• Patrick (9/5): Will come back to stay on this apartment again hoping the issue has been fixed - Like the place to relax and nearby public transport and size of the place good for 5 pax The incident of not having a water supply which i believe could not be controlled by the management, as unfortunately all community does not have a water supply on our 3rd night of stay. However the property management gave us the option to have the 1 day full refund for us to be able to look for another place to stay that does not affected of this water supply issue.

• Oksana (10/5): Place is much more better than on photos, we were pleasantly surprised - Very clean, huge living area (we didn't understand it on photos), nice welcoming (with bottle of wine and chocolates, it was cute). All necessary equipment at kitchen.

• Aleksei (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nice, clean, and with modern equipment in the kitchen that was very pleasant to cook with. There is parking in the courtyard and apartment was very warm even in the cold weather. Unfortunately there’s Arabian flute classes or something like that next door, which was very annoying during the day with all the playing. Also the apartment is right next to a major road, so it was loud in terms of traffic and it seems there was a lot of dust after opening windows, we had to vacuum often.
• Vigen (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice people welcomed us with wine and some snacks in the table. We arrived late but they were very nice and helped us with everything we needed. The place was wonderful, very clean and newly renovated. The location of the building was just perfect, we went to the park next to the building and did some ice skating. Thank you, we will be back here for sure!!
