• Kirill (7/5): - Отличная локация. Тем не менее оплетка шланга душа была порвана, сам шланг тоже был дырявый и из него вода лилась во все стороны. Кроме того, было очень непросто отрегулировать температуру воды - получалась или очень горячая или очень холодная. Хозяин не ответил на сообщение об этом и не попытался исправить ситуацию.

• Szilvia (4/5): - A kulcsátvételhez egy külön appot kellett letölteni, hogy egyáltalán az épületbe bejussunk. Véleményem szerint ez nagyon jó azoknak akik 20 évesek és a neten és az appokon élik az életüket, nekünk a bejutás nehézkes volt ezen a módon. Volt áramkimaradás, azt nagyon köszönjük, hogy azonnal intézkedtek amikor ez történt, így az áramkimaradás profi módon oldódott meg, minket nem korlátozott semmiben. Mi négyen érkeztünk és mindannyian 50 felettiek vagyunk. A konyha nem volt "használható" minden felszereltsége megvolt, de mégis kevés volt például a kávéscsésze, nem lehetett egy rántottát vagy egy tojást megsütni, mert a szabályzat ezt tiltja (erről korábban nem volt tudomásunk). A mosogatógép megvolt, de nem volt használható... Csőtörés volt a fürdőszobánkban, amit nem orvosoltak ottlétünk alatt, folyamatosan állt a víz a fürdőben. Esős idő volt, a teraszt nem lehetett nagyon használni, de ott is állt a víz, tehát nem volt a vízelvezetés megoldva. Az esős idő természetesen nem róható fel a szállásadónak, a vízelvezetés viszont kritikus....

• Romain (7/5): Bien pour l'emplacement et le prix. - -Très bon rapport qualité prix. propre, très bien placé (à 50 mètres des cascades, avec l'escalier automatique pour monter ou descendre en ville). Belle terrasse commune avec la vue sur la ville. Literie confortable, et bien équipé. -L'appartement est un peu sombre, et la table très basse; il n'y a pas de vraies chaises dans l'appartement pour s'asseoir. L'endroit est idéal en mi saison, quand on peut sortir sur la terrasse. Sinon, l'intérieur est un peu étroit. Il n'y a pas de vrai chauffage, la chaleur vient de la climatisation.

• Jiaxin (8/5): - It is very close to the big ladder and can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, but note that the elevator on the ladder will stop on holidays. On New Year's Day, the elevator will stop from December 31st to January 6th.The landlord was very nice and helped with the luggage. There is an outdoor viewing place on the second floor. He also gave us Santa Claus pendants. We exchanged Panda brooches. There is no hot water in the room. I took a cold bath. The best water temperature did not exceed my body temperature. Fortunately, I didn't catch a cold. There is a heater in the room, which is very warm.

В "квартире" все предусмотрено до мельчайших мелочей, все сделано с душой и любовью! С террасы открывается шикарный вид на Ереван,рядом Каскад с интересной экспозицией современного искусства! И совсем недалеко Музей -квартира Сарьяна! Спасибо за чудесные часы в Ереване!

• Filipp (1/5): хуже общаги - Это обшарпанная комната с дырами в стене, новым матрасом в полиэтиленовой упаковке на палетах и шумным тепловентилятором для обогрева. Смеситель в ванной представлен в варианте "чем сильнее струя, тем холоднее вода". Потолок оформлен в редко встречающемся в съемном жилье стиле "когда-то мои предки здесь начинали ремонт..". Стильная вешалка для сковородок дополняет атмосферу уюта. Круто, когда у тебя есть рейтинг на адрес, где у тебя несколько помещений, - ведь потенциальный жилец не может проверить, за что он платит. За то, где уже кто-то жил и поставил 9 баллов (теперь я даже в честности этих 9 баллов сомневаюсь), или за "комнату номер два"? А может есть комната номер три в подвале с пыточными орудиями, и оттуда, пока не поставишь 10 звездочек, тебя просто не выпустят?

