• Лилит (10/5): Я приятно удивлена что такое возможно:качество ,цена и самое главное приятнейшие хозяева. - Все было великолепно!расположение,удобства,чистота.Огромное спасибо хозяевам квартиры за утонченный вкус,создание всех удобств,до самых мелочей.Неоднократно бронировали квартиры в Ереване,но такое впервые.Все очень понравилось. Нет такого,чтобы не понравилось.Все просто превосходно!

• Sims1985 (10/5): Это было потрясающе. Если приедем ещё в Ереван, будем стараться остановиться именно тут. - Местоположение апартаментов отличное. До площади Республики недалеко, рядом есть много кафешек, где можно вкусно позавтракать. Номер студия, но кровать в отдельном закутке, так что очень удобно выходит. При заезде нас ждала вода и газировка, в апартаментах есть всё для комфортного пребывания (от посуды до моюще-чистящих средств). Бойлер рассчитан по воде на одного человека, так что приходилось чуть ждать, чтобы после первой помывки температура вернулась до нужной, но особой проблемы в этом не заметили.

• Iaroslava Astakhina (10/5): - Апартаменты, оснащенные всем необходимым. Хорошее месторасположение, в шаговой доступности основные городские достопримечательности, магазины, продуктовый рынок. У дома мало свободного места для парковки. Но в центральной части Еревана его везде мало.
• Tatiana (10/5): Большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых. - Современная студия в самом центре Еревана. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Очень чисто, уютно, комфортно. Для двоих - отличный вариант.
• Valeriia (10/5): - было одно из самых приветливых и приятных размещений в моей жизни. стоимость соответствует квартире, вполне чистенько, места на 2 человек хватает. самые продуманные аппарты, есть все ложки/вилки/полотенца/халаты/тапки, есть даже зубная паста и наборы с зубными щетками. никогда еще не встречала такого прекрасного отношения и внимания к мелочам, ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо!
• Daniel (10/5): Extra super, I recommend it 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 - The location was great, it was easy to access, there was elevators and the host was extra supper. 😀😀 The accommodation was fully equipped with a lot of elements that we used, including washing machine and iron… 💯💯💯 Some periods of the day the neighbors were a bit louder 🤪
• Meline (10/5): - Мы с мамой провели 2 недели в этих апартаментах, и всё было просто замечательно! В квартире есть абсолютно всё для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина (даже со стиральным порошком), робот-пылесос, утюг, гладильная доска, кондиционер, телевизор, холодильник, вся необходимая посуда и приборы. Хозяева позаботились о мелочах: кофе, чай, аптечка, тонометр для измерения давления, нитки с иголкой, одноразовые бритвы, расчёски — всё, что только может понадобиться в быту. Мы были приятно удивлены таким вниманием к деталям. Отдельно хочется отметить заселение: наш рейс прилетел в 5 утра, и уже около 6 утра нас без проблем встретили и заселили. Это было невероятно удобно и очень ценно после ночного перелёта. Большое спасибо хозяевам за заботу и комфорт! Мы остались очень довольны и с радостью вернёмся снова.

Квартира в центре Еревана всё в пешей доступности кафе и рестораны. 10 минут пешком до площади свободы. Нет ни одного негативного отзыва всё было супер.
• Maysa (9/5): Great place and excellent location - Had everything we needed, washing machine, good kitchen appliances to cook, free tea and coffee, comfortable bed, amazing location in front of a beautiful square and close to many restaurants, good air conditioning, which is very important because it was extremely hot. Could have blackouts behind the curtains to block the light and make it more comfortable to sleep. Sometimes a weird smell would come from the bathroom, but leaving the door closed it didn’t bother.
• Ramona (9/5): Great stay in the heart of the city - The property is located right in the heart of the city with very nice surroundings and a supermarket nearby. It was comfortable, very well equipped, and even came with some complimentary drinks.
• Ринат (10/5): - Хороший, качественный ремонт, удобные матрацы и подушки, для готовки всё есть, вплоть до тостера (мы были с детьми, для нас актуально). В квартире есть вообще всё (даже принтер, но мы им не пользовались). Хозяин всегда на связи. Придраться вообще не к чему, в квартире очень приятно находиться. Придраться не к чему, понравилось все.

The place was clean, amenities were plenty, checkin extremely smooth and response time very quick. I specifically love the little details such as the coffee and tea packs in the kitchen and the neatly folded towels and etc. I honestly can't say enough good things about the property and the landlords, they were very extremely nice people. I’ll be staying there next time for sure:) Definitely worth the money and even more. Thank you so much for everything! nothing
• Valeriia (7/5): Good - The place is really good, in the city center. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, dishes, washing machine, detergents. low temperature and water pressure - it was not comfortable to wash. Electricity was periodically cut off.
