• Filips (10/5): Just perfect. - Everything is just perfect - by far the best equipped apartment I’ve seen in Yerevan, the host literally thought of everything and it shows: heated towel rack and floors in the bathroom were a pleasant surprise. If you value comfort, don’t look any further - this is THE place to be. Not a single thing, this is a good as it gets.

• Tatiana (10/5): Прекрасное проживание в центре Еревана - Отличное расположение, вокруг много кафе, круглосуточных магазинов, салонов красоты и мест для прогулок. Светлая и уютная квартира, все имеется для комфортного проживания. Хозяйка всегда на связи, очень приятная. Спальни в разных сторонах квартиры. Кондиционер, стиральная машина, плита, много посуды, белоснежное белье и полотенца. Жили втроем 6 ночей, отлично провели время в Ереване. Кстати, есть москитные сетки, большой плюс. Душ слегка подтекает, т.е. душевая кабина, если лить на стены, небольшие лужицы появляются.

A lakás nagyon kellemes volt, jól éreztük magunkat. Egy kicsit az evőeszközök voltak hiányosak, szeletelő nagykésre lett volna szükségünk, ami éles.

Everything is close by, so we didn’t need to use public transport, except to and from the airport. The apartment is spacious, it is fully equipped and suitable for a longer stay. Excellent value for money.
• Zaren (10/5): Everything was excellent - The location was as I need it for my visit I had a delightful stay in this apartment. From the moment I walked in, it felt warm, bright, and inviting. The space was neat, fresh, and very well-maintained. I especially want to mention how comfortable the couch was, it could easily double as a bed! Armine was incredibly friendly and attentive, staying in touch and offering great service even before my arrival. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

• Laudiceia (8/5): Very close to all touristic points in Yerevan - The host is the typical warm, friendly kind person from Armenia. She was so lovely and answered our questions very quickly. She was wondering about offering us an early check-in since we traveled from Georgia by night train, so she understood our needs and met us early in the morning to drop off the key, we do appreciate very much her kindness. The location of the apartment is perfect. You will be just a walk from many tourist points in Yerevan. It is a safe area, you will find plenty of restaurants and shops just a minute's walk. Another positive side is that the apartment has an elevator, so don't worry about climbing the stairs. We do not have complaints about it. Our stay was very pleasant. We do have a suggestion for improvement though. We miss some proper table to eat. There was a small banquette to eat, but it was hard for us with a toddler. I also would invest in a better mattress but this is a personal suggestion. My husband had no problem, I do not rest well on a spring mattress.

• David (10/5): Great value for a cozy place - The land lady was so kind. When we asked her to bring us some slippers and a pot, she provided us on the same day. The house was so clean, the Wi-Fi was all the time good and be careful that you don't let the outside of the building make you disappointed or you judge soon as the houses in Yerevan are usually like this. I mean that you may not see good outside of the buildings but inside is important.
