Что понравилось больше всего: Идеальное расположение: Всё самое интересное в Ереване находится в пешей доступности — кафе, рестораны, достопримечательности. Очень удобно гулять Внутри есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для жизни и отдыха. Квартира чистая. Шикарный балкон: Потрясающий, просто завораживающим вид на Арарат! Утренний кофе с таким пейзажем — это ❤️❤️ ❤️ Замечательные хозяева. Передача ключей прошла быстро и без каких-либо проблем. А огромным приятным бонусом стало то, что меня бесплатно отвезли в аэропорт. Если буду снова в Ереване, то останавливаться — только здесь! Искренне рекомендую всем. Нет такого. Мне все понравилось

• Anna (10/5): Прекрасное удобное расположение, центр близко. Чисто, уютно, тепло! - Квартира, в которой можно пить утренний кофе на балконе, качаясь в качели, и любоваться на гору Арарат! А вечером провожать солнышко, уходящее за горизонт… Ездили в Ереван семьей с детьми, нас пятеро, все поместились, всем было комфортно! Магазины рядом, овощная лавка с клубникой рядом! Вино вкусное! Все очень прекрасно! Спасибо ☺️

• Natalia (10/5): Уютная квартира с красивым видом - Гостеприимный хозяин. Встретили, проводили, всегда на связи. Квартира отличная, вид на Арарат с балкона, расположение хорошее. В подарок вино и фрукты, очень приятно!
• Alexey Vidyakin (10/5): - Отличное расположение, красивый вид с балкона на Арарат, наполнение квартиры (было все что нужно и даже больше), кондиционеры в каждой комнате, трансфер из и в аэропорт. Однозначно рекомендую этот вариант!

Есть все необходимое для приготовления еды (владель - Отличное расположение - 10-15-20 минут до всех достопримечательностей центра города. Высокий этаж - шум города значительно тише, не долетают насекомые. А какой вид с балкона!

• Lydia (10/5): Book it and don’t think twice - We stayed there for 3 nights and was more than perfect. Apartment was spacious / clean / has everything you need. Owner was very helpful and responsive. We got the wine bottle and apples as they always do We saw the Ararat mountain and the view is breathtaking None

• Cara (10/5): Exceptional - Great view, short walk to centre, comfortable and well equipped. Balcony is epic. Each room has air con, kitchen has all cooking utensils, oven, microwave and fridge. Two toilets and washing machine. Cable TV. Nothing, but having a coffee machine or simple french press would be ideal. There is a Turkish coffee pot but I don’t know how to use it.
• Ian (10/5): Yerevan upgraded - Can you imagine enjoying the best Garni-like balcony in Yerevan showcasing an unobstructed view of Ararat along with the unique convenience of having all the action at Republic Square barely 10 minutes away by foot? As an added bonus the intelligent host makes sure you feel welcomed by freely providing a generously sized bowl of ripe local apricots and irresistible fine wine. If you're more adventurous and deserve to uncover a new exclusive experience, immediately after entering you'll easily understand why this place feels tailored for you. Increase the appeal of the balcony even further by including organic elements such as flowers or plants.

• Yulia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very clean and spacious, located near the city center. It's quiet inside. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fruits on the fridge :) The underfloor heating is great, and you can also regulate the temperature as you wish. We had everything we needed and more. The grocery store is very close and open until midnight. I liked the modern interior also. But the main advantage is the stunning view and the host. Many many thanks to the owner, he is very kind and extremely helpful. I hope to come back and stay a bit longer!

• Ek108 (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful and comfortable apartment with an exceptional view of Mount Ararat from the balcony. The Mountain View Apartment is only a short walk away from Republic Square. The host is very nice and provided a basket with delicious apricots and peaches at my arrival. Also a bottle of Armenian wine was waiting for me in the refrigerator. I can very much recommend this place!
