Anibal (8/5): Edificio moderno, confortable, muy bien ubicado y con gran vista - excelente ubicacion, muy buena vista panorámica, comunicación fluida por parte del anfitrion, check in muy facil y cómodo. departamento con losa radiante y fiel a las fotos publicadas. lo recomiendo sin dudas tiene pequeños detalles que podrian mejorar la estadia pero que no son un problema: el living/cocina tiene un detector de gas en el techo que hace un ruido de beep periodicamente y termina siendo un poco molesto para dormir pero cerrando la puerta de la habitación se resuelve el colchón de la habitación esta un poco hundido por el uso pero en buen estado el baño no tiene accesorios para apoyar jabón/cepillos en la bacha/bañera

María Belén (9/5): Hermosa estadía ! - La propiedad es moderna, todo a base de electricidad, el dpto en el que estuvimos Nro 303 en el 3er piso, era cómodo tenía lindas vistas. Está cerca de calle San Martín, que es la principal del centro de Ushuaia, donde hay numerosos locales para comprar souvenirs, así como lugares para almorzar, merendar y cenar. En cuanto a utensilios para la cocina tienen los básicos quizás serían necesarios proporcionar algunos más. En general es un hermoso lugar, con buena anfitriona Belén que nos recibió muy bien y nos recomendó lugares para merendar.

Me parece que, por el precio, contar con algunas cosas disponibles habría sido un plus (algo común en muchos alojamientos). Espero que lo tengan en cuenta para mejorar. 1. Dejar algunas cápsulas (dos al menos) para la cafetera y tener algunos saquitos de té. 2. Tener sal y pimienta por lo menos. 3. No había rollo de cocina. Son cosas económicas pero que salir a comprar para usar una vez es un poco molesto. Tenerlas a mano suma a la estadía, sobre todo cuando uno recién llega. Por otro lado, algunos muebles se están deteriorando un poco. Espero que le presten atención antes de que sea demasiado tarde.

The communication with host was excellent and he sent the details how to enter in details and we also managed to leave our bags in the building garage. The hot water was not working properly in the evenings. Also be aware and check with them regarding the payment- they don’t dhcrage from booking and you have to pay either cash there or online but they are adding 8% extra. We didn’t know about this and would have been better if they inform this beforehand

Charalampos (9/5): - Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick. Groß und gut ausgestattet, Bett sehr gut, gut geheizt, der Balkon ist eine schöne Ergänzung. Die Gegend ist auch gut und recht zentral. Nur für den Fall, dass man viel zu Fuss unterwegs ist aber nicht so fit: wie so oft in Ushuaia sind die Straßen recht steil. Wir, beide um die 60J hatten keine echte Probleme damit. Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert.

XIA (1/5): 入住体验一般，下次不会再考虑了。 - 地理位置还不错，总体环境也还行。这家民宿的体验实在让人失望，真心不建议选择！工作人员态度极差，全程毫无服务意识——我们在外游玩期间，被反复催促支付房费，沟通时语气强硬又命令式，让人十分不适。更不合理的是，民宿既没提前告知自身工作时间，方便我们配合，也未主动协调适配我们的外出行程，全程缺乏基本沟通尊重。住宿细节上也问题重重，最影响体验的是热水供应：事先完全没有告知具体供应时段，导致我们最后一晚只能用冷水洗澡，旅途疲惫感直接翻倍。最后必须吐槽清洁费，简直高得离谱：仅单次清洁就收费45美金，相当于一晚住宿费的42%！两晚住下来，总费用其实和同级酒店相差无几，但体验却天差地别。综上，慎重选择这家民宿，别让糟糕的住宿影响旅途心情！
