• Irma (10/5): Un pequeño y encantador ático para disfrutar de Florencia - Es un lugar pequeño con encanto. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir a todos los sitios de interés caminando y se puede llegar también a 20 min a pie desde la estación de tren. Emilio siempre estuvo atento a las necesidades, y nos dio indicaciones siobre la ciudad. La cama es muy cómoda y pudimos alojarnos tres personas cómodamente. Lo recomiendo si vas a Florencia, volvería sin dudarlo

• María (9/5): Alojamiento completo y limpio - Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de Emiliano, ya que al llegar nos estaba esperando para explicarnos con detenimiento cada detalle del alojamiento, así como los lugares de interés de la ciudad. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, incluso nos dejó comida para poder desayunar y café. Es un estudio acogedor y pequeñito, pero muy completo. Lo que menos me gustó fue que el edificio tenía un ascensor pero era muy lento y pequeño, cada vez que quería cogerlo tardaba muchísimo, era mejor subir y bajar por las escaleras y al ser un tercero era un poco cansado. El estudio en sí estaba genial, pero hay que tener en cuenta que es abuhardillado, por lo que no hay una ventana como tal a la calle, y en la zona de la cama y en el baño está el tejado más bajo, por lo que hay que tener cuidado.

• Richard (10/5): - Le quartier est beau et calme, très apprécié après une journée au coeur de Florence, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'hote. Une salle de bain spacieuse avec une douche de grandeur adéquate, l'eau chaude instantanée avec un bon débit. Le puit de lumière ouvrant qui permet de suppléer à l'absence de fenêtres. No hacía frío ni calor Emiliano de 10, había dejado unos cruasanes, con mermelada y chocolate, nos esperó en la puerta nos acompañó y enseñó todo y estaba disponible para cualquier cosa Nos guardó las mochilas el último día en su domicilio y luego estuvo disponible para entregárnoslas. Estaba todo genial, por aportar algo, igual para personas muy altas tienen que inclinarse para meterse en la cama o en el baño 😅
• Rosemary (10/5): Great Location. Owner very friendly and knowledgeable. - Emiliano met us at the door with the keys. Showed us up to the loft. Gave us a map and information about the city and places to eat. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Location was great: 15 minute walk to train station and easy walk to city centre. Restaurants and coffee shops close by. We arrived at 20:30 and hadn’t eaten. Just wanted a quick bite. Emiliano recommended a pizza place close by - was perfect. Tram on corner (but we never took it). Loft was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for our short stay. Emiliano was available for us to contact him at any time for information. It was nice to hear about the history of the location. Would stay again.

• Viviana (9/5): Cómodo, cerca de lugares de interés y amabilidad del anfitrión - El lugar era cómodo en general, tal y como las fotografías. Muy silencioso y se podía descansar tranquilamente. Además, muy cerca de todo lo que hay que conocer. Por lo menos, yo hice todo caminando… y ahorré un poco en movilización, ya que estoy haciendo un viaje largo por Europa. Y además la atención de Emiliano es muy buena. Te hace sentir segura, es amable y te da recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. Y agradezco que Emiliano te espera con algunas cositas para desayunar, mermeladas, galletitas etc. Me costó regular el tema del agua en la ducha, a ratos salía bien, pero a ratos ya no salía nada. No supe entender cómo funcionaba la verdad.

• Nicolò (10/5): Bellissimo loft in posizione ottima - Per prima cosa, l'accoglienza da parte dell'host è stata fantastica, mi ha presentato personalmente lo spazioso appartamento e le principali attrazioni della città. La stanza é molto bella, munita di cucina completa, macchinetta per il caffè, divano, proprio come appare nelle foto. Tutto era molto pulito e ho trovato il letto molto comodo. Inoltre, la location è molto comoda, vicino alla linea del tram T2, altrimenti si può essere in centro con una breve camminata. Niente, spero di poterci tornare la prossima volta che viaggio verso Firenze!

• MIRIAM (7/5): - El anfitrión, Emiliano, es muy agradable, se preocupa si todo está bien y te resuelve las dudas. El loft está a 15-20 minutos caminando al centro. En las fotos del loft aparece un balcón, pero pertenece al edificio. El loft no tiene terraza ni balcón. Es un loft situado en el último piso (3°) abuhardillado. En la foto que aparece de la cama no se ve, pero el techo es abuhardillado y para hacer la cama tienes que agacharte un poco.

• Dan (8/5): Don't come to Florence without first reading about the Renaissance and its Magicians! - Loft Bianchi has a very good position, being connected to the Train Station and the Airport via the T2 tram The distances to the tourist attractions are easily accessible on foot. For those unfamiliar with the notion of LOFT, it is an attic. The space is rationally used, the equipment is sufficient and correct, modern. You will give a test with the coffee maker :) Emiliano is an absolutely ok host, he will solve and clarify any problem you may have. You will feel good, you will easily settle in and you will regret it when you have to leave! It can always be better, but we liked it because it was a unique experience.

• Patrick (10/5): Easy to manage with no difficulty's. - We could walk from the train to the loft. Called the cell available to us and the host came to the door. We received the keys and was escorted to the loft. The host gave us a large bottle of water and some goodies like chocolate and bread items . During the 3 days we were there we had an induction two element eclectic stove we could use. There was nothing we didn't like.
• Próchnicka (9/5): Superb - The owner was extremely helpful and very nice :) the flat is located in a quiet area but still a walking distance form the center, which makes it great to take a breath from all the crowd.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Loft Bianco is an excelent place to stay for your visit, it’s not far away from the train/bus station and every other thing is close by. The host was really great, helpfull and made us feel like home. Highly recomended for a visit in Florence.

