• Francisco A. (6/5): Cuatro días aceptables - Sin duda lo mejor la ubicación del apartamento. Justo en el centro junto a la calle principal. Y también la cama. Súper cómoda y agradable. El apartamento es viejito y le faltarían algunas cosas para hacerlo más confortable con poca inversión. Necesitaría un horno microondas, porque el que hay es eléctrico y para calentar leche por ejemplo es incómodo. Una cafetera sería también muy útil. Hay hervidor de agua pero no hay cocina para calentar ni cocinar. Y un radiador extra sería también necesario. En cuanto a la ducha es muy estrecha. 60x60 si eres grande no cabes.

• Maureen (9/5): Superb - Excellent location can cook toasted sandwiches so don't need to eat out in restaurants. A few feet from the main street San Martin easy flat walk to all shops cafes. Near The Goal Museum. Easy walk to harbour taxi rank on nx corner. Helpful lady Maybe good directions also close to Supermarket. Travelled on Antartic Cruise Ocean Endeavour 21 days stayed 5 nights before cruise 1 night after recommend as plenty of tours in Ushuaia. Everything good like payment in Argentina Pesos can exchange in nx street easy walk.
• Ping (1/5): At least I won’t recommend it to my friends - good location. spacious The kitchen items all have broken edges (looks like items that they don’t want anymore). But to be fair, i don’t really care about those stuff when I travel so it’ll be an okay stay if not for the incident when I checked out. The door was with an old lock. I got very unlucky that it got jammed when I was ready to leave (I swear I didn’t do anything to it). The owner decided to break the lock after she failed to open it too. When she tried to break the lock, she accidentally broke the door frame that’s connected to the lock. it’s a bit nerve breaking but I caught my flight. So to me everything was still acceptable. Considering it’s not easy to run a business, I didn’t file a complaint or anything and decided to let it go. However, after a week, the owner wanted to charge me for the loss in door frame and blame me for the broken lock. Excuse me? it’s like when you’re in a bus that got into an engine accident and the driver thinks that the bus works fine before you are onboard so it’s your problem for the accident. I was super disappointed for how the owner dealt with this incident. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I was such speechless. A word of advice: Don’t blame everything on others.
• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - On the main street in the city, close to restaurants, currency exchange , visitor's center and tourist area. Room looks very nice. Very good value for money.
• Sofia (5/5): Wouldn't choose this place again - The price was okay and the apartment is close to the center. Both the apartment and the stuff provided were dirty. The blankets were stained and the cutlery was brown. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the extra toilet paper was resting in a dirty cupboard next to random things, such as plates and detergents, all together. We were charged 20 more euros just because we paid with a credit card which is super unfair as credit cards are worldwide used for literally anything, even coffee, at no extra cost! So, we should not have been be charged more just because we used a credit card and let me say that 20 extra euros is a real exaggeration. The wifi never worked for more than a minute and one night it completely disappeared. Kitchen towels were brown and stank terribly and we did not know how to dry our hands or the dishes as it was disgusting to touch the towels. We also did not appreciate the attitude/behaviour of the owner who showed up one morning at 9am without any notice to tell us that we had to pay immediately in a very intimidating manner. The same behaviour recurred when we reported that we had paid extra for using the credit card. She basically forced us to remove the complaint. This is by no means the way customers should be treated!
