• Fabrizio (9/5): Eccellente - Zona tranquilla vicino al centro, appartamento super completo di tutti gli accessori, non ci è mancato nulla, per cui ritornerei volentieri nella struttura. Il sig. Lorenzo gentilissimo, mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per poter soggiornare al meglio, compresa l'informazione del parcheggio. Insomma è stata una bella esperienza. Troppe zanzare, ovviamente le finestre le lasciavo aperte di giorno chiudendole la sera prima di andare a dormire, per cui consiglierei una zanzariera alle finestre.
• Vincent (9/5): Très bien, très commode. - L’emplacement. La réactivité des hôtes. La proximité de Santa Croce et du marché Sant’Ambroggio. La difficulté pour ouvrir, même en ayant le code (mais les hôtes ont géré le problème très vite). Ce n’était pas un problème pour nous mais le logement était au 3ème étage, c’est à prendre en compte si on a du mal à marcher / monter des escaliers.

• Myroslava (10/5): Highly recommended for a short stay! - Perfect location, very quiet area close to major sites. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, nice restaurants nearby. The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great choice for families!

• Prabhjot (9/5): Wonderful apartment, I would recommend it to a small family. Our teen boys loved the loft. - Amazing location, near everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean, well stocked and perfect for our family of four. We had a little bit of a hiccup with the power going out, but Lorenzo was super helpful and helped us resolve it efficiently.

• Elisabetta (8/5): Perfect weekend in the heart of Florence - Very nice apartment in the centre of Florence. Perfect location and perfect size. Some storage space for clothes would have been useful. The two bedrooms were nice and cozy though.

• Dan (10/5): Easy to find, short walk to nearby bars restaurants and attractions etc great stay in Florence - Easy to find, short walk into town! Good location! Friendly staff and easy to arrange Both bedrooms are open plan and connected. And bathroom is accessed via one of the bedrooms so not overly private. Also the bedroom upstairs has a low ceiling is if you’re tall watch your head!

• Sarah (9/5): Terrific apartment in central Florence, close to the action and well equipped with all the amenities - Great communication, wonderful location, and cute bedroom on the mezzanine level. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfy. It would be good to have bedside tables upstairs (we put our phones on the floor), but otherwise it was a very comfortable stay for a reasonable price.

• Jorge (5/5): Nice place to be but the weird heating management makes this a no-go in the cold months - Well located, near the Santa Crocce Church, 5min - 15min to the most beautiful places in Florence just walking. Well equipped with washing machine, kitchen and nice bathroom. Clean and well maintained. I'd say if you care about having a warm and cozy place to stay during the cold months in Florence, just skip this place. We went there in winter time. The heating is managed remotely. This is a real pain in the ass. They decide remotely when to turn on and off the heating and the temperature. Therefore you've to phone many times to an Italian phone and ask for the heating to be turned on, and pray that they will answer you. We had to call many times as we found the flat freezing when coming from the street every day. In some cases it took them up to 1h and several phone calls to turn it on, and then several hours until we reached a comfortable temperature. No elevator in the building - not a problem for us as we're an active family, but you have to be aware as it can be a big problem for some, of course.
• Helen (9/5): Superb - Great location. Close to major museums. Lots of great cafes and restaurants close by. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable beds. Great plus to have a washing machine. Was hard to carry heavy bag to the third floor. Would be great to have some shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

The access was easy although we did have a problem with the key code initially. The apartment had a authentic feel to it with a cute loft Getting to the third floor with large suitcases was a bit tricky. Also there was no tea towel to dry dishes.

The property was 3 floors up and no lift which would have been good to know! Also bathroom was through a bedroom and the second bedroom was open so not too much privacy. OK if you are with good friends or family but again would have been good to know!

• Florez-gomez (4/5): Convinient location, needs improvement on cleanliness. - The apartment was in a great location and the check in and check out was easy. The AC was also very good. I was very disappointed to see that the apartment wasn’t actually 2 rooms as described, it was a studio with a sleeping section at the top and the other one in the bottom. There was no privacy as you could see the bottom room from the top room. Furthermore the walls were very dirty, you could see dead insects on the wall and some stains. Our bedding appeared clean, but when we took out one of the extra blankets it was full of stains and it was clearly dirty. The place definitely needs to improve on its cleanliness.

• Faisal (7/5): It was fine. - Good space for 4. Washer. Can access to local bakeries. No elevator to the 3rd floor. No space provided in the bathroom to keep toilette stuff. Location in ZLT area so can’t get your rental car in unless you park in a paid garage and taxi service is limited.

• Eva (10/5): Great appartment to stay in Florence - The appartment is really cozy and well equiped. It feels very comfortable and really like a Florence home :-). There are very comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. We also loved the digital way of entrance via a code which gives a great freedom. The location is perfect. We could go to museums in the morning then buy some nice food in a fresh market just 5 min away, have nice late lunch in the appartment, siesta and then go again to the city center, but the green part, the amazing gardens just 15 min walk from the appartment. Also great restaurants are around. Everything is reachable by foot, including the train station. Taxi works also very well in Florence. Simply, we want to go back! :-) Nothing. Communication with the owner is very good and I believe you can solve anything if needed.
• Anonymous (7/5): Great location - great location! could have been cleaner, there were hairs everywhere. Also the bathroom in off the downstairs bed room and the balcony also overlooks the downstairs bedroom so little privacy
• Katie (5/5): It was average - It was very cold in the apartment, I did ask the host if they could let us turn the heating up, and they said we can have it only 1 degree higher, therefore the entire stay was uncomfortable. It was so cold and I slept in my coat, however the facilities were overall quite good. The location was not very near to the city center though. Be prepared to walk a fair bit or take the bus.

• Ian (9/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - Great location near Santa Croce. Good dining and cooking facilities. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Agency seemed very professional. Only bathroom is accessed off the double bedroom. Would be a problem for anyone using the second double bed on the mezzanine floor. There are three flights of stairs to negotiate.
