Siempre atento y super amable. Tuve un pequeño incidente que se me cayó un airpod en el bidrt y vino a resolverlo en seguida con toda la mejor predispoisción. No podría haber anfitrión mejor. Todo super bien. Muy recomendable el lugar.

• Yuan (10/5): - We love Francesco’s apartment! It was clean and cozy with a beautiful garden. Tram station was minutes away and you can reach the city center for about 10 minutes. Francesco was a great host who contacted us in advance to confirm the arrival time and provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. We received a warm welcome from him upon arrival and everything was well settled. He even nicely prepared biscuits and water for us. We stayed 4 nights here and It was almost like home. Florence is an amazing city and Casa Deva will be the perfect place to rest after a day’s tour. We really enjoyed our stay here and strongly recommend it!

• Sarah (9/5): A lovely apartment, great host - The host Francesco was a very kind gentleman and met us on arrival with the keys, showing us through the apartment and where everything was kept. The apartment was lovely and well located for the activities we had planned. The washing machine and area to dry our clothes was a bonus. We would stay there again and recommend it. There wasn't anything we didn't like, although here was no seating except for in the kitchen area. No lounge chairs but given we were out sightseeing all day and eating out at night we didn't really need anywhere to sit.

• Isabella (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Der Hausherr war sehr zuvorkommend, die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut angebunden an den Öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wir reisten mit Rollstuhl - die ganze Gegend (auch Siena und Pisa) ist rollstuhlfreundlich und die Menschen sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Auch gibt es viele Behindertenparkplätze. Falls man mit Rollstuhl reist sollte dieser zusammenfaltbar sein, da die Türen des Aapartments sonst zu eng sind. Für uns hat es prima gepasst.

• Elena (10/5): Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – zentrale, ruhige Lage und ein herzlicher Gastgeber. - Die kleine, aber feine Wohnung ist – besonders für die Lage – eine absolute Perle und ausreichend groß. Sie ist sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist zentral, dabei aber ruhig und sicher. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind sowohl zu Fuß als auch bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar – die C1-Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe und bringt einen direkt ins Stadtzentrum, auch die Tram ist gut erreichbar. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zudem einen Supermarkt sowie zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars – ideal. Der Gastgeber war hervorragend – ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern wäre lediglich eine kleine Ergänzung, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen könnte.

• Joline (9/5): Goed verblijf - De locatie van de accommodatie is heel goed. Je zit heel dicht bij tram T2 die je naar het centrum, het station en de luchthaven kan brengen. De accomodatie was zeer proper en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Persoonlijk vonden wij de matras te dun en de kussens te zacht. Voor de rest was alles prima in orde.

• Jennifer (10/5): I immediately felt at home there. - Located on the ground floor on a quiet side street with quick access to metro, restaurants and the supermarket. The kind host lives in the building and allowed us early entry to the apartment and gave us his number to contact him. It is a 20-minute walk to historic district. The peacefulness of the patio was welcome after a day in the crowded historic area. I enjoyed the whimsical lights and the artwork. The apartment is very clean, and the fixtures and appliances are modern / new and then you notice the stone beam over the bathroom door that reminds you how old Florence is. It was perfect. A large tea / coffee mug would have been nice but that is a cultural difference.

It's only a 20-minute walk to the cathedral/historic old town. It might not seem like it at first glance, but the apartment is really quiet at night. The kitchen and bathroom are, in addition to the obligatory, very well equipped. The host, Francesco, is very nice and helpful. Communication is super fast and uncomplicated via WhatsApp. Nothing.

He did everything he could to give us the most amazing time possible. The location is perfect! Right in the centre but tucked away from all of the main roads with a lovely garden and a gym downstairs which we trained at everyday! The property is exceptional and if we could stay at this apartment for the remaining of our trip it would be perfect! We loved everything about this place!

It's just 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, in a very nice and quite area, with some good restaurants around. • Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay in Casa Deva very much! The host Francesco is super friendly and the communication and also the handing over of the keys were absolutely uncomplicated. On request, we also got two restaurant recommondations, far away from the tourist crowds. We tried both restaurants and it was delicious! As we were travelling by car, we were especially happy about the possibility to park our car without any additional costs in an underground car park, about 50 metres from the accommodation. The flat was clean and the kitchen equipment was great. We also liked the location of the accommodation. It is located in a quiet area with less tourists. The cathedral of Florence and the city centre can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. There is also a large supermarket just a few minutes' walk away and the Bar Fuori, which is less than a minute's walk from Casa Deva, offers a delicious breakfast. If we come back to Florence, we will definitely stay at Casa Deva again! :-)

There are several nice cafes, enotecas and restaurants nearby. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

ONE ADVANTAGE IS THERE ARE A COUPLE OF GREAT RESTAURANTS WHICH WERE RECOMMENDED BY THE OWNER. WE HAVE 3 PERSONS BUT THE BEDDING PREPARATION IS ONLY GOOD FOR 2. NO COVER FOR THE 3RD PERSON WHO SLEPT ON THE SOFA BED.

There was a small terrace with a table and chairs, we didn’t use it much but still it was nice to have such an option. the host was very nice and welcoming. we liked the location, not right in the center but still close enough to the bars and nice pattiserie. Apart from the table in the terrace there was no place to eat comfortably with a little child or share take out meal. it wasn’t a big problem for us but may seem important to other groups so I mention it here :)
