• JOELLE (6/5): Correct pour un court séjour et si on supporte le bruit - L’emplacement très central et la place de parking privée . Conciergerie réactive si problème. L’appartement spacieux. Menuiseries anciennes, Pas de double vitrage donc très bruyant et difficiles à ouvrir et fermer. Toilette dans salle de bain peu commode quand on est nombreux . Peu de penderie.
• Ola (8/5): Przyjemnie, czysto, polecamy! - Wielkość apartamentu, przestronność, styl. Okej była również lokalizacja. Na plus urządzenie kuchni, duże łóżka, piękny salon i wi-fi. Apartament chyba powoli wymaga odświeżenia. Szkoda, że mieliśmy tylko 1 zestaw kluczy na 6 osób. Problemem była również 1 łazienka na taka grupę.

• Sebastian (8/5): - Rummeligt og med et herskabeligt udtryk. Hurtige til at svare. Haven trænger til en kærlig hånd, toiletsæde var gået i stykker, bruser var dårlig - overordnet set har lejligheden stort potentiale men trænger til en kærlig hånd. Ærgerligt at man ikke har gjort dette. Login system drillede meget. Desuden måtte vi vente 1 time ved ankomst på en medarbejder der skulle afhjælpe en fejl i den remote check in. Der blev sagt 15 min.
• Peter (5/5): bathroom facilities need upgrading & an additional bathroom or WC - The apartment is large & spacious suitable for sleeping 6 guests The property has one totally inadequate shower which goes hot & cold & offers very little water pressure, The wifi is awful unless your sat in the kitchen it doesn't work in most of the other rooms, The toilet seat is broken as is the toilet which constantly overflows so has to be turned off via a on off valve next to the toilet otherwise it runs all night, The location is outside the historic centre & is a full 25 mins walk from most of the main attractions, rear gardens are untidy & overgrown need weeding it seemed like the pictures on the site are a few years old & the apartment needs updating they have clearly dressed the apartment for the photos as half of the furnishings shown in the pictures are not there When you enter the apartment common areas there is a smell of sewage which is not very nice

Logement bien positionné et agréable (quoique froid en cette période hivernale) Bien équipé et propre Hôte réactif Arrivée en autonomie complexe et pas top. Difficultés à rentrer dans le logement à l'arrivée car l'hote n'était pas sur place et le numéro de téléphone donné tombait sur un répondeur. La place de parking dédiée n'était pas bien expliquée et le portail très dur a manipuler Logement froid a l'arrivée car le chauffage n'avait pas été mis en route, et pas d'eau chaude. Pas d'explication sur comment lancer tout cela. On a dû contacter l'hôte qui a envoyé une personne pour régulariser tt ça .

• Ana Paula (10/5): Maravilhosa! Indico fortemente - O apartamento é enorme!! 3 quartos grandes uma sala confortável, cozinha grande e equipada. As camas são confortáveis, o apartamento estava bem limpo. A localização é em uma área bem localizada porém não fica no meio do barulho. Perto de bons restaurantes, e da para ir a pé das principais atrações. Muito agradável e confortável Super indico Nada que desabone. Fiquei um pouco triste porque a maquina de lavar roupas não funcionou. Mas o anfitrião enviou uma pessoa a noite e no dia seguinte também,mas sem sucesso Mas nada que desabone, a comodidade
• Bianca Vladutu I. (9/5): Cozy and spacious - Loved that it was big and spacious and that we had the garden to our disposal, even though it was too cold and rainy to make full use of it. The kitchen was particularly my favorite, it looks very welcoming and warm. Loved that it was close to everything we wanted to see and that the small room actually had a bed instead of the sofa we are shown in the pictures. And on that note... Not really a dislike, but it would be much appreciated if the pictures could be updated so that the guests do not get expectations about the place looking one way and then it not quite matching the pictures. And then another sugestion would be for the place to have slippers, at least in the cold season? Because the floors were very cold and socks were not very helpful, and it being such a big space, it was chilly anyway even without the cold floors.

• МадамВалерия (10/5): Флорентийские каникулы;) - Прекрасное расположение! Апартаменты для тех,кто хочет погрузиться в историю, прочувствовать флорентийский стиль жизни. Огромная квартира. Выход во внутренний дворик., возможность завтракать на свежем воздухе. Есть всё необходимое. Нам понравилось. Стаканы чистые;) мебель с историей,да, в этом и прелесть. Сложность регистрации, ощущение,что пытаемся проникнуть в форт нокс. Во внутренний двор можно припарковать только маленькую машину. Наш рено трафик просто не проходил по ширине и по клиренсу. Припарковали напротив, благо в воскресенье бесплатно. И если вы пухленький,то в душ бочком -бочком,обдирая бедра,)))

• Valentina (10/5): Definitely the place is worth. If we visit again we would book it. - Spacious, clean and beautiful. Definitely recommend. Parking was a bit narrow so I think it’s for smaller cars than ours. We had difficulty parking.

