• Jéssica (9/5): - The decor of the apartment is beautiful. Location is excellent, it's only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Check-in was easy and smooth. Beds were comfy and the apartment was quiet - great for a good night sleep.

• Mansi (7/5): You have a pretty good apartment and location , if only some attention were paid to cleaning after checkout . - The property is at an amazing location . You’re right in the centre of the historic centre . Everything is accessible by foot and within 7-15 mins walking distance . 1. The house was very dirty , there were dirt balls visible in all corners and the floor hadn’t been swept since a while . 2. The booking doesn’t mention that there are stairs inside the house , and not the two three steps shown towards one bedroom in the images . There is a whole flight of stairs that have to be taken after the entrance to reach up to the apartment . So if you have big bags like my family did forget moving your bags up to the apartment , cause the stairway is narrow . Be prepared to open your bags in the entryway and run up and down . 3. The shower cubicle is too small and there was dirt peeling off the floor of the shower area as well .

A parkolás gördülékenyen ment a megadott információk alapján. Az autó biztonságos helyen volt 600-800 méterre a szállástól. Itt minden tökéletes!

• Nicolas (10/5): super localisation, parfaitement calme - Appartement très bien situé, très bien équipé et totalement calme ! Tout peut se faire à pieds. Les sites touristiques les plus proches : Eglise Sainte-Croix, Vieux Palais, galarie Uffizi... Restaurants dans la rue. Supérette à 100m (Conad) Parfait pour du tourisme à 4. La cafetière est une Nespresso. Il y a une tv connectée avec Netflix. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui est joignable facilement. Bref, je recommande !
• Jonathan Willemoes (1/5): Very disappointing, sub standard. - location Sadly, this is the filthiest apartment I have ever stayed in. There were bugs in the apartment itself. There were mosquitos which were not so much of a problem. However there were also unknown bugs - multiple around the place. Our first night arriving there was a 2 inch cockroach in the filthy entryway. There is little sunlight, an elevator which is unreliable. Also be ready to walk up 8 flights. of stairs. Never Again. Don't do it.

• 윤 (5/5): - 체크아웃 이후에 잠시 캐리어 짐을 보관할 수 있게 배려해 주셨습니다. 그리고 와인 한병이 제공해 주었습니다. 에어컨은 시원했구요. 객실 메인 문을 들어서면, 낮은 계단이 있어요. 캐리어를 들고 이 계단을 올라가야 되는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 세탁기는 있지만 세탁세제가 없습니다. 그리고 조리도구는 있지만 올리브유가 없었어요.
• Gastón (8/5): Buen alojamiento en ubicación estratégica - La ubicación en el centro de Florencia es ideal y contar con un ascensor es invaluable para poder subir las valijas. Tienes todo lo necesario en el departamento para poder cocinar algo y desayunar allí Dentro del departamento hay que subir una escalera que puede ser un inconveniente para personas con mobilidad reducida (no fue nuestro caso). Faltaban algunos enchufes donde conectar celulares por la noche. Sería bueno contar con una tostadora, pero nos arreglamos con una sartén para tostar el pan. Debido a la zona ZTL preferimos no estacionar donde nos recomendaron ya que no nos dió confianza el parking sugerido

• Jennifer (9/5): Brilliant location, comfortable, quaint and very easy to access. - Location is amazing. Easy walking distance to all main attractions. The recommended parking lot was close by and the attendants were helpful. Lovely old world apartment in historic building that has been updated. Apartment is very clean and comfortable with hotel quality linen and towels provided and comfy beds. Beyond what I expected. Access is easy with modern security which made me feel very safe. There was nothing I didn't like. The apartment was exactly what I was hoping for and exactly how it is represented. It is a top floor attic style apartment with a lift and stairwell. The windows are small so don't expect views.
