• SH (9/5): 最高のロケーション。ホストの対応もスムーズで快適でした。 - ロケーションはとても良い。カーテンもシャッターも電動で使いやすい。 かなりリノベーションに力を入れていて、綺麗で新しい印象。 食器なども揃っている。スマートTVがある。空調も完備。 タオルも豊富に揃っている。清潔。 シャワーの出が悪かった。シャワーの切り替えスイッチが壊れていた。 キッチンのレンジが壊れていた。 かなりリノベーションに力を入れたが、その後の細かいメンテナンスがおろそかな印象。 場所柄、週末の夜は外が騒がしい。 インターネットがアパートの広さに対して隅々まで届かない。 ホストは土曜日まではwhatsappに返事があったが、日曜日にはまったく無反応だったのはイタリアだから仕方がない。 シャワーの出を直すのはなかなか難しいと思うが、キッチンが直っていたらまた利用したい。
• Darren (10/5): - Exceptional apartment. 1 min walk to Ponte Vecchio in the heart of Florence. Three bedrooms. One double, one twin, one single with a spare pull out bed and a sofa bed. We are a family of five, and no problems with space. Washing machine, hot water was plentiful and two bathrooms. Everything worked and we had no problems with the front door using a phone. Some reviewers did have a problem because the internet can be difficult in the narrow streets and tall buildings. I suggest opening the Vikey page before getting to the apartment and it worked perfectly. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you Alessandra and Lorenzo. We had a fabulous time!

• Julie (1/5): Nice place, needs a new lock system - Large, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, nice bathrooms, good amount of space. The location was great. WARNING!!! The apartment was broken into TWICE and we were robbed… the apartment walls and doors were severely damaged so I do not think it was an inside scam. The keypad on the door is not adequate security. I live in Italy so I understand there is always a concern for theft and I am always very sure to lock the doors. We had quite a lot stolen unfortunately. On the bright side the apartment manager was fantastic in handling the situation and helped us to call the police and find new accommodations. The apartment is nice but we were clearly targeted by someone watching us come and go. Until the lock is changed to a traditional key, I would not stay here.
