• Ekaterina (7/5): Хорошая квартира рядом с каскадом - Местоположение объекта отличное, рядом с каскадом и близко к центру, много ресторачиков, магазинов и прочее. В квартире есть все необходимые пренадлежности, начиная от тапочек, шампуня, геля для душа, зубных щёток, заканчивая парами пакетиков чая и кофе, и всей необходимой посудой и феном. В квартире очень тепло. Низковатая кровать, но матрас нормальный. В целом очень даже хорошо. Несмотря на прекрасное местоположение, так как второй этаж и окна выходят на оживленную трассу, то даже при закрытых окнах зимой достаточно шумно. Видно, что квартира не очень новая, где то есть недочёты, но ребят, что то исправляется на раз два и за небольшие деньги, в отличии от шума на улице. Например в кухне тюль и штора (которая одна и не закрывает всё окно, так же не забываем, что оно выходит на улицу и это всего второй этаж) в кухне висят на честном слове, точнее еле держатся, я понимаю, что их же предыдущие гости и оторвали, но не все такие варвары, а исправляется всего лишь покупкой пачки крючков. Так же не работал домофон, за каждой доставкой приходилось спускаться на улицу((

• IULIAN (6/5): Erevan una bella cita,non preparata per turismo…forse fra 10 anni… - Posizione Buona,centro citta Lavandino bagno intasato,serbatoio wc aperto …penso che hanno fatto dei lavori,tutto in cucina sporco…bicchieri,piatti etc…aria condizionata rotta del bambino russo che era con la sua madre(Col pallone)… non è così lusso come scritto nella presentazione…manca una mano di pittura…

(5/5): - The location was excellent It appears that previous guest feedback has been ignored, as known issues remain unfixed: - The shower faucet is still broken. - The spring mattress is incredibly uncomfortable to the point of being a health hazard. Overall, the apartment is in a state of poor repair and needs significant maintenance

• Luc (7/5): - De locatie is super en het appartement is erg ruim en precies zoals op de foto's. De bank is heerlijk en de koelkast is groot. Er stond al water klaar in de koelkast en de vriezer om lekker af te koelen in de warme middag. De douche is ook een fijne douche Het appartement was niet helemaal schoon, de borden en bakjes waren sommige vies van. De wifi deed het alleen in de middag en heel soms in de ochtend en avond eventjes. De boiler deed het helaas niet goed, waardoor we vaak geen warm water hadden voor de afwas en de douche. Bed is prima, maar niet het meest fijne bed.

• Anna (9/5): Roomy apartment in a great central location - A roomy, well-appointed apartment in a very handy central location. Parking is difficult in the area but the property manager gave us access to on-site parking, which was appreciated. We would stay here again. The mattress wasn't the best and I could feel the springs.
• Patricia (6/5): Good apartment but could be cleaner and better. - The flat was newly renovated so everything was new, except the “sad cooking pans”. The flat looks clean but upon further inspection, it was actually very dusty that when we walked around the house barefooted, our feet turned to almost black. It was just so disappointing. Also, WiFi was only working on the first day of our stay. We had to use our own data for the internet and even the TV. However, I don’t think that it was the owner’s problem. It might be the provider’s.
