- Silvia (10/5): - The host communicated promptly, the kitchen in the flat was well equipped, the flat was as seen in the pictures and it was really CLEAN. The view was great, and the location was superb. Great value for money. The mattress on the bed in the smaller bedroom was rather soft but it is a matter of personal preference.
- Anzhelika (10/5): - Огромная квартира со своей историей и с балконом, откуда можно посмотреть ко на Арарат Правда я приехала в непогоду и были туманы, но разик точно увидела - он там есть ) До каскада 15 минут, тихо, рядом парк влюбленных и метро Очень хороший хозяин, все рассказал и показал. Прям было ощущение что к дальним родственникам приехала. Вроде давно не виделись, а как домой )
- Peter (10/5): Только положительные эмоции! - Чистая, уютная, большая квартира со всем необходимых для проживания. Удобная кровать с постельными принадлежностями, на которых очень хорошо спится после длительных прогулок по гостеприимному Еревану. Удачное местоположение из-за близости метро (10 минут спокойной ходьбы) - центр Еревана довольно-таки немаленький, поэтому возвращаться на метро к дому было оптимальным вариантом плюс куча автобусов также рядом с метро имеют остановку. Быстрый интернет, прекрасный вид на Арарат и хозяин, который всегда на связи и готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Два небольших маркета, в одном из которых обмен валюты - в 5-7 мин ходьбы. Прочерк
- Elena (10/5): Все очень понравилось - Расположение квартиры замечательное, в спокойном районе, рядом с центром (15 минут пешком). Очень чистая квартира! Просторная, много посуды, Арарат видно :)

Она просторная (на четверых человек вообще не было тесно), квартира ОЧЕНЬ ЧИСТАЯ ,что удивило, высокие потолки , в квартире не жарко , есть кондиционер , за окнами тихо , вид на гору ,тихо,соседей не слышно, удобный балкончик, квартира соответствует фотографиям , удобное расположение ,пешком до центра доходили за 15 минут, приветливый хозяин Тигран,спасибо ему ещё раз, вообщем все очень соответствует. Нет такого ,все понравилось.

- Maja (10/5): Perfect stay for a family of 4 - The place was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to city centre. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. We loved that the kitchen was fully equipped, it has washing machine, working tv and balcony was great for hanging our clothes. In a sunny day you can see Ararat from the balcony. What a treat.
- Shahrzad (10/5): Relaxing stay - We had a very relaxing time in this apartment. If we had any question, the host answered as soon as possible. The facilities were excellent, especially in the kitchen, there was everything we wanted. It is as if we have entered the kitchen of a lady. All in all, I will undoubtedly choose this apartment again and recommend it to others. As an Iranian, a bathroom without a faucet is annoying for us. If instead of a regular toilet, there was a bidet, it would be 10 out of 10 for me.

Its proximity to the metro station added convenience to our travels. Additionally, the owner's responsiveness and warm hospitality greatly enhanced the overall experience.
