• ilaria (8/5): Buon locale - L'appartamento era pulito ed accogliente, c'era a disposizione tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno tranquillo. Lo staff era disponibile. Il letto non era particolarmente comodo. Inoltre non si ha la disponibilità di depositare semplicemente i bagagli prima del check in o dopo il check out, di cui il personale è molto rigido sugli orari. Inoltre, avevamo chiesto l'opportunità di ritardare il check out, ma non ci è stata concessa.
• Sandra (6/5): Lokalizacja super ale reszta pozostawia wiele do życzenia… - Wszędzie blisko więc lokalizacja idealna. Super klimat mieć apartament w wieży. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że nawet ma dwie łazienki apartament co również było super i komfortowe. Ogólnie to, że po 18:30 nie było już ciepłej wody. Raz naprawdę byliśmy późno i leciała lodowata woda. Kaloryfery grzały tylko po godzinie 16:00 i maksymalnie do 20:00. Przyjechaliśmy z wyjazdu chorzy, co uważam za absurdalne. Wiadomo, że apartamenty w wieży są chłodne a już wgl w porze zimowej. Okna nieszczelne. W jednej łazience mimo grzania kaloryferów było mega zimno, a już wgl nad ranem jakby człowiek wchodził do kostnicy. Prześcieradło całe brudne od razu pierwszego dnia jak przyjechaliśmy. Ogólnie brudno na podłodze, jakby wgl nie była sprzątana. Moim zdaniem również niekorzystne to, że trzeba wyrzucać wszystkie śmieci w łazience, kuchni itp skoro w tylu apartamentach nocowaliśmy na całym świecie i nigdy takiego wymogu nie było. I ogólnie uważam, że jak na taki komfort to za wysoka cena. Wszystko było słychać, z góry nad nami sąsiadów oraz z korytarza. Nie jest to komfortowe.

• Louis (1/5): Too loud to be considered comfortable and peaceful. - The location is central and the building exterior is nice The noise is unbearable. 3 nights and not a peaceful uninterrupted nights sleep between them. A sign in the room reminding guests about respecting noise levels, ignored by other upstairs guests. The lack of sleep then had a hugely detrimental effect on our whole trip, ultimately spoiling it.

• Sofia (9/5): Hermoso monoambiente céntrico ideal para viajeros solos - La ubicación es IDEAL, me permitía volver al alojamiento entre las distintas actividades turísticas para recargar energías. La distribución dentro del departamento es muy cómoda para viajeros solos. La atención del anfitrión fue muy buena también, siempre atentos a lo que llegara a necesitar, brindando toda la información necesaria. Cuenta con una nevera de buen tamaño para guardar las compras y un supermercado muy completo a 2 cuadras. Hasta contaba con paraguas para los días de lluvia. Me encantó y sin dudas volvería. Estuvo todo perfecto

• Gouskos (5/5): Passable - the location is wonderful. The amount of natural light was very minimal compared to the photos, including above the bathroom sink where it was just plain broken. The facilities were clean but the walls were really scuffed up. We stayed her during our wedding and in the end regret that decision, for the price we would have been better off in a nice hotel. The woman running the booking offered us free extra towels (they charge if you need more than one towel) and a bottle of wine as a congratulation but never delivered it..

• Marcela (8/5): Beautiful and well located - The location is superb. having an elevator is really helpful as well. Bianchina apartment has all your needs covered. It lacked things like towel for drying dishes, drying rack, more trash bags, mosquito spray, a clean window (from outside). The shower pressure was on the weak/low side and so was the hot water. Taking out the trash before checking out is a tad annoying because you’re thinking of things you need to do/go to get next destination.

• Page (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - Great location and history of the towers. The property is managed by a management agent who provides all entry instructions by email. The cleaning fee of Euros 80 is rather expensive and yet we were constantly reminded to clean the dishes and take the garbage out to dropoff point. The apartment is advertised as being accessible by lift, but there are a few steps to get to and from the lift and about eight steps to get from the front door up to the apartment. This is not suitable for people with mobility issues. It would be good if kitchen towels and dish cloth were provided.
• Hao (5/5): Great city but poor host communication - It’s very cute, very unique to live in a tower. The host was rude. I attempted to contact the host 2 days before arriving to confirm the arrival time, but did not hear any response. When we arrived at the property, we followed the directions that were sent at an earlier date. After finding the key, all three of us tried to open the door but the key did not work. I attempted to contact the host again via the Booking app, texted her, and called her — still no response. Finally, I had to call Booking who helped contact her. She responded on the app, was very upset that I had reached out to Booking. She kept saying how easy it was to use the key, making rude comments about “did you read the instructions?” and “just use the key, it’s easy, it worked for everyone else so why can’t you do it.” Finally she came 40 minutes later. She tried it, and indeed, she had difficulty opening the door with the key. She was able to force the door open with a forceful twist of the key, and advised us not to use the key to lock the door whenever we left the apartment. There was no apology, no checking-in on us throughout the stay. The only message was reminding us of the check-out time and asking us to leave our city tax (even though she had already collected it when she came to force open the door for us on check-in).
• Brian (9/5): Loved Florence and the Towers was an excellent location for seeing all the sights. - The history of the tower- one of the very few remaining towers in Florence.Walking distance to everything- cafes, groceries, gelato. Excellent air con it was very hot in Florence. Lovely restoration of the tower- Had some communication problems regarding the payment of city tax. Crowds in the street due to proximity to Ponte Vecchio.
