• Sally (9/5): We absolutely loved our stay. One bathroom had some issues, but the rest of the apartment was incredible. - Location was amazing and the rooms were gorgeous. The terrace was out of this world! No soap in the bathrooms and one bathroom sub par.

• IVIatu (9/5): Roomy stay with an amazing roof-terrace. - The terrace is very impressive. It has possibly the best views of the Duomo. The apartment is also quite roomy and the interior and furnishing matches the building style. Since its on the highest floor, the rooms tend to run hot on a sunny summer day. Luckily, air conditioners in all the rooms can solve this. A sun shade on the terrace would be a great bonus.

• Fırat (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. You have to go up to the house by 4th floor stairs but it is worth it for that terrace :) The house is really big but you can only spend time on the terrace, the view is magnificent. Since it is very central, you can walk everywhere. We were not allowed to check in early, it was insistently stated that the house would be ready at 15:00. However, they came at 15:20 to hand over the keys. When we entered the house, we saw that the house was not clean. The reason we could not check in early was cleaning, but the house was not clean. We waited 30 minutes for the cleaning team to come. It took about 1.5 hours to clean the house. We wasted half a day... Despite what we experienced at the entrance, we told them that we wanted to leave at 12 instead of 10:00 due to our train time, but it was not accepted.

• Kelley (10/5): Exceptional - The view from the terrace was amazing. The apartment was very comfortable for a family of 5. There is a grocery store right next door and plenty of restaurants.

• Chee (10/5): Great stay - Location is great. It's central to most tourist attractions. The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (only 1 is ensuite). The apartment is big. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor if I remember correctly) without elevator. Definitely not easy to carry the luggages up. Thankfully, Pasquale was there to help out. Some of power plug points in Room 2 were not working.
• Stanley (8/5): We had a fantastic time. Museums and restaurants at your doorstep. - The location was fabulous. Having three bathrooms made getting ready in the morning and bed at night a breeze. Having a grocery store, a fruit market and several bakeries at the entrance to the apartment was incredibly helpful. We wished that the kitchen had been better equipped. Perhaps a French press for coffee. Some extra dish towels for the week. The knives were terribly dull, they made a real mess of our delicious breads and sweets. And the lounge could use two additional comfortable chairs for relaxing. The sofa was great but when there are 6 in the room there were only dining chairs. Not what we expected for the price point.
• Enardo (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Beautiful and spacious apartment with stunning views to the duomo. The apartment is centrally located near city center. The stairs. There are a lot of steep stairs to get to the apartment. No elevator.
• Phisanu (10/5): Our favorite accom in florence. - Superb apartment. Very spacious with well eqipped facilitiies. Comfortable for a group of six adults. Pasquale is generous host and keen to accommodate your need. View from the terrace is unbeatable. Flights of stairs but the room and the view worth the efforts.

• Guy (10/5): We had the best week in florence and felt at home in this apartment. - The location was perfect. You can walk to everything in Florence. Cafes/wine bars/shops/supermarket at your door. The view from the terrace is spectacular, it's even very good from the living room. The apartment is huge and really nicely decorated. We loved staying here. It was pretty good value for the size and location. The host was also very helpful with suggestions. We were there in mid-winter and heating was excellent. The only real negative is the stairs - you need to climb about 80 steps. A dryer would be nice as well. It is a little bit noisy from the street at night, but not too bad.

Spacious, elegant and in an absolutely fabulous location, we loved every minute of our stay here. The roof terrace and the view is insane! The only downer was that there were a LOT of stairs to get up to the apartment. Just something to be aware of. We’re quite fit and still felt it!

• Cassandra (10/5): Best spot in Florence! - Stunning apartment. The terrace was spectacular. Pasquale was wonderful and helpful. My kids loved the jacuzzi. Everything was perfect! You have to hold down the button to flush the toilet next to the bathroom. Took us a second to realize that.

Apartment was large and the 3brs were spacious and comfortable. Pasquale was an amazing host! Would definitely stay at Casa di Dante again! Apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. Something to keep in mind for those who may find it difficult. But the view from the rooftop is worth the climb!

This was by far the best place we stayed! - We had seen the photos on Booking.com and we honestly wondered if if could be that nice- but it was! The rooms were beautiful and spacious. You felt like you were staying in a piece of art. The air conditioners worked! But the views- WOW!!. It was better than expected. We arrived late- at 10 pm at night because of a flight delay, so when we went up on the terrace, and the Duomo was all lit up, it was breathtaking. The view was a 360 degree view of the city- amazing! The location of course, was fantastic, centrally located by the Duomo. The host, Pasquale, was so nice and friendly. He met us there at 10 pm and gave us the keys, showed us around the place and offered to book us a reservation that night for dinner. (it was 1030 pm- too late for us Americans) We were even able to wash a couple of loads of clothes and hang them out on the line to dry ( of course no dryer.) I will always remember this place, and if we ever go back, staying here will be a must. It is on the fourth floor, but if you want the view, that's what you will have to do. Well worth it.

• Lou (10/5): Amazing Views, worth the climb up many steps, beautiful, clean and large accommodation - Location was superb, and the most amazing views from the balcony. Accommodation was beautiful and clean. ,We took hand luggage, which I would advise. Kitchen units are very high, I struggled at 5'2 to reach items required. The steps are very many and to get to the balcony is another 26 steep steps, but when you get there, the view is just incredible, and we so didn't want to leave. Would advise hand luggage, dont take a large suitcase as there are a lot of stairs.
• Carol (10/5): Highly recommend Casa di Dante apartment with roof top terrace - Excellent location right in the centre of Florence. The apartment was stunning, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The added bonus of the roof top terrace really made the stay even more special.... those views! Guiseppe met us on arrival and was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return if visiting again and would highly recommend. The stairs would be the only downside....but well worth every step for the spectacular views you get from the roof top terrace.
