The location is directly in the main street Avenida St Martin which for us was great as we could reach everything we needed within a short walk. Also great for cooking yourself. Highly recommend this accommodation!
Cristian (8/5): Excelente ubicación. - El departamento es lindo y moderno, es caluroso si no sabés manejar la losa radiante pero el anfitrión siempre nos ha ayudado con todas las consultas y nos ha resuelto nuestras solicitudes a la brevedad. Muy bien equipado para todas las necesidades básicas y más. Llegué antes del check-in y pude ingresar antes sin ninguna objeción y todo estaba impecable. Dos cosas para marcar que no tienen que ver con el anfitrión pero me pasó: Hay una construcción en el contrafrente que están de 8 a 19 de lunes a sábados, o sea el ruido es insoportable, pero bueno no hay forma de pararlo. La otra es que las fotos de la publicación son generales y son confusas al reservar, yo pensando que tenía vista a la Bahía reservé mal evidentemente por este motivo. Pero vayan porque lo merece.

Had to request laundry tokens three times and waited many hours for delivery. Bed was hard . The night club next door was very loud all night and morning and rooms weren’t sound proof .

La ducha no tenía buena presión de agua caliente, algo clave considerando el clima frío. Además, se escuchaba bastante ruido tanto de los departamentos contiguos como de la calle (música, boliches y tránsito nocturno), lo que dificultó el descanso.

Man konnte uns auch einen Transport mit einem Remis im Vorraus buchen. Nur 3 Kleiderbügel vorhanden. Haken im Flur für Jacken fehlen, ebenso einige im Bad. Das Wasser aus der Dusche läuft nur als Rinnsahl. Im Waschbecken und Küche ist der Wasserdruck gut. Es könnten die Ecken besser geputzt werden.

Graham (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Ushuaia - The property is very well located on the Main Street in Ushuaia. The hosts were very responsive and the check in/out process was smooth. Lovely modern apartment - nicely decorated and clean with a little kitchen. Perfect for a few days at Fin del Mundo! There was an event happening on the front which was playing loud music constantly day and night during our stay. Not much could be done about that by the hosts. We could hear every beat through the walls.

Apartment was spacious enough, kitchen well equipped even if materials seem to be economy class. In general this is a nice apartment place. You get tokens for laundry if needed, so that is really appreciated. We did not get the port view, but rather overlooking the main street. The problem with the property that it is located in the same block as some clubs. We were staying two nights through Saturday and Sunday. So on Saturday the night started with music in the background, but by 5am we were not able to sleep because the bass from the club was so loud that I could touch the panel behind my bed and feel vibrations. Thus our experience with sleep is 50:50. If you plan to stay over the weekend and party - this might be just fine. If your plan is to spend Saturday night sleeping here - I suggest to avoid it. Other days might be just fine

Arrivée/départ faciles - La situation géographique dans la rue principale du centre ville avec vue sur mer porte d'entrée pas très isolée phonétiquement et nous avons été réveillés par les voisins lors de leur passage dans le couloir

Bernard (10/5): Tout simplement parfait - L'emplacement sur la rue St Martin, commerçante, et la vue sur le port et la montagne depuis le 5ème étage. Grand, spacieux, moderne, tout l'équipement pour passer un agréable séjour. Les échanges de messages par WhatsApp avec Jessica, toujours réactive et disponible. Un peu bruyant la nuit, surtout la circulation automobile.

Andrea (9/5): Ottimo appartamento in buona posizione - Posizione, appartamento nuovo, riscaldamento La comunicazione con lo staff non è stata sempre agevole e abbiamo avuto problemi con i gettoni della lavatrice (se ne potrebbero lasciare di più e direttamente in appartamento).
Jakub (10/5): - Komunikace byla skvělá a mohli jsme se ubytovat o několik hodin dříve než bylo původně plánováno. Byt je skvělý, prostorný a výhled na přístav a Ushuaia byl nejlepší z celého města. Postel byla celkem malá, ale i tak bych sem jel znovu
