• Teresa (10/5): Would stay again. - Loved the big bedroom. Kitchen with table and sofa in. The downstairs wash room and the small enclosed outside courtyard. Reported just after arrival that we could not get either television to work. Reported again second day. We left after the third day with no working tv. Would have been nice to have as I was u able to go out at night in the dark due to a broken foot.

• Dmitry Karpov (8/5): - The Refredi train station is nearby, which was important to us. The city center is easily accessible by tram. The apartment is large with a private laundry room in the basement. They provide two bicycles, but there were three of us, so we couldn't use them. We were very pleased with the coffee machine. The shower wasn't very comfortable; water didn't drain well from the floor. It had rained, and there was a lot of water on the terrace, but it didn't drain. This created a damp feeling. It was also cold in the shower, and there was no way to raise the temperature.

Transporte público fácil. A solução para o box no banheiro, e um pouco desconfortavel e pode ser melhorada, mas nao chega a comprometer. A lavanderia no porao meio sombrio, pode ser levada no bom humor e virando motivo de diversao. Para mim e meu marido a distancia do centro e que foi um pouco desconfortavel

• Gidalti (9/5): Sinta-se em uma casa de verdade - Localização... perto de supermercado, lanchonetes, cafeterias e das estações de embarque e desembarque do Tram (linha T1). Também da área para lavar e passar roupa. Um pouco do barulho da linha férrea ao lado, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.
• Chris (9/5): Great apartment 10 mins by tram outside the city - Having an apartment with a washing machine after 1 weeks travelling was a blessing. Angela allowed us access at 1pm to leave our bags (check in was 3pm which I feel is a little late and we arrived at 11.30) I loved the cellar which is where the washing machine is. Back to brick is so nice and what I would love back in the Uk. The apartment is actually out of Florence itself (good and bad) but the cost of the tram €1.70 is reasonable and super close. The good is that Florence is expensive and super busy so good to get out of there! The internet was great which sadly hasn’t always been the case in Italy and San Marino. Nothing really. Ideally, being walking distance from the city would have been preferred but then you pay the price for being so close.

• Elisabetta (10/5): Consiglio assolutamente - Siamo stati a Firenze per un intervento di nostro figlio di 5 anni al Mayer, abbiamo trovato tutto estremamente comodo, primo l'appartamento, pulito, con tutto il necessario sia per cucinare che in generale per soggiornare (anche una comodissima lavanderia compresa di asciugatrice), in più la posizione è comodissima, ad un passo dalla tramvia per spostarsi agevolmente ovunque. La disponibilità del proprietario Sergio un plus non da trascurare.

• Sayed Husain (8/5): - The host and his co-worker were welcoming and friendly. The tram station is 2 mins away from the place. The apartment is full of amenities including 2 bicycle which we didn't have the chance to use unfortunately. There was a damp smell coming from the basement where the washing machine is located.
• Aleksandra (9/5): Great value for the price. Good location. - Spacious apartment with more than you could need - even for a longer stay. It’s easy to commute to the center and there are shops and cafes nearby. It was easy to check in and involved no issues whatsoever. Street can get noisy at night but it’s manageable. Apartment is connected to washroom in the basement which is great but involves some additional critters you can stumble upon - it’s justifiable but I’m mentioning it in case you’re more sensitive about that.

• Vijay (8/5): The place was nice & our stay was uneventful except getting off to a bumpy start. - Laundry on site, espresso machine. Check in process. Despite checking in online & letting owner know about our arrival time there was no one to let us in the bldg.. Property owner won’t respond to WhatsApp messages. Had to wait outside the bldg. for 30 mins till someone who knows the owner & lives in the bldg. stepped outside & we told him of our predicament. That guy said he knows the owner & called him on the owner’s private number & let the owner know we were waiting to be let in the bldg.. The owner showed up 20 mins later to let us in the bldg.. The bus stop is right outside the property & the tram stations are a short walk away. The place was nice & our stay was uneventful except getting off to a bumpy start.

• Lautaro (10/5): Muy buena estancia en Florencia - Hermoso hospedaje y muy buena ubicación a metros del tram. Parking gratuito en la puerta ya que esta fuera de la zona de trafico limitado (punto a tener en cuenta). Un supermercado Conad muy cerca y cocina muy bien equipada. Dos aires acondicionados y bicicletas disponibles gratis! Volveriamos 100%
• Dinis (9/5): Spacious house ~15 minutes by bike to the city center with a super comfy bed - The free bikes that came with the property were a game changer - we got to bike every day to the city center and it was a very different experience because of that! Our host was also super helpful and available. The house also has great accessibility to the airport, which was very handy to rent a car to drive through Tuscany. The sofa could be more comfy, and the tv could be renewed to a more modern one :) Check if the stove is already working if you anticipate you'll need one - both the stove and the alternative replacement electric stove didn't work, which should be fixed soon but was just unlucky for us. Luckily we didn't plan to cook much during our stay, but it could have been a problem.

• Ir (8/5): Highly recommend - Excellent location very close to tram and bus stops a short ride from the train station. A little local centre right by, with local shops and amenities and the square became a small market at the weekends. The facilities in the flat were excellent, particularly appreciated the ready prepared coffee machine! Also the thought that was put in to meeting the guest needs - bikes, umbrellas, books, maps, and useful instructions for using the flat and getting around the city posted here and there. Very good! I don't think I would have added or removed anything. I was so well thought out, and perfect for my stay.

Spacious bedroom & bathroom. To Firenze SMN easily reached using the tram 🚊. The tram station is quite close to your rented house. The double bed is fine. The apartment was also clean, there were brought towels for everyone. The sofa bed was not comfortable as the pillows were different sizes.

• Matúš (8/5): Great place to stay, really enjoyed our stay! - Milena was super helpful with everything we needed. This property is really spacious and offers great facilities. If you dont want just a place to sleep, then this is the place to select! The location, although is well connected to city center, isnt as nice and everytime we went outside it smelled like amonia. Also the property, being on ground level was really dark.

• Yuting (10/5): Cozy Room for Staycation! - The room is very cozy. The appliances in the room are quite perfect and convenient, with very detailed instructions on the wall. It's located in a quiet block of Florence, but always fast and convenient to get to city center. Really great place for staycation! Nothing!

• Shobha (7/5): Good - Centrally located. Good facilities for two adults. U have everything you need, including washing and drying facility. The property is not comfortable for 3 adults as it is made out to be. The sofa bed is 2.5 feet wide, and uneven base when folded out. At best, good for a child. I raised this as an issue, but was told it's 'standard Italian size". Not right. I've stayed in plenty of places, and this was a first. Further, there are no pictures of this sofa on the site, so beware. My adult son could not sleep fitfully for 3 nights. Additional bed linen for the third adult is under the big bed, under the mattress and you have to lift the mattress and the support beams to access these. This wasn't obvious and I think could have been kept in a wardrobe that's available anyway. We had to ask and then be told it's location. The bathroom is not great since the bath water runs over the entire floor and is always wet. It's great when the going is good, but after we raised the issue, the demeanor was not the same.

We enjoyed the bicycles available. “The fast check in online” proved difficult. The instructions were in correct, a 30 m passage was 3 m, the code given did not open the front door.
