• Alberto (5/5): Sin ningún mantenimiento - La ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de STA María novella Es un cuarto sin ascensor, aunque eso ya lo sabía antes de ir. Aunque el piso estaba limpio el mantenimiento es lamentable: en una habitación faltaba el cristal de una ventana y estaba tapada con plásticos, por suerte esa habitación no nos hacía falta, el día después de llegar pidieron permiso para entrar a solucionarlo, pero no fueron en los 9 días que estuve allí. En la cocina había un cristal rajado, al igual que en el dormitorio. En la cocina hay varios platos rotos, no hay cucharillas de postre, estropajo usado, sin bayeta en el fregadero,.... En el baño la ducha de WC gotea. En resumen, un mantenimiento nulo, es una pena porque con un poco de trabajo sería un alojamiento con muy buen precio.

• OSVALDO (8/5): Simpático y bien ubicado. - Es un departamento simpático, equipado con lo justo. Muy lindas vistas y luminoso. Los espacios son estrechos, se podría mejorar la distribución. Por otro lado, son cuatro pisos los que hay que subir por una escalera estrecha y empinada, difícil para personas con movilidad reducida o edad avanzada.

• Corina (8/5): Lovely small place in a great location - It's a lovely old appartment in a pretty quiet street. We loved it's situation in the old town with all the beautiful sites and the train station in walking distance. The appartment is on the 5th floor, away from everything, and surprisingly quiet. Even though the place is very small, it's tastefully decorated, and the bed is very comfortable. There is a second toilet, which we found quite luxurious in a small place. If you travel with heavy luggage, you might have a rough start, carrying your cases up the five narrow flights of stairs. The bathroom is absolutely tiny. It might be a challenge for a bigger person to turn around in it or to have a shower. There isn't anything in the small kitchen like salt, tea, coffee or oil.
• Fabienne (2/5): Gut gelegene Wohnung jedoch mit Sanierungsbedarf. Leider mit Schimmel und sporadischer einrichtung - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man erreicht in wenigen Minuten den Bahnhof als auch viele Cafe‘s, Pizzerien und die gesamte Stadt Die Wohnung ist sehr sporadisch eingerichtet zb, kein Tv. Die Wohnung wurde zwar gereinigt jedoch lagen die Reinigungssachen im Schrank im Schlafzimmer was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen geführt hat. Die Fenster waren teilweise kaputt (in der Küche). Im Badezimmer war Schimmel im Duschvorhang, an den Wänden und auf der Deko. Die Klima hatte nicht funktioniert. Der Schlüsselübergeber hatte zwar ein Video gemacht und gesagt er kümmere sich drum jedoch ist nichts passiert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Haus im 4 Stock (ohne Aufzug). Es gab kein Licht im Schlafzimmer außer eine kleine Nachttischlampe. In der gesamten Wohnung roch es sehr feucht (wie im Keller) obwohl 4. Stock. Auf der Rückenlehne vom Bett waren Flecken die man wohl nicht rauswaschen kann…. nicht wirklich angenehm sich auf sowas zu legen. Die Wohnung konnte man anschließen jedoch war die Tür nicht wirklich dicht. Alles in einem war die Wohnung in einer super Lage jedoch ist sie dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Da hilft leider kein Putzen wenn schimmel in der Dusche ist oder an den Wänden.
