Julian (8/5): Each day getting back to apartment fast n quick on tram. - Location is ideal as there is tram n bus easily located. Supermarket n food outlets can be found nearby. The owner Lorenzo very friendly and helpful. Willing to answer query or questikns asked. Maybe a toaster in kitchen and extra pillows available would be good.
Eric (8/5): Very pleasant stay in Florence apartment - The location of the apartment is great. One can walk to the historic area of Florence, else there is a bus stop which takes one there in 15 minutes. Very easy access from the airport using a combination of trams T1/T2. The apartment is fairly large and comfortable. There is smoke coming into the apartment from an adjacent apartment through a connecting door. (this could easy be solved by using masking tape to seal of gaps between door and doorframe) Also matrasses are not of great quality or else they once were and now need replacing. However these are only minor issues in an otherwise very nice apartment.
Maria (6/5): Great location. Close to station and very Easy to get - Great location, spacious apartment. Great for 4 people to stay. There was a strong cigarette odor coming from the neighbouring apartment.
Christian (9/5): Excellent! - Lorenzo is a very friendly host. He is very communicative and helpful. The place is about 30 min walk from the historic city center away. On the way there are nice cafes for having breakfast. The train station is about 20 min away. Bus station is just in front of the house. There was a weak odor from smoking coming from the neighboring appartment.
Bethan (9/5): Great location and apartment. Quiet area and safe building - Lorenzo was a wonderful host and met us at the property to hand over the keys. The property was lovely and spacious and very clean and suited our family perfectly. It was located a close walk to the train station and just outside the central areas. There is also a bus and tram stop just over the road that we used regularly. The building itself felt very safe and the doors were always locked. It is on the ground floor but has a couple of steps to access the main front door. I travelled with my nan who uses a walking stick and this was fine for her. Only thing missing for us was a toaster. I travelled with my nan and she did miss her morning toast. But apart from that it was perfect.