• McH (8/5): - Cena odpovídá typu ubytování. Není to žádný top hotel, ale to se očekává. Pan domácí byl velice vstřícný. Překrásný výhled. Na jednoducjé přespání a objevování okolí je to ideální poloha. Šířka manželského dvoulůžka v pokoji byla max 140 - 150 cm.

• Iryna (9/5): - The apartment is very cozy and clean. The view from the terrace is absolutely amazing, there is no better view in Yerevan, also very close to cascade which was super convenient. There are also A LOT of cats on the terrace that are incredibly sweet and cuddly! I loved this apartment! The only downside is that the bathroom was pretty small, but still it was okay and it didn't affect our stay at all.

• Ianina (8/5): Бюджетное жилье в прекрасном месте - Прекрасное расположение, буквально в двух шагах от Касакда, что позволяет наслаждаться видом и рано утром, и вечером. Также очень удобно выходить на ранние экскурсии OneWayTravel, которые отходят от Консерватории (идти 10 минут). Oчень гостеприимный хозяин, всегда готовый помочь. Есть стиральная машина и новый комфортный матрас. Абсолютно ожидаемо, что комфорт за такую цену будет базовым, но, к сожалению, в комнате многое сделано кое-как (дырки в стене, провода светильников, приклеенные скотчем к стене...). Чистота тоже оставляла желать лучшего. Мою комнату было очень трудно проветрить.

The guesthouse owners were really friendly and it felt like home for me in Yerevan. I was able to get my laundry done with ease. It's located at the top of Cascade Complex which also means beautiful views from the balcony of the place, or a short 1 min walk to the complex itself The Cons is the Pros - it's located at the top of Cascade Complex, so you will either need to take a car or walk up the stairs to go back every evening after 8pm

• Francesca (2/5): No no no - Nonostante la posizione sia ottimale in pieno centro e il personale sia disponibile, la struttura è pessima. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale: la stanza aveva le sembianze di uno scantinato ed era veramente maleodorante. Il bagno pessimo, doccia inesistente e con un cattivo odore. Anche le lenzuola sapevano un odore davvero forte. Siamo una coppia che viaggia e che sa apprezzare gli ambienti semplici e spartani, ma questo era imbarazzante. Sconsigliato.

La doccia era o bollente o gelida, senza vie di mezzo, ed era impossibile stare sotto per molto tempo. Purtroppo, nonostante su Booking ci fosse scritto che sia possibile pagare con carta, al momento del pagamento ci è stato detto che erano accettati solo contanti e siamo quindi stati costretti ad andare a prelevare. Le scalette per salire erano un po’ traballanti.

• Oses (9/5): - Good location. Comfortable place, with all you need to spend time and feel comfortable, the place is fresh with air conditioning, and tv to connect your laptop to watch something. The neighbourhood is quiet. And it takes 1 minute to go to Cascade. It doesn’t have shower curtain, so when you take shower the water drops everywhere.

• Joost (9/5): Great location, great host - The location is great, next to the cascades. The host is very friendly and helpful. We could park our bicycles in the enclosed back garden. Lovely view for the terrace. Simple, but great value for this budget. The shower was either too hot or too cold.
• Chelydon76 (10/5): - Posizione strategica! In un minuto sei alla Cascade. La zona è tranquillissima e silenziosa. L'appartamento è carino e c'è tutto il necessario, persino la lavatrice. Il letto è molto comodo, e buona anche la pulizia. Dalla terrazza si gode di una magnifica vista su Erevan. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo e l'host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile, inoltre parla un ottimo inglese. Per me è stata un'ottima esperienza. Ci tornerei!
• Elena (10/5): - Останавливалась в апартаментах на неделю. Чувствовала себя комфортно, т.к. есть всё необходимое для проживания: плита, холодильник, чайник, фен, утюг, посуда. Чисто, персонал очень доброжелательный. Месторасположение удобное.. До Каскада 1-2 минуты идти, до Театра оперы и балета минут 7-10, до Площади Республики 20-25 минут.. с 8.00 до 20.00 работают эскалаторы внутри Каскада. Спасибо за комфортный и безопасный отдых!

