• Elitsa (8/5): - The apartment has a great location, was very spacious, and cozy. The host was very nice and kind. She welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't like two things about our staying...the apartment was too dusty and full of mosquitoes.

• Anneke (10/5): Perfect stay in a beautiful city - The apartment is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic setting. We loved the great use of space, as well as the modern design. Everything was in perfect working order and the appliances and linen seemed brand new. Toiletries were supplied, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo and even earplugs. We were met at the door by Sandra, who does not speak any English, but made such a great effort to make us feel very welcome. We loved the cat café next door and found great restaurants within easy walking distance. The nearest taxi stop is only 100m away. Nothing

• Mario (10/5): Apartamento perfecto en Florencia. - todo estaba perfecto. buena reforma. Aire acondicionado. La cocina estaba perfectamente equipada. Ayuda a la hora de entrada y con las maletas en la salida. Los anfitriones perfectos ayudando y en la comunicación. Nada, pero indicar por si hay problemas que es un segundo sin ascensor.
• Ivan Jose (7/5): Buena opción cerca del Duomo - Ubicación buena, cerca del Duomo. Se llega paseando en apenas 5 minutos. La habitación principal es grande, con una buena cama de matrimonio y un buen armario. Cocina nueva y totalmente equipada, con una nevera grande. La segunda habitación es muy estrecha y apenas entran las 2 camas individuales, y no tiene ningún tipo de armario. El baño es muy estrecho, aunque tiene una buena ducha. Tuvimos un pequeño problema para que nos recibieran al llegar, darnos las llaves y pagar las tasas municipales. Quizás deberían facilitar la opción de hacer el check-in online como es habitual en muchos otros alojamientos de este tipo. En portal en ocasiones olía bastante mal, a alcantarilla. Supongo que en parte se debe a los días de calor tan intenso en los que estuvimos allí. No era muy agradable, aunque dentro del apartamento no se notaba nada.
• Audrey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The apartment is in prime location. We walked everywhere and Vivoli for affogato was just a street away. Very clean apartment and being so hot outside, coming to a nice cool place was a plus. Sandra greeted us and showed us the apartment and everything we needed. Very comfortable for my family of 4 and the location can not be beat. We loved it!!

• Alexandre (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, right next to Santa Croce church, short walk to Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and basically everything. Clean and bright apartment. Comfortable beds. Little panier of toiletries was a nice touch. Well equipped kitchen. More about the location: Mercato Santa Ambrogio (a smaller, more local food market) is quite close and had a nice selection of foods to cook at home. Via Del Neri (2 mins walk) has fantastic sandwich shops, gelato (gelateria del neri) and coffee options. Trattoria Pallotino is 2 minutes and was the highlight restaurant for our trip. Next to it is a gelateria with a famous pistachio affogato, but was closed over winter (all the more reason to come back!). There are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment, but they are wide steps and not at all steep. Our family with young kids barely noticed the climb up after a long day of walking. A little noise at night in the main bedroom, but as it is in the middle of Florence, it's quite expected. The second bedroom doesn't have any issues with noise because it is off the main street.

• C.g. (9/5): Well equipped and presented, clean and in a great location and would recommend and stay again. - Great central location and well equipped. Air conditioning was welcome in the heatwave during our stay. Very spacious and pleasant main bedroom. Very little that we did not like but do have some small minor points of improvement. 2nd bedroom less welcoming and would benefit from some pictures on the walls/ornaments etc. to make it more pleasant and inviting. It would also be useful to be provided with 2 sets of keys as a single set is at times inconvenient. Shower door needs a repair as it leaks at the bottom leaving puddle/very wet bath mat. Would have preferred another means to pay the city tax rather handling cash.

• Julie (10/5): Beautiful spot and apartment. Worth staying. - Everything was there that we needed. Was clean and comfortable and very near the duomo. If we are ever there again we would definitely stay. We were able to walk from the train station, but it was a little difficult with big bags. About 20mins. Be aware that most apartments in Europe in the old parts of town don’t have lifts for your bags.
• Doron (7/5): Great location, clean modern apartment with 1 very small bathroom - Apartment was roomy enough for a family of 4 and in a good location. Beds were comfortable and was well equipped Renter says there is a dryer… there is not! One very small bathroom and the shower door is broken. Water leaks out of shower creating puddles outside the door. Many restaurants and bars located on this street causing late night noise. Master bedroom is located in the front of apartment so could be an issue for light sleepers.
• Buckland (9/5): Very clean modern apartment in the heart of the historic city - Excellent location in the heart of the historic city. Very clean, modern apartment with all the amenities that a family could need. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of hot water. Thank you for being generous in the supply of towels. Combined washing machine and dryer was much appreciated for a family travelling light and who needed to do laundry. The beds were on the softer side, our preference was for much firmer mattresses. Despite the thick, modern glazed windows, in respect of the main front bedroom, you can still hear all the street noise. The apartment is located near popular night life. During our 6 night stay, the partying would last until 2am. Not something the owner can control though. There are alot of American students studying and partying in Florence over December/January.

