• Coconut (10/5): - 房东一家是非常暖心、善良的人！我到埃里温的时间比原先沟通的时间晚了两三个小时，但是他们一家三口熬夜来迎接我，还非常贴心地告诉我一些在埃里温旅游需要注意的事项。房间是临街的，外面就有便利店和杂货店，是非常好的地段。退房时我询问哪里可以寄存行李，房东就直接让我放在房间里直到下午四点，真的是非常善良的一家人！
• Hanne (10/5): Lage, Lage, Lage👌🏻 - Gut ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage, um Yerewan zu erkunden! Bars, Cafés, Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe! Der Gastgeber ist jederzeit erreichbar! Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist der Straßenlärm gut zu hören! Ich verwendete Oropax.
• Adelina D. (9/5): Great location - Perfect location, very spacious and nice traditional vibe. Kind and responsive hosts. Could ve been a bit cleaner, the floors were dusty and had little specks of stuff (crumbs & co) which made not having been provided slippers rather uncomfortable. Also heating is a bit of a headache, especially in the bathroom, but we managed to figure it out. The lighting is also a bit off, with few very dim lights available. It can become noisy during the evening and the view is not the best.
• Denis (10/5): - The apartment is convenient and well-located in a very central position in Yerevan. Spacious for four persons and could accommodate up to six persons too. The apartment is really clean and has everything you need for a short stay. It is on the first (ground) floor but the windows are placed quite high above the sidewalks and only one room faces the street so the apartment stays quite and private. Owner is very helpful, met us in person and stays available during your stay. Nothing to mention.

• Iaroslava Astakhina (10/5): Уютные апартаменты в самом сердце Еревана - Отличные апартаменты в самом сердце Еревана. Быстрое и удобное заселение, владелец апартаментов очень приятный и понимающий человек, всегда на связи с гостями. Ожидания совпали с реальностью: чисто, есть все необходимое, достаточно интересный дизайн, нет проблем с отоплением. Приятно удивила и ванная комната, ее чистота и ремонт, а меня как девушку особенно порадовало зеркало с подсветкой. Есть и зона с кухней, в которой есть все необходимое. Центральная площадь с музеем, фонтанами и зданием правительства в 5-7 минутах ходьбы, рядом автобусная остановка, торговый центр с большим продуктовым магазином - все самое необходимое в шаговой доступности. С удовольствием бы вернулась! Так как рядом оживленная улица и центр города, ночью было немного шумно

Армянское гостеприимство мы прочувствовали сразу) Спасибо огромное хозяину за все: за помощь в обмене денег ночью, за ранее заселение, за доброжелательность и легкость. Чувствовали себя как дома)

• Boris (10/5): - Идеальные апартаменты, и вот почему. Во-первых, замечательный хозяин Ваге, который постоянно на связи. Ответственный, внимательный человек. Например, когда в квартале, где располагается квартира, полностью на час выключили воду, моментально организовал техническую бутыль без лишних просьб. Во-вторых, сами апартаменты выше всяческих похвал. Такое ощущение, что приехал в гости к своему дальнему армянскому дедушке. В отличном состоянии советские шкафы, тумбочки и кровати, окна того времени, фарфоровая посуда из ГДР - все это создает удивительную атмосферу советского Еревана. При этом в квартире сделан современный ремонт, очень удобные кухня и душевая. В-третьих, апартаменты располагаются в самом центре, на пересечении улицы Пушкина и проспекта Маштоца. До Каскада и Северного проспекта 5 минут ходьбы, до площади Республики - минут 8 в умеренном темпе. В общем, всем советую данное место для атмосферного и незабываемого отдыха в Ереване и в Армении в целом! :) Это не минус самой квартиры, а особенности ее расположения. Если у вас чуткий сон, немного могут беспокоить шумы с улицы. И если звук машин можно заглушить путем закрытия форточки, то под квартирой находится вновь открывшаяся точка общепита, из которой иногда доносятся вибрации от включенной музыки. Но в любом случае после 23.00 все становится тихо.

• Theo (10/5): Super Apartment & 5 Star Host - Vahe is the best host I have ever met. He always replies to your questions before and during your stay at once. The appartment is great and has everything you need. Its quiet in a very safe area and close to all momuments, shops, restaurants, bars etc (walkable distance). There is a supermarket 24/7 close to the apartment too. I totaly recommend this place even for long stays. Had a great time overall!

• Valentina (10/5): Séjour sans stress. - Parfait pour le séjour dans le centre ville,et,même temps,au calme.Tout se visite a pied,cascade,place de République,vernissage -15 minutes de marche.Bureau d’excursion -aussi.Le propriétaire -discret,disponible,prêt à aider,facilement joiniable par téléphone. Il nous a conseillé d’installer l’application pour les taxis,c’est vraiment pas cher pour aller en aéroport,j’ai payé 1400 dirham -3,5 euros.On peut,bien sûr,prendre le bus et minibus pour aéroport à 300 dirhams,mais,je n’ai pas trouvé le chemin de retour de ce minibus,car il prend un autre rue pour le retour,et,les horaires n’existe pas,le bus-toutes les 45 minutes,le minibus -toutes les 30 minutes.On a pris minibus pour le trajet aéroport -centre ville,ça duré 1 h.,le taxi -23 minutes. On n’a rien trouvé négatif.

