• Cristina-Ionela (9/5): Great - Totul a fost perfect, locația foarte centrală, apartamentul foarte mare cu scara interioară. Mi s a parut ca ar trebui sa se puna putin mai mult accent pe curatenie.
• Alina Kare (10/5): - The apartment is very spacious, with two bedrooms with a queen bed on one level and a large bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds upstairs. There were two full bathrooms as well. The seven of us were very comfortable there. The location is also wonderful with some great breakfast places nearby and it was within walking distance to everything. The staff was also very friendly and met us on arrival to show us around the apartment. I would suggest to thoroughly clean the bathroom and kitchen sink drains as they seem a bit backed up.

• Anastasiia (8/5): - Отличный апартамент для семьи или компании в центре близко к опере и каскаду. Рядом улица ресторанов, супермаркет 24 и обменник. Балконная дверь не закрывалась, вернее закрывалась, но с трудом (нужно было что-то подложить и совершить какие-то манипуляции, чтобы закрыть дверь). По приезду не было горячей воды. Газовая колонка выдавала ошибку, нужно было звонить администратору и согласно его указаниям совершать манипуляции с давлением в газовой колонке.

К сожалению апартаменты были не опрятные, ванные комнаты грязные, в душевых волосы на полу, везде разводы от воды, белье постельное чистое и аккуратно застеленное, но волосы по всей кровати, мебель на кухне не вся уже закрывается. Кофе, чай , салфетки отсутствуют. Обещали халаты , их не оказалось. На втором этаже прохладно, одна батарея все время булькала

• Nikoloz (10/5): Lovely place. - It’s very specious, cozy, comfortable. Well heat and Hot water. Clean, very nice place to stay. Has 2 nice bathrooms with Shampoo, shower Gel and confectioner. Host is very polite and helpful. Location is great too. Very satisfied with our accommodation. Recommended. No elevator : 4th floor. There was no tea, coffee, sugar or cooking oil.

• Arturs (9/5): Отличный отпуск! - Мы были 4 дня в этой квартире! Она очень большая, и просторная! Все что нужно было все было в квартире! Сотрудники были очень отзывчивые и вежливые! Квартира находится на 4 этаже, нету лифта , для молодых это нормально, но для других не много сложновато ! У нас было 3 комнаты, в хорошем состоянии, все было внутри , но 2 комнаты были без окон , и там было очень душно спать! Был запах все время канализации, может была какая-то проблема но не критично! В целом все было идеально, мы классно отдохнули, и конечно мы рекомендуем эту квартиру! Квартира находится рядом с центром, все магазины, кафе и рестораны рядом! Спасибо сотрудникам! 😇

• Dmitry (7/5): A very nice for the first timer in Yerevan. - The location is absolutely fantastic. Cannot find a better one in any place of the city. The hosts are great and they fixed some issues that we had really fast. I would maybe stay there again. We were a few, but could only use one key, which is survivable. The sound isolation is not the best, but also not critical. The entrance has some strange smells, but this is not easy to fix, since it is an apartment block.

• Raghad (1/5): Shady location. Bad Experience. - Nothing to like. Staff extremely rude, and the apartment is not as advertised. The staff told me through WhatsApp that the property has 24/7 reception available. This was not true. There is no reception and I didn’t meet the owner, rather a lady they had sent that spoke limited English and demanded cash upfront. The location was in a back alley, extremely shady location. The building is rundown, stairways very dirty. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator, extremely inconvenient for travelers. The apartment is a duplex with a weird layout, it doesn’t give a safe vibe. The pictures posted don’t give the reality of how the apartment looks like. There was no parking available despite the owner confirming on WhatsApp that parking will be available. I requested an early cancellation after seeing the condition of the property, however the owner declined the request and immediately billed me for the entire stay. For this reason, I would not recommend anyone to consider staying here, especially when hosts put money before guest experience.

• Rajkrishnan (8/5): - The location is very good. 10-15 minutes from Cascade, major markets etc. This is an apartment without any service. Spacious enough for four adults. All necessary household gadgets are provided. Room heating is good. Our apartment was on 3rd floor. There is no lift. So hauling up and down the luggage is not a pleasant experience. Cleaning has to be done by the occupants. No place to dispose off the garbage. Difficult for car to come near as it is not situated on the road side.

• Raya (9/5): - The apartment's location is perfect. It is in the perfect center - everything is not more than 15 mins by foot. A lot of restaurants and a supermarket are really close. The apartment is specious and with a nice terrace. There was no coffee in the kitchen, which would be good as the nearby cafe doesn't open very early.

