• Brigitta (9/5): Eine tolle Wohnung, jederzeit wieder. - Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung im ersten Stock, über eine Treppe zu erreichen, ist super. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gepflegt und mit persönlicher Atmosphäre. Der Lärm von der Straße am Donnerstag bis Samstag Abend ab Mitternacht bis in die frühen Morgenstunden durch den benachbarten Club ist störend bis lästig. Dafür kann aber die Wohnung nichts, das ist der tollen Innenstadtlage geschuldet.
• Lauren (6/5): Great central location but with it comes a few downsides! - The location was great in terms of how close it was to the main tourist attractions. The living room was a really nice size The noise from the outside street was as though you had windows wide open, even when they were closed. Lots of party noise late into night, loud machine street cleaners twice overnight and bin empties! lots of lights seemed to not be working so was extremely dingy. There were really unusual plugs in the apartment, not the standard Italian ones but luckily there was an adapter on the kettle that we had to share to use any of our electrical appliances. Apartment was really cold even though it was 26 degrees outside, I know this is the way of these sorts of buildings but it really was freezing! the picture on the listing of the big bathroom is actually the main bedroom ensuite so if you're staying in the small single room there is only a toilet available...with a fairly pungent fragrance. The property probably works well for a couple but I'm not so sure beyond that.
• Jon (10/5): - Beautiful and well-appointed family apartment, centrally located in Florence. We were so pleased to stay in this lovely flat. For a medium to long term stay this is such a great place, including a kitchen with all the necessary essentials to cook meals made from the excellent local produce.
• Christine (4/5): Cute place in a great location. Noise from local bar was very bad, even with ear plugs. - Nice apartment with comfortable furnishing in a good location which is centrally located to access various sights. There were a few things which made this property not ideal. If sleep is important to you, you should consider a different property. They provided ear plugs (so it's a known issue) because the local bar was very noise until 2am (weekday) and 4am (weekend). I could hear the noise even through the ear plugs. We stayed 4 nights, so by the time we left I was exhausted from lack of sleep. Then when I plugged in my power converter (that I had used all over EU), the electric power for the entire unit was tripped. I was thankful for an emergency number and the replies I got to help me fix the issue - at midnight on our first night. But it took one hour to solve with back and forth messages over whatapp. They suggested that I overload the outlet, I did not. It was a nightlight. It is a known issue because there are 2 bullet points with cryptic information on how to resolve. But I would suggest that they provide a one page document on how to fix it. There were 3 different devices that needed to be reset. It wasn't trivial. The kitchen griddle (on the lowest setting) even tripped the power. Finally the old style key was cute but quickly became a test of patience any time we wanted to open the door - in or out. I consider myself a self-sufficient, easy going person, but this place was challenging to say the least.
• Amy (9/5): Incredible location, lovely apartment, highly recommend - Fantastic location, very comfortable apartment in a historic building. A bit noisy at night, but it didn’t bother us and is part of being right in the heart of the old city. Everything you need is on the doorstep and Florence’s main museums and attractions are within easy walking distance.
• Lisa (10/5): Excellent would stay again - The location of the apartment was excellent close to everything, coffee, food, even small markets and fresh fish stand. It was hot during our stay, a few extra fans would have been great.
• Sherri (10/5): Beautiful stay!! Lovely apartment in excellent location. - Great Location, spacious apartment, very clean with a washing machine if you need to do your laundry. Host was lovely and responsive. After a long day of travel it would have been nice to pick up keys at same location as our stay.
