• Sara (8/5): - Casa molto accogliente, curata e pulitissima. Posizione comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali luoghi di interesse. L’host è stato gentile, disponibile e molto preciso nelle indicazioni, rispondendo sempre con rapidità alle nostre richieste.

Apartament znajduje się ok 20 minut spacerem od dworca głównego. Blisko do zabytków i restauracji. Ponieważ apartament jest w samym centrum jest słychac hałas z ulicy i odgłosy nocnego życia. Jednak gospodarz zapewnia zatyczki do uszu:)

Important to note that the two twin beds are in the living room, the same place where the dining table is. The bedroom is massive. Kitchen is well equipped enough for light meals, but it's very tiny, so don't expect a lot of space to move around.

• Thomas (7/5): Schönes Apartment, aber einige Renovierungen sinnvoll. - Schönes, stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment in sehr zentraler Lage. Sehr nette Wirtsleute. Wir konnten auf Anfrage eine Stunde eher einchecken. Es gibt nur ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer, nicht zwei Schlafzimmer. Die Fenster schließen sehr schlecht, dadurch ist es recht laut. Das Doppelbett ist leider total durchgelegen, da kann man als Erwachsener kaum drauf schlafen.

• MARIA (10/5): Υπέροχο! Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στη Φλωρεντία θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα! - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ όμορφα διακοσμημένο. Είναι ψηλοτάβανο και φωτεινό, όπως ακριβώς φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άμεση και ήταν πρόθυμος να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για ό,τι του ζητήσαμε. Είναι πολύ ωραίο να ζεις στο κέντρο της πόλης δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και να νιώθεις σαν κάτοικος. Έχει μηχανή του καφέ με ταμπλέτες, σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο και αρωματικά χώρου. Στο ίδιο τετράγωνο μπορείς να βρεις εστιατόρια, μάρκετ, πρωινό και ό,τι άλλο χρειαστείς. Για το αυτοκίνητο υπάρχει η επιλογή ιδιωτικού πάρκινγκ δίπλα στο κατάλυμα με χρέωση 35ευρώ τη μέρα. Εμείς προτιμήσαμε ένα δημόσιο πάρκινγκ σε απόσταση 8 λεπτών με τα πόδια με χρέωση με την ώρα. Ήταν όλα φανταστικά και αν πρέπει κάτι να σημειώσουμε εδώ είναι ότι είχε λίγη φασαρία το βράδυ από το δρόμο αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει φροντίσει να έχει ατομικές συσκευασίες με ωτοασπίδες για όσους δυσκολεύονται να κοιμηθούν. Εμείς δεν τις χρειαστήκαμε!

• Sonja (8/5): Würde wieder buchen! - Die Lage ist wirklich toll, direkt im Zentrum. David war super freundlich, Kommunikation war einfach und er hat immer sofort reagiert. Leider waren wir an Tagen da, wo es tagsüber 38Grad war und auch nachts kaumt abgekühlt ist. Ohne Klimaanlage war es zu warm zum Schlafen. Punktabzug daher für die fehlende Klimaanlage.

• Angela (9/5): Great location to see the sights of Florence, spacious and clean. - Property was in a great location, walking distance to the top sights to see in Florence. Also had a good amount of space for 4 adults, and decent kitchen. Was a bit worried about not having air conditioning during summer but plenty of electric fans were provided which did a good job of keeping the rooms cool overnight. The streets can be a bit noisy at night due to its central location but it didn’t bother us much.

• Lori (8/5): Good choice for a short stay in Florence - Good location, suitable for groups and kind owner, but with some major issues. The biggest problem was the shower—water temperature was inconsistent, staying warm for only 10 seconds before turning cold for a minute. It made showering very uncomfortable for all of us. Additionally, there was a lot of noise, and the windows had no curtains, making the room completely exposed from the outside. I would recommend to fix this issues.

Like many other people who stayed here, the street noise was very loud, but that is nothing Davide can control. It was quieter the first night, but the second night was a Friday, so there were lots of people enjoying a late night out!

• Jill (5/5): I KNOW there is a rating of 8.4 but in my opinion, this was more of a 5. - Location is great. Great availability and accessibility of restaurants and shops. Lots of beds available. Easily could sleep 6. Owner was very responsive. VERY loud. Because there is no air conditioning, windows needed to be open. Because windows have to be open, it is VERY loud because of street activity: emergency vehicles, party-goers, cars and motorbikes, etc. Literally all night long. Beds are VERY soft and low to the ground. We attempted to sleep sideways and that helped a teeny tiny bit. Maybe we are “stupid Americans” and maybe it was “user error” but we had trouble with the toilets. I texted the owner and tried putting pots of water down the toilet. It seemed to work. The owner was next door and he came right over. He was certain it was user error from us not knowing the process of the air in the lines. But the same thing happened in the morning. We tried many times, with long presses and lots of time. It almost seemed like the water was off. The unit was in somewhat of disrepair, sconce in the bathroom was missing. There was quite a bit of suspicious spatter on the wall. I sent pics to the owner because we didn’t want to be liable. Owner said it was from previous folks who didn’t open their champagne properly. It was also seemed not to be very clean. The pot (mostly it’s lid) I used to fill the toilet was dirty and their was hanging dust from the beams on the ceiling. So might not be the best for folks w allergies. This is just an honest review. I will probably get some negative feedback as others have gotten. We are just normal folks, not looking for special treatment, just a good and decent place to stay.

• Georges-gilles (8/5): Ideally situated in Florence - Well situated and really spacious. About 5 minutes walk to Santa Maria Cathedral. Lots of amenities all around and great restaurants nearby. The flat is easy to find and the host is friendly and very accommodating. The equipment and furnishings are fairly old, but on the whole it's fine. On the other hand, very noisy at night as there are a lot of party-goers and the flat is not very well insulated. With earplugs it was fine. Several heaters were not working, but fortunately there were several blankets available so as not to be too cold. A little surprised that the host entered the flat several times in our absence without telling us beforehand to collect the cash tourist tax requested. But apart from that, nothing to worry about. The car park mentioned in the advert is in fact a private car park 3 minutes' walk from the flat and it cost us €80 for 2 days. We really enjoyed our stay in Florence.

• Michelle (4/5): Great location but very loud at night. - Spacious apartment in a great location! The host was welcoming, flexible and gave good recommendations. It was extremely loud at night as there is a bar below and the windows don’t close properly so it was hard to sleep until 3 or 4 in the morning (even with earplugs). Was advertised as a 2 bedroom but one of the “rooms” is in the living area next to the kitchen. The main bedroom’s mattress was uneven and very uncomfortable. There was no curtain or soap in the bathroom. Overall, I don’t think it was good value for its cost.
• Philip (9/5): In the center of a vibrant city - David's flat was clean, comfortable and centrally located. I was minutes (or less) away from everything Florence had to offer! The one issue (very minor) was that wifi didn't reach the back bedroom, so my devices kept disconnecting overnight and I ended up with cellular data charges.

Host somehow wants us to check in at 2 PM which is legitimate check in time. However, we have requested as we were arriving Florence bit early to check in at 12 PM. But then host told us you can check in at 1 PM however, things turned out that we had to check in at 2 PM. We were traveling with kids which makes life bit difficult. Bathroom shower knob was also broken.

• Elen (10/5): really nice place to have a stay - I was late from check-in time, arrived at the midnight and the host himself gave the keys and headed to the apartment. The place was super close to all places - museums, city center, train station. We were group of 5, and the place was good fit for us. The street was super active, full of pubs and bars, and it was really difficult to have a rest at night. If you are looking for party place, the venue is 10 of 10.
