apartment were good - we wanted for nothing. Eliana was friendly and welcoming. I did not appreciate being asked to do a bank transfer of a deposit prior to arrival [I did not have the facilities to comply anyway] Payment system should be more transparent; according to our Booking.com confirmation we would pay US $108 on arrival but, in actual fact, we paid something like US$126... We found the entrance gate adjacent to the road almost impossible to open with the keys with which we were provided; we were locked out twice and had to rely on other residents leaving the building for us to gain entrance...