Забитые сливы, грязь, волосы. Ванная за минуту превращается в бассейн, моешься и блюешь 3. Сломано все, до чего можно дотянуться. От кондея на втором этаже включающегося только вручную, до сосудов для жидкого мыла с отломанными носиками 4. Дырявые простыни 5. Вонючие полотенца 6. На втором этаже не работает горячая вода 7. Дырявые простыни 8. Неубранные носки чужие под кроватью 9. Оголенные провода в прихожей Квартира на высоком 4 этаже, забегаетесь. Впечатления отрицательные! Не рекомендую

The thing we didnt like was, we were given a 4th floor apartment and the building doesnt have an elevator. Sinks in kitchen and bathroom are clogged. Bed slabs of the queen size the single bed are not sturdy enough, my friends have sunk down to the bottom.

• Iuliia (6/5): Nice location, but very old property - The location is brilliant, close to local amenities, shops, and restaurants. It was easy to pick up the keys as the hostess met me when it was convenient. The flat is spacious. First, it said I could pay by card, but the hostess told me that the only chance was to pay by cash, and they could not publish the ad without saying they accept cards. It is an absolute lie. There are plenty of ads where it is written explicitly that only cash is accepted. It was a sort of ultimatum: either I paid by cash or did not have my accommodation. She had zero flexibility or attempts to solve my problem. The flat itself is ok, but very old and needs refurbishment. All beds were so squicky that two people couldn't sleep on one bed as you woke up another person. The toilets were smelly because of the old plumbing, and the shower was not great either. When I mentioned it to the hostess, she said they would do refurbishment in January. Honestly, it was not very helpful. Pictures do not reflect reality.

• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious, cosy and comfortable. It's located just in the centre of Yerevan, all landmarks are nearby. The owner is friendly and ready to help if needed. If we decide to go to Yerevan again, we will be happy to stay in this apartment again.

• Kamarudheen (7/5): Good once you in - The location is in middle of the city, apartment living aria is big, kitchen is well equipped. when you search on the google map then take you 500meter away, the toilet tap is leaking, no privacy on bedroom, there is big glass window which is not coverable, bed rooms are small, the apartment is in 4th floor no elevator, the exterior of the building in very crapy.

• James (1/5): Bad from beginning to end. - Location was great. WIFI worked. Pre-arrival communication was good, car service showed up at airport as requested. Apartment not as described. No elevator, no hot water, no lights in hallway, upper bathroom is dangerous since you have to step into stairway to get from bedroom to bathroom and stairway has no bannister at upper level. Outside building door was frequently left unlocked by tenants. Kitchen had some open wiring. Both bedrooms were smaller than pictured. In one bedroom it was impossible to walk around the bed, both persons had to enter on the same side (difficult for seniors). Before we left the apartment the morning after arriving, the power was turned off without warning. Hosts offered to discuss options, such as moving to a hotel, but did not show up in the morning as promised. We were forced to scramble and locate another apartment, which fortunately we were able to do within a few hours. We had requested a car service for two guests who arrived 3 hours after us and were asked to pay for that in advance. When that car arrived, driver demanded another payment.

• Kane (8/5): Great stay overall, with good amenities. Very spacious apartment and nice decor. - The location was great and the apartment was very nice and generally clean. It was on the fourth floor with no lift/elevator so difficult to get up every time with baby and pram.
• Larisa (1/5): Disgusting - The location only The host was extremely rude and not welcoming, the apartment very dirty. The floors had not been swiped or washed for ages. Both showers were blocked and were flooding when taking shower. But the most shocking was that the bedding had not been changed after the previous occupants. It was dirty, smelly and full of hair. Looked like it was in use for many days. I have stayed in many hotels, some happened to be disappointing but non has been so disgusting as this one. We arrived late at night and with small children, if not for that I would not have stayed even a minute.
• Mohammad (10/5): My family and I had very good and comfortable stay in the apartment. - I liked how big and spacious the apartment was it was very clean and comfortable it felt cozy. A big plus was its location it was spectacular also the host was very friendly and cooperative every time I needed help with anything. Honestly, the only thing that the apartment lacks is the entrance of the building other than that everything was better than I expected.
• Sonali (2/5): Disappointed - Location was good. Lots of good cafes and super market were close by Only one small room had AC. We asked the owner to at least provide us with a fan and he hung up the phone. Half of us ended up sleeping in the living room. On the last day we asked him to compensate us for not communicating that only one room had AC but he declined. Hot water kept fluctuating in both bathrooms.
