• Eva (5/5): - Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt: Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Duschgel. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr praktisch, direkt neben dem wunderschönen Boboli Garten, die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren zu zweit dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Fenster hat ein Fliegengitter, was besonders im Sommer sehr praktisch ist wegen der Mücken. Für den Check-in wurde uns leider ein falscher Code übermittelt, weshalb wir über eine Stunde lang vor verschlossenen Türen standen, bis wir endlich jemanden erreicht haben (wir haben die Kontaktnummer angerufen, es per Mail und Instagram versucht...) Dann erhielten wir endlich den richtigen Türcode und konnten die Unterkunft betreten. Nachts brummt der Kühlschrank leider sehr laut und unregelmäßig, was beim Schlafen stört.

• Michelle (8/5): Nice restful stay. - It was clean, quiet, and close to lots of shopping, museum, and a small market. The shower pressure was awesome, the AC worked great, and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The washing machine came in so handy. There was an iron and a drying rack and extra supplies. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! We wish there was a mirror in the main room and a TV. The kitchen needed a spatula. These details would add a nice touch but were not necessary for a great visit!

• Sophie (3/5): Great location but mold everywhere - Location and well appointed kitchen and washing machine. The accommodation has serious health and hygene issues. In particular, both the bathroom and the bedroom have lots of mould and humidity. The smell with the windows closed is very pugent and to make matters worse, opening the windows means you won't be able to sleep as the giardino boboli next door has so many mosquitoes that will come through the window immediately. There are no mosquito screens. Our experience is from October, so not even in summer. We flagged this to the host and he turned on the heater, which did reduce the humid feel and smell, but of course the mold doesn't just go away. We couldn't sleep properly for the whole stay because we were so itchy.

• Sarah (8/5): Overqll an excellent stay and the couple of things that bothered me were far outweighed by the positives! - The apartment is in a great location, although everything in Firenze is so close it’s easy to walk anywhere. the self-check in was super easy! The layout of the apartment isn’t exactly like the images, I think the table was moved, and it’s a little smaller than the images make it look but still enough space for 1 or 2 people. Washing machine is good and there is a clothes dryer and iron. Big wardrobe to hang all your things and get bags packed and out of the way. Very quiet at night and near a bus stop for public transport. 5 minutes from a supermarket. Quick 5 minute walk to the river. The kitchen needs to be stocked a little better. There’s only the gas cooktop, no microwave or oven. It’a too small for an oven but a small microwave would fit. Also you aren’t able to adjust the heating (fixed at around 20) which I understand from an electricity standpoint but there weren’t warm enough blankets to counter for less warmth with the heater and I often woke up cold.

• Lisa (9/5): Great location, great apartment and host - The check in process was so easy and extremely easy to find. The process was explained really well to make it a simple process. The apartment is in a great location - 10-15 minute walk from the main attractions in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was a great size. The washing machine was broken upon arrival but the host quickly arranged to fix it which was great. Nothing!