• Simon (8/5): Very good - Very close to the center and with excellent parking. The house is very large, with two very spacious and comfortable rooms. The kitchen is a luxury and the living room is huge. It has a washing machine, that was important for us. We slept very well, without noise, without problems. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works perfectly. It's not a bad thing because we didn't use it but the backyard was beautiful. A table and some chairs that could be repaired, cleaned and the plants cut and that would be a palace.
• Darius (10/5): Recommend! - Big and comfortable apartment. All three bedrooms have air conditioners. All in all everything was ok! Some things to improve: No wine glasses 🤷🏻‍♂️ Sleeping bed in smallest bedroom is very small! Garden sitting place could be cleaned. WiFi router located in the kitchen, signal very weak in bedrooms as distance quite long.
• Vael (4/5): Poor stay - When I made my reservation, the pictures of the property looks so well, but unfortunately, all the furniture plus the doors and the apartment is very old. We couldn’t open even the windows and if we could open it, we couldn’t close it back. It seems like we went back in time to a place of 1970s everything was very old. The only thing it was clean and it was OK to stay for two days, but we were unable to open any of the windows or to lock some doors.

• Cristin (5/5): Very basic apartment - Great location. Ease of check in / check out. Quiet clean. No sheets left for the pull out bed. The apartment was really cold and the heating system did not work for us. In one of the rooms the beside lamp was broken and there was no mirror. The shower was slow to drain so it was really uncomfortable to use. There was a large build up of water.

• Olga (8/5): Very good - The apartment is huge, well equipped, 2 bedrooms not only look nice but are comfortable as well. This place is located about 10-15mins walk from Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria, Carrefour is really close (2mins walk), bus stops too. And the garden, soo nice. 3rd „green bedroom” is definitely not for an adult... Sofa bed its not like a sofa bed we had in mind. This one is single, small and not comfortable (even for a child its a challenge). In terms of equipment and comfort this room is faaar away from the other bedrooms.
• Andrea (8/5): Very good - The apartment was lovely, the styling was good. It was very comfortable. Although location was very good the closeness to a very busy, noisy road spoilt the stay. Couldn't use the garden because of the noise.
• Inna (10/5): Good experience - Very pleasant and spacious apartment, clean, very comfortable beds, fresh and clean linen and towels, kitchen utensils are nice and clean, spacious kitchen, private parking ,convenient location. There is no light when you enter the building. One of the bedrooms facing the main road is noisy at night, so is not for light sleepers, but it didn't bother us much. Will definitely go back and recommend others.
• Tina (10/5): Nice place. Spacious and a lot of charm. Great location. - This apartment was beautiful and spacious. It was in a great location. That one room smelled like cigarettes so my son had to sleep in the couch.
• Zainab (1/5): Bad - To start with, since I booked the apartment, the staff were literally nagging almost daily to fill in the guest check-in form. They gave me all the check-in details but they failed at the most basic thing which is the apartment and the garage door number. When I tried to call them through WhatsApp to get more information about the exact location, I suggested to switch to a vedio call, the staff was reluctant and wanted pictures! I insisted on my suggestion as I was in the car double parking, and it would be much faster. During our stay, I needed to extend one more night as I chose the dates wrong initially. They tried their best to help but there was no availabile apartment with a parking. My main issue is the communication skills some staff have to solve problems or concerns some guests might have. Even when I spoke to their manager, he stood my their side that " they handled the case appropriately". I am sorry to say to him, the ones who took the call on the check-in day failed to respond appropriately. As far as the apartment, it's big, spacious but itvwas a bit smelly with some old furniture pieces. No mirrors in the bedrooms and no closet to hang your clothes. I think it needs remodeling before offering it onn booking to future guests. That's my honest feedback.
• Anonymous (9/5): the apartment is very spacious with lots of lightings . very clean . furniture is perfect to feel you are in old city of - very spacious clean and welcoming up to 30 mins walk from heart of old town. But then we are older ladies . we called the taxi several times.
• Deniece (6/5): Trip to Firenze - Very spacious and overall clean. Lovely garden area. Traditional decor and well laid out. A nice location if you prefer to be a bit further away from the crowds. A lovely gelato place next to the park The mattress on the pullout bed was dirty. The apartment was cold during the evenings and there was no way to turn the heating on. There was a loud alarm which kept coming on during our first evening, although the staff were very responsive and sent someone out to fix it by the next morning. The TV doesn't connect to Netflix etc very well - good job we didn't have much time to watch anything!

• Adriana (8/5): Very good, only small minuses - In general, great apartment, nice design, veeeery spacious, comfy living room and a kitchen (two dining tables for you to choose:) ) even a garden/patio. Parking is a HUGE plus in Florence (we had Fiat Tipo and it fit easily, but something much bigger might have a problem with parking, quite narrow space. Plenty of places to park in the streets nearby though). Neighborhood is great if you like good restaurants :), great one (and very popular) is just around the corner (like 50 meters). Carrefour Express nearby. 15-20 minutes by walk to Ponte Vecchio, we walked everywhere. Two double beds are very comfortable. One bedroom is close to a big street, so it is pretty noisy, I had troubles sleeping (but I'm a light sleeper, maybe you won't have a problem). Other bedrooms are more far away and they are much more quiet. - Coach for 1 person is very old, not very comfortable, has a dirty mattress and should be replaced. Shower seems to be pretty old too. - Very small complaint: Had troubles with communication with the host, no answers or late answers on booking app, but they did answered the phone, so that is a plus:)
