У нас перестала работать микроволновка, и уже через 5 минут пришёл мастер и быстро её починил. Бывает непросто отрегулировать температуру воды в душе, т.к. есть особенности напора воды из-за газового котла. Но всё решаемо.

Рядом чудные кафе для завтраков, все в пешей доступности, идеально для знакомства с городом и проживания нескольких семей. Было прохладно первый день, морозы, принесли дополнительно одеяло в тот же день. Есть вопросы к сантехнике, лейка душа в одной из ванных комнат протекала, не ужасно, но эти мелочи стоит исправить. Что то протекало на кухне, но это быстро исправили. Персонал прекрасный, спасибо!

• Flavius (10/5): 10/10 Excellent value for money accommodation in Armenia - This accommodation offers an excellent price–quality ratio, easily deserving a 10/10 rating. The location is outstanding, just 200 meters from the city center and Republic Square, with shops, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance. The staff was waiting for us at check-in, personally welcomed us, and showed us the apartment. They were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, and communication was excellent — always available at any hour. The apartment is very spacious, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen, and two large balconies with access from the rooms. It truly feels like a home rather than just a place to stay. The accommodation is very well equipped: bottled water, disposable slippers, clean towels, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and high-speed internet are all provided. The living room has a Smart TV, and the kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine for clothes. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained, especially the bathrooms. There were no issues with hot water, and all facilities worked perfectly. Although we did not need much assistance due to our short stay, it was reassuring to know that the staff was always ready to help. The apartment meets very high standards of comfort and cleanliness, making it suitable for families, groups, or longer stays. As for Yerevan, it is a beautiful and vibrant city that truly has everything — history, culture, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended. 10/10 — we would definitely stay here again.

Casa riscaldata,visto il periodo e cmq dotata di climatizzatori in ogni ambiente. La proprietà e stata precisa dal check-in al ceck-out e disponibile in tutto. La posizione dell'appartamento è eccezionale, a due minuti da piazza della repubblica e sito nel centro città. Sicuramente un plus e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Nulla da dire, puntuali per la consegna e il ritiro delle chiavi. Non posso che consigliarlo ad occhi chiusi. E inoltre é davvero al centro di tutto, scendi e sei ai mercatini di natale e nel cuore della città

Everything is near by, shops, shopping street, kaskad in 20 min on foot We took some tours and the pick up point was at the republic square which is 3 min from the flat The manager met at when we arrived and we left the bags in the company’s office after check out The flat has everything needed and in a quiet neighbourhood So definitely recommend it!

• Alessandro (9/5): Great location, very large apartment with 3 large bedroom and 2 bathroom with shower - Excellent location, large rooms and apartment, very good for 2 families with 1 child each. Children anjoy their room with 2 twins bed. They are very responsive and you get in touch to meet the assistance for the check-in and check out. We paied an extra to park the cars down the building parking connected by elevator directly to the apartment floor. That was really hassle-free as it is impossible to find parking in that area. Unfortunally you cannot book it before the arrival as depend from the availability. You should get agreement with the parking security on arrival.
• Igor (10/5): Awesome apartment in the center of Yerevan - The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the Republic Square, Cascade Complex, in the very center of the city. We were met by a very friendly host, who showed us everything in the apartment. We had everything we expected, it was warm enough (no heating was required in May), everything was working smoothly. The rooms are large, the kitchen has everything we needed. Bathroom was clean and had all required facilities (hair dryer, washing machine). The parking is difficult - you either find a place on the street (paid parking) or use paid parking near the apartment (don't know the price).

Republic Square is just round the cotner, few famous streets are just meters away. Nice and clean apartment with all you might need. Great personel, 24/7 on the phone, they've allowed us check-in earlier. Definitely one of the best deals in whole Yerevan. Next time only there again. Also booked trip to Savan lake with them 200% recommend!!!!

• April (10/5): Awesome - Location of the apartment is very accessible to the city center (republic square). Pick up points for tour operators are just nearby. We had a very smooth check in and check out process, handled by Mr. Arsen and customer service was very accommodating and handled our requests promptly. Wifi is not in the best speed.

You can just stroll around the area as there are a lot of place to visit nearby. It could have been better if there is a bidet or spray in the toilet where most of the hotels or even household are already using this. It is more convenient and comfortable for the customers specially for the Filipinos.

Be prepared to be scammed on the airport taxis. Choose the complimentary airport transfer with the apartment or download the Yandex or GG app.
• Rola (10/5): Great apartment in the center of Yerevan - Spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed. Everything you need is there. Less than 5 minutes walk to republic square (center). It’s not easy to find on your own, but the company sends someone to meet you up nearby to take you to the apartment and show you around. Don’t be discouraged by the old building entrance. Once inside the apartment, you’ll know you made the right choice.

• Helen (10/5): Superb apartment in perfect location - Service was superb! Right from the first night, pick up was exactly as stated, driver was very friendly and helpful. When we got to our apartment the exterior of it had us a little worried but once inside we were very pleased to see the apartment was exactly as stated and then some. All new appliances, impeccable rooms, we were just missing a set of sheets but a call to the office the next day fixed that. Location is superb, everything in walking distance and the city is super safe to walk around at any time of day and night. A nice surprise was the cleaning of the apartment every 4 days, a nice touch! Having the washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen proved to be an essential feature for us. We happened to be travelling during a time when the weather was perfect for having meals out on the terrace, view was obscured by some construction but they sounds and lights from the city provided a great ambiance for us. The shower had a little leak and same with the toilet - plumbing problems I believe and grouting however not enough of an issue to deter us. If you are staying in Yerevan I highly recommend this apartment, staff go above and beyond for you and it is one of the most affordable places to stay. Minor leaks and sometimes Google couldn't find the address when ordering a taxi, not sure who's problem that is though.

They will make you feel at home and try to solve any issue that may appear (we didn't have any). The apartment is not very modern, but it has it's style. And most importantly it is spacious, comfortable and has everything (and I mean everything) you need for a long-term stay. New appliances of well-known brands, all in good working condition. All the kitchen supplies. Undamaged furniture. It's actually warm in the apartment (in the cold days). Cleaning can be arranged once needed. Would definitely book again! The view from the windows is not inspiring. But hey, you should be walking the city, not looking out the windows. ;)

• Paolo (10/5): Perfect stay! - Very big apartment in the heart of Yerevan. Check-in was extremely easy even late in the evening. Full fuctional kitchen with a big fridge, spacious bathroom, washing machine, nice balcony. Everything you need is there in the apartment. Would book again when in Yerevan for sure!