Świetna lokalizacja z niesamowitą panoramą miasta w objęciach Góry Ararat. Apartament ma wszystko co jest potrzebne na krótki pobyt. Specjalne podziękowania dla Gospodarzy Arsena i Levona za gościnność, ciepłą i przyjazną atmosferę. Z pewnością chcielibyśmy tam wrócić. Serdecznie polecamy pobyt w "Cascade ValueStay"!

Ținând cont de suma achitata asta e cel mai bun raport calitate/pret. Au fost probleme minore cu reglarea apei fierbinti, care, sper, vor fi rezolvate în scurt timp

• Viktor Voron (10/5): The Last Homely House in Yerevan - Location: Right in the heart of Yerevan, near the Cascade. Just a few minutes' walk to any landmark or the metro. Rooms: Clean, warm, cozy, and well-furnished. Host: Arsen is the most hospitable host I've ever met in my life. He is kind, attentive, welcoming, and helps people in need (speaking from personal experience). I had some problems, and he helped me out, shared food, went to a concert with me, and even gifted me wine for my journey. A wonderful person with a big, open heart. Truly the Elrond of Yerevan. None.

• Оксана (10/5): Чудесное место с прекрасными хозяевами!!! - К сожалению, были проездом (всего 1 ночь), но поучили огромное удовольствие! Отличные аппартаменты (соотношение цена-качество) в прекрасном месте с замечательным и радушными хозяевами. Огромномное спасибо Арсену и Левону за тепло и гостеприимство!

• Nina (2/5): Неприемлемо - Хозяин Левон, доброжелательный молодой человек, написал, как добраться и дождался меня глубокой ночью из аэропорта. Но на этом все хорошее, связанное с этим жильем заканчивается То, куда меня привели, - это не "апартаменты", а холодная терраска-пристройка с отваливающимися обоями, неровным полом , покрытым старым ковролином с дырками, с потеками на потолке и старой неудобной кроватью. На стоящей тут же раковине кухни и в "ванной" - пластиковые ручные нагреватели . Нужно быть очень умелым , чтобы добиться теплой воды. О том , чтобы принимать душ (он висит над полом без всякого поддона) не могло быть и речи. К "ванной" ведёт огромная ступень-приступка,- нужно следить, чтобы не ударить ногу. Холодильник, рычащий как зверь, я отключила за ненадобностью. Но главное - холод! Вместо второго одеяла (было одно, тонкое шерстяное) мне принесли "обогреватель"- ветродув, который, разумеется , ни от чего не спасал ..В двери - щели на улицу. Итог: промучившись всю ночь от холода и неудобства , я съехала наутро (у меня было 2 ночи перед аэропортом). Вывод: допускаю , что в теплое время года неприхотливые туристы могут там провести пару дней, - ради экзотики и центрального местоположения над Каскадом. В холодное время года - категорически неприемлемо. Хозяевам : неприлично предлагать такое жилье гостям, даже задёшево! Нужно сделать ремонт и создать нормальные условия.
• AFSHAR (7/5): - The most important feature is that the host was very kind and proficient in English. The location is very good and you have access to public transport, and supermarkets. I think it would be great if the host paid more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom. But totally, it was a nice accommodation. The cleanliness of the bathroom.
• The Travelling Finn (8/5): Good budget stay - Very nice and friendly host. The best location. Very good value for money. Not very comfy madress. The shower was also a bit tricky.
• Jonathan (10/5): AWESOME! - The best location you can have in the city, in my opinion. Absolutely incredible views and right next to the Cascade which has escalators that put you right into the city too. Hot water worked very well and the bed was super clean, and there was a washing machine and kitchen. But the best part was the hosts, who blew my mind away with how friendly, accommodating, and hospitable they were. I didn't want to leave! When they say value stay, they mean you get a lot of value for this stay. I was so impressed. It's more of a cross AirBnB-hotel style than a full hotel style, which didn't bother me and if anything is maybe even a perk. I enjoyed my stay splendidly and recommend this accommodation.
