• BMTP (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt in Florenz - Außergewöhnliche Lage, sehr stilvolle Einrichtung und der Kontakt war sehr eng. Man ist sofort in der Stadt, hat viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und kommt da gut weg. Wenn wir Nachfragen hatten, kam über Booking umgehend eine Antwort. Es war etwas herausfordernd, das Gepäck nach oben zu tragen und nicht sofort klar, welche Wohnung es ist.

• Gert (10/5): Great location to explore Firenze - Great location, nice equipped apartment, perfect for a short or long stay. Everything is organized online, Lorenzo is very responsive and easily accessible. You feel home from the first moment you enter the apartment Just to know, there is no elevator like in many buildings in Firenze.

Maria del fiore. Zona molto tranquilla e ben servita: parcheggio per auto di fronte all appartamento,supermercato vicinissimo . Torneremo sicuramente!molto consigliato!

• Brian (7/5): Awesome location. Many steep stairs and hard check in - The location, the layour The fact that the amount of stairs and the steepness are not mentioned anywhere in the listing. And you were more worried about the paint on the wall than people actually being able to access the unit

• Cristina (8/5): - In the heart of Firenze. Just 2 minutes away from Santa Maria Del Fiore Duomo. The accommodation was good for my family with 2 children. There is a private parking just near. We left the car there - we did a reservation before our coming, otherwise is quite impossible to find a parking spot in a public place.
• Jules (8/5): Great location and space for a family to relax - Great location near local sights. Very quiet. Good air-conditioning in every room. Large sofa bed for the kids. Large apartment space. Could have done with a multi power socket to enable the toaster, kettle and coffee machine to be powered at the same time. Missing dishwasher tablets, bin liners and a few kitchen essentials which would have made the stay better. We also had to buy extra toilet roll. More information about what to do with the bins would have been helpful.
• Sean (10/5): The apartment went beyond our expectations….a cozy comfortable place to stay. - There is nothing we could suggest as an opportunity for improvement. It is ideally located minutes from Il Duomo and very short walking distances to every major museum, monument & piazza’. The apartment is spacious by European standards (… the tall ceilings made the place airy and open) The host, Lorenzo, was at the ready with tour suggestion, logistics solutions (groceries stores , laundromats, car rentals etc). When we had difficulty with coffee maker he was there the next day to immediately replace it. Should we ever have the occasion to return to Florence we’d certainly book this apartment again and we’d recommend it to friends thinking of a trip there.

The apartment was beautifully styled and presented - and we loved the neighbourhood.

• Vinay (7/5): Great location but pricey and a tad bit inconvenient. - Location was great and host was very helpful. The apartment is refurbished with new decor and newer appliances. Apartment is located on first floor and you have to go climb two flights of stairs which I don't think is listed in the apartment listing. The shower is very small. As the location is in city center, please avoid taking cars as the roads are very narrow and it is hard to navigate to the location address. Last but the most important, the address provided is very confusing. Google will take navigate you to the wrong house number. The host helped us to find the correct house but it's just confusing when you have three different variations of the house number on the same street. We arrived around 8pm and it took us almost an hour to figure out the correct building. I would request the host to provide a landmark reference when providing the final details. This apartment was definitely pricey compared to all places we stayed in Italy.

• Jake (10/5): Perfetto! - The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of Florence. All of the central sights were easily walkable. There was an incredible gelato shop around the corner and plenty of restaurants and cafe's nearby. There is also a food market about 2 blocks away where you can find all you will need for your stay. The apartment is nicely updated, and Lorenzo, the owner, is very responsive and helpful.
• Anonymous (10/5): Absolutely will return! - The location of the flat was spot on. The flat was super clean, eclectically decorated and well supplied. Lorenzo was fabulous and responded right away. AC in the main room didn’t cool off all that well.