• Rory (8/5): Well equipped apartment in a great location in central Florence - Great location, responsive host and decent amenities Welcome to the apartment and highlights / information on the local area. Personally was not a fan of the foam double bed mattress and pillows on the main bed, also the travel cot mattress was far too soft.

• O'meara (10/5): Clean comfortable stay in the heart of Florence. - The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable inside. It provides thoughtful amenities like microwave, espresso machine, USB outlets and washer/dryer which helped a lot since we packed light and was able to do laundry. The location is also very convenient to get to all the fun places in Florence and we enjoyed both of the restaurants right downstairs. Sandra, who met us at the apartment is very friendly and delightful. Even though she didn’t speak much English she was able to communicate all the important information regarding our stay. The sound insulation is not the greatest and we could hear people going home after partying at 2am. If you’re a light sleeper you may find that annoying.
• Melita (6/5): I really wanted to like this apartment but I would be lying if I didn’t mention the noise. - Was well equipped. Clean. Good location. Air con was excellent. The noise! It is never a good sign when there are earplugs by the bed. The noise from the street was such we could not sleep in the master bedroom (which looked a lovely room) and had to sleep in the tiny back room not comfortable for a couple. But no double glazing or ear plugs were going to help. The noise from the internal staircase of residents/guests coming and going and chatting was also annoying. We were hardly in the apt so being able to rest when there would have been nice.

Exceptional accommodation. It is on a main street - we didn't hear street noise but ear plugs were provided. There was nothing we didn't like!!!

It had everything we needed and the comfort level was above and beyond. I’ve never slept on a bed so comfortable in my life. It was so hard to leave and I hope to someday be back. Thankyou SO much! • Julie (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a perfect location - The apartment is just around the corner from Santa Croce - a fantastic central point to reach the main attractions, and plenty of places to eat, and around a 20 minute walk from the main train station. The entrance hall is very like my former tenement flat in Scotland - nothing fancy, but gave me good memories. The main bedroom is gorgeous and so much room. The sending is definitely best for children or 2 adults would be a bit cramped. All the facilities were excellent. A nice sofa and dining table, small kitchen has everything you need including a washer / dryer. Bathroom with good shower. The host was lovely, meeting us at the apartment and showing us round. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. We had a brilliant time and felt very comfortable there. All was perfect for us, but a note for families… the bedrooms are a distance apart, with the living room and a long corridor between. If you had a younger child you might want a monitor. Many have mentioned street noise, which we did experience, but I don’t think that’s really avoidable if staying in the centre of a busy tourist place. It isn’t a busy street for bars etc, but there will always be people walking home, some are loud, and some like to sing!! Just remember to pack earplugs if you need them.

The hosts are friendly and responsive and were patient and pleasant with us when we arrived and left a bit late. Would definitely stay again every time. More of a note for future travellers than anything else - the master bedroom is 100x more comfortable than the second bedroom, but there's not a lot that can be done about it. Also, for the master bedroom, the street outside was very loud at night for us. There were people in the street until at least 2am even on a weekday, and street cleaners very loud from 7am! Bring good earplugs... but it's totally worth it because the place is great!

• Suann (10/5): The best place in Florence! - Everything! This was a great location, perfectly cleaned, updated and extremely well presented. The host’s father waited patiently at the outside door for our arrival. When I showed our family and friends back in the U.S.A. the pictures of the apartment and told them the price they were all impressed with our fabulous find. I highly recommend this apartment and when I come back to Florence will try to stay here again. I know some people complained about the noise but it didn’t bother us, I found it charming that people were out late enjoying life!

The apartment is very nice and you have all you need. the living room’s window faces a wall so not a great view or much light. the stairs to get into the apartment are pretty old. the second bed room is tiny but does the job.

• Larissa (10/5): We loved our stay at the apartment. - The property was absolutely amazing! Everything was very clean and well presented. It felt like a home away from home. The location was close to everything we needed including a supermarket. The little touches made our stay very enjoyable. We loved this property so much but the only negative I could say is that the noise outside was quite loud on Friday and Saturday nights in the master bedroom. The rear bedroom wasn’t effected though and all the windows did have double glazing. There was just some people having a great time outside - very loudly! Nevertheless, we would still come back to the apartment and stay another time. Just with earplugs.

• Srimali (7/5): Amazing location and great facilities in the apartment. - Location was amazing. Easy walk to attractions and restaurants. Small issue of my husband and I both hitting the corner of the metal wall cupboard above the toilet. Managed to avoid after the first couple of times.