• Elena (10/5): Прекрасные апартаменты в центре - Прекрасная квартира в центре Еревана, на улице Пушкина , от всех достопримечательностей в пешей доступности. В квартире есть в буквальном смысле все. Продумано до мелочей для удобства гостя. Несмотря на то, что улица шумная, внутри посторонних звуков не слышно. Мебель интересная, особый вайб. Короче, смело бронируйте , не пожалеете. Хозяин очень порядочный человек, никаких проблем не было, попросили остаться чуть больше положенного по времени, хозяин пошел на встречу. Такого не было

• Alexander (10/5): Cozy apartment with an excellent location - Brilliantly located little apartment in the centre of Yerevan, walking distance to tons of restaurants, cafes and spots of interest. The owner is a very accommodating and nice man and was always available to ask any questions or help out. The apartment is compact but perfect for 2 people (with large luggage). The bed was very comfortable. Overall an excellent stay! A foldable drying rack for clothes that have been washed (there is a washing machine) would be good. Currently the only way to dry clothes is to hang them on the heated towel dryer in the bathroom- which can only hold a few clothes at a time. Otherwise all was great!

The location is surrounded by shops and restaurant which is very convenient. Republic square is walking distance. Wish there was an english translation for the washing machine as we found it difficult to use.
• Tatyana (9/5): Superb - Great location. The apt is actually just a step away from Mashtots Avenue so there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. There are even three little stores in the same building - grocery, fruit&veggie and cosmetics&detergents, and a pharmacy across the street. Many places that are popular among tourists are within walking distance and so are the parks. Yerevan Opera House is just five min away. However, Pushkin street seems to be quiet; I was not disturbed by any noise during my stay. The apt looks nice and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom have all necessary equipment and appliances including A/C. There are two twin beds + one rollaway. Wi-Fi is speedy. The host was very helpful. I booked at the ridiculously last moment but he checked me in with no delay. He also showed me where are nearest ATM's and a supermarket. Overall, it was a very good stay, nice and comfortable. I would stay there again.

• Rescmajster (9/5): Superb - We appreciate most the owner's kindness and availability. They are so kind to offer us a very early check-in (and even bother to come so early to handle the check-in by themselves) and a late check-out. For this, it is really beyond our expectation. We are really reluctant to mention the small probblem for which we finally decided not to give a 10. However, we would like to point out that when we informed the owner of the problem, she reacted immediately and sent the cleaning lady to well solve the problem. And I can understand it could be because of early check-in which made the owner have no time to check the cleaning work and thus, not their fault. Even the cleaning lady is very nice and kind, so we agree that the problem is just an incident.

The kitchen had lots of tableware, though some of it was not of great quality(for instance, the knives were not very sharp). There was some noise at night, I’m not sure if it was coming from the street or from other apartments.

• Luma (5/5): Just a room- not an apartment - The owner allowed early and late check in but this isn't uncommon in Yerevan. Also location is great but you need to put up with streets noise. I wasn't prepared to get a( room )in an apartment.It's advertised as an (Apartment) but in reality it's a private room that has a kitchenette (No Washing machine) a 2 rooms apartment. So if you're not too keen on sharing an apartment with other people you want to skip this one.As I wasn't ready to look for another accommodation I had to put up with this unpleasant surprise. Also noise isolation is too bad.you hear everything from the other rooms. the Iranian Armenian owner nice as he is but paranoid. Asking for guests ID copies in a private run flat? 3 CCTV in a 40 meters apartment?What's all this about when they don't even provide a receipt for payment.

• Chary (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in the apartment! - We like the apartment itself, clean and cozy. The location is perfect but not too close to Republic Square, around 10 to 15 mins walk. Also walkable to Opera house, maybe around 10mins and Cascade around 15 mins. The owner was kind as he allowed us for late check out, since our flight was 10 in the evening, we were able to stay up to 2pm. The apartment has a decent size for my family of four. Only issue with water heater, shower water was sometimes turned cold due to no enough heated water.

• Boet (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect for visiting the Cascade, various restaurants and cafes by foot. Shops are around the corner, walking distance from Republic Square, the metro station, etc. The friendly host is flexible with arrival and departure times. I did not yet know at which exact time of the day I would be at Pushkin Street to check in - this was no problem, the host informed me I could send him an approximate time and message the exact time 40 minutes in advance. Because of the great weather, I spent most of my time outside and didn't use the kitchen besides for quick breakfast. The apartment is along a busy road, with traffic until 11-12 at night. But even though I'm used to living on the quiet countryside, the location is worth the trade off.

The apartment is huge and has all what is needed for a long-term joyful stay - it is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. • Aleksandr (8/5): Great apartment for reasonable price - Perfect location near the city center. Very clean and comfortable apartment on the first floor with all necessary equipment. Everything worked as expected. Parking was always available either on the street or in the yard. Neighbors's air conditioner was too loud. And it was a little bit stuffy, because all windows face one side.