• Lamb (10/5): Exceptional - My partner and I have been travelling around Europe for a few weeks and this stay was by far our favourite. Emiliano met us after a long day of travel with the biggest smile, he helped us with our bags and got us settled in. He sat down with us and a map of Florence and provided us with amazing recommendations. We ate at all of his recommendations and the pasta I had was the best I have ever tried. The loft itself was extremely clean, super cute and styled beautifully. There was plenty of space and all the amenities needed, we cooked one night and went out the rest and it was lovely. I will be recommending this place to anyone visiting Florence and will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you again Emiliano for such a wonderful experience in Florence! Nothing, it was perfect!
• Drew (10/5): Would definitely recommend! - Emiliano was a great host, gave us a lot of information and recommendations for our stay. We stayed for 3 nights and the apartment was lovely, clean and had everything you need. Short walk or a bus to the centre which is ideal.

• Vladimir (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The flat was nice, clean and comfortable, the host very friendly and helpful, the location was perfect. If we'd go to Florence again, we would definitely stay here again and can only recommend doing so for potential travellers.
• Wan (9/5): Pleasant stay and felt safe to roam around the area. - The owner was waiting to hand over the keys. He helped to carry our bags which we appreciated after long walk from main station. The place had every basic needs and neatly prepared for our arrival. We requested for ironing and got it send down to the room. The hot water was sometime intermittently change to cold water during shower, and water pressure fluctuated to low sometime too. Wish the shower cubicle could be bigger to move around.

• Edwin (10/5): Exceptional - Emiliano is a GREAT host. He had everything ready for us. He is at the top in customer service. We loved the apartment. It had everything you need for a stay. We stayed for 5 nights and it was wonderful. The location was very convenient to.the center, the train station and the main attractions. The neighborhood is very quiet. I am a runner, and loved to get outside and run around this beautiful neighborhood. Thanks Emiliano for your hospitality. Edwin and Rox from Houston/Monterrey I liked all. No negatives.
• Duc (10/5): Extraordinary - Emiliano was very caring and generous. He prepared everything to make us feel comfortable like home. The apartment is extremely clean even in the smallest corners. Next time visiting Florence we will definitely stay at Loft Bianco. Highly highly recommend staying here. The location is close to bus stops but the arrival time is not correct all the time.
• Alexandru (10/5): Excellent! - The appartment is located really close to the city center, at a 15min walk. It had everything we needed and it was really clean. Both the check-in and the check-out were really smooth - the owner hands over the keys as he lives in the same building. As a bonus, Emilio, the owner, prepared a little snack for us (a couple of croissants and bread with nutella and jam). On top of it all, hearing that we will continue our tour towards Tuscany, Emilio printed a couple of pages with places to visit. It was a really enjoyable experience and Emilio is a great host! Totally recommend! The room is at a top floor, and in some places it could be a little tricky for the taller people (not too big of a problem though)

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - i dont know from where should i start. First of all Emiliano is a great friendly host, his door is always open and he is willing to help you all the time. He suggested some places to eat like locals, some must see sights. He was also constantly availiable if we wanted anything. Lets go to the house. It is a very cosy apartment, it is even better than in the photos, it is fully equiped with everything that you are going to need (cutlery, pots, frying pans etc,) The house was very clean and the mattress was perfect for the best sleep in Florence. As far as location is concerned, it is close to many bus and tram stops in order to go everywhere, For those who like to walk the city center is less than 15 mins, it has many cafeterias around, 2 supermarkets in close distance, many restaurants and from the central station (Santa Maria Novella) you can access the hotel both by walking or by taking the tram, in both situations the durations is about 15 mins. Last but not least we reached 3 hours earlier than we have said to him and we called him just outside the property and he managed to find a solution. To sum up we stay there 4 nights and we felt like home, everything was perfect and i dont just recomend it. You have to stay here. That we had to leave

• Petar (8/5): Very good - It was a cozy place, relaxing, more natural light than I expected, not that far up given it's an attic apartment and there is a (slow) lift if needed. The building felt very secure and well maintained. There were complimentary snacks which were simple but a nice touch. It was veeery noisy during the night from the road noise coming from one of the two windows even when closed. Location is further from downtown than I had realized but that's on me, it's just not that enjoyable to walk.
• Guillaume (8/5): A plaisant stay in Florence - The flat is at the top of a building under the roofs. It is a small but efficient place fully equipped which includes air conditioner & a kitchen. The host, Emiliano is available for any questions or advices during your stay. The flat is located a bit far of downtown (20min of Duomo & 30 min of palazzo pitti). The flat is located next to a busy street which is generating noise late in the evening & early in the morning.

• Constantino (9/5): Very comfy studio that feels like your own while in Florence. We enjoyed our stay. - Very good location in a residential area 10 mins walk to the city centre. The studio is very clean and bright due to a skylight window on the roof. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with good quality soap and shampoo, coffee and olive oil. Nice details. The host understands hospitality.
• Lin (10/5): A quite central location with a great host - Emiliano is a great host, responsive to all the questions, very polite and friendly. The unit is pretty big with a kitchenette enough to have a light cooking needs. It is far better than an ordinary hotel room. The location is quite central, you can walk to the main train station and the city centre. We hardly need the public transport to go everywhere while staying there for a week. The host is also very considerate by providing a nice pastry breakfast with ongoing supplies of quality tea bags and espresso coffee pods and he was quick to address the issues with the lift which made us very happy. I can recommend the unit to any travellers especially couples for a brief or a week stay. It gets a bit noisy as the building situates the busy street but gets better at night so I was able to get good sleep.
