Also, water and wine for guests. -beautiful way of leaving the instructions in the app so you can enter without even seeing the owner -very polite and patient personal, can help you with check in a lot -very nice and quite place

• Amber (10/5): Brilliant would recommend highly. - Everything. It felt like a home, good facilities, bed so comfortable and all utensils provided. Nothing, only down side is it can be loud at night as located next to main road
• Georgi (8/5): Very good - Anette was a very responsive host. The apartment has everything you need. While not at the heart of Florence's attractions, it is still just 25 minutes of a nice walk to the central part. 24 hours public underground parking (20 euro per day) just behind the building. Very nice small private garden fragrant of jasmine for your morning coffee. The surrounding area is a bit dirty. The bathroom small and old.

Hosts were great with communication prior and during - The apartment was very well equipped, bed was comfortable and lots of little extras to make the stay very comfortable Location was a little out the way, once you figure out the C2 electric bus and tram it wasn’t a problem. The steps too the garden were very steep
• Anthony (9/5): Really enjoyed the property and the outdoor space for a coffee and a read in the city was great. You have to accept that - Inside it had everything you need for a comfortable stay - lots of facilities and well supplied. Host was great with good knowledge and tips and allowed us to come in early as we got to Florence with bags at noon. Great communication throughout. The immediate surrounding area but it was only a short walk from the main areas of the city.

• Jade (10/5): Beautiful apartment short walk from the centre - The property had everything we needed for the stay and provided a travel cot. Spacious and clean apartment, walk into the centre was around 20/25 minute walk, easy to get to the station 15 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we were to revisit.

• Leanne (10/5): Pleasant stay in Florence at Casa Maron - Well located to walk to Duomo (approximately 1 km) or catch local transport, with the bus right outside the property and the metro just down the street, groceries nearby as well as a few good restaurants. Extremely clean, nice furnishings.

• Aleksandrs (10/5): Perfect for us. Thank very much to Casa Maron :):):) - The location is perfect from the airport, 20 min by tram. To reach the center takes around the same 20 min by walking. We spent absolutely lovely family time in Casa Maron. .
• Lanee (6/5): All in all, we enjoyed our stay. - Lovely apartment and very clean. Very close to the bus which takes you into the center of town, it's about a 20 minute walk if you don't use public transportation or a taxi. The apartment was well stocked with most everything we needed for our stay including a washer, we hung our clothes to dry, the drying rack in the bathroom wasn't working while we were there, or at least we weren't sure how to turn it on, but there is a standing rack and clothes pins to hang clothes with. There is a convenience store right next door, which we appreciated, we shopped there several times. The terrace is down a very steep set of stairs, not outside the back door which is what we thought from the pictures we saw. Also, the apartment lists a sofa bed, and a queen bed. We thought we'd have two beds available when we booked, but we learned after arriving that you need to let the hosts know ahead of time if you'd like to use the sofa bed, there was no bedding available because we didn't pre-book. The queen bed, which my daughter and I shared, only has a bottom sheet with a comforter on top of it, no top sheet. I recommend requesting a top sheet before arrival.
• Esra (9/5): Amazing experience - The owner was very helpful. They provided us with all the necessary information until we entered the house, and we were in constant communication. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It was a spacious and airy home. It was truly a hassle-free and comfortable stay. Its location was also within walking distance to the city center. The location is not bad in terms of accessibility to the city center, but during nighttime, there were suspicious individuals in the shop next to the building.
• Moira (9/5): Lovely flat, good location. - Contact with owner was very good. Always helpful. Apartment very clean, fresh & well maintained. Good location but outside the busy area, so less noise. While there was a lovely private, green area to sit out in, the neighbouring property was rather ill kept & spoilt the outlook from the flat.
• Wellington (10/5): Excellent apartment, clean, open atmosphere, and welcoming host. - Very convenient to SMN train station, and a very open atmosphere with higher ceilings. The location provided a quiet stay, while easily walking to a cafe or grocery store. Communication from the host was outstanding and very clear on how to gain entry. The air unit was a little tricky to figure out, but that was probably my fault!

• Oluwatobi (10/5): Great Location! Would definitely stay again! - What did I like? EVERTHING! The location of the apartment was great. 13-15 min walk from the Train Station. Grocery Store - 5 mins away. The apartment was awesome! Fully stocked kitchen, amenities. The wifi was excellent - a necessity when travelling with kids. Our host - Anette was on hand to give us the keys, she was pleasant and very responsive; gave us great recommendations on where to eat, places to visit. The flight of stairs! Unfortunately not to be avoided. Even with this...I would still come back.

• Markus (9/5): Superb - Very nice spaceious appartement by a 20min walk to the Ponte Veccio bridge. Covered parking close by for 20Euro per 24h. Very nice welcome in the appartement with some drinks for free. We traveled with kids and so that 20min walk was not always comfortable to go back for a kids break, but approximity to the city center is in general no big deal.
