Marinus (2/5): looked bad and cancelled the booking - The access to the apartment was very poor, gave a sense of decay. the appartment did not match the description and we canceled the booking

Evgeny (6/5): Ушуайя хата - Хоть и рядом с центральной улицей, но шум от стритрейсеров, которые гоняют всю ночь на пролёт, не слышно. Со второго этажа немного видно пролив. Размер аппартаменов явно меньше заявленного. Вся мебель и обстановка изрядно подубитая. Вообще смахивает на общагу с приметами барака. Подъезд к зданию не удобный и вещи приходится тащить по лестнице. С отоплением беда, то перетоп, то после звонка совсем отключили. Регулировать самому нет вариантов.

Emma (8/5): Very good - Lovely owner who went to lots of trouble to make our stay comfortable! Great location, a stones throw away from the main street but also tucked away. Big bed. Kitchen could do with a sharp knife. We were there for 7 nights over Christmas, could have maybe had a little advance info on if cleaning or access to brooms etc as we were there for a while. Oven dial didn't have any markings on it so was a guess as to the temperature but otherwise worked well!
Wayne (7/5): good location of parking is not an issue - great location. had my own kitchen no parking. the listing indicated there was parking but there was NOT. Had to park on the street and someone had pushed my Moto over on its side in the morning. also, the listing indicated they accepted credit cards, but the owner wanted cash. they finally acquiesced but shouldn’t have had to go back and forth.
