• Marianna (10/5): Perfetto - La cosa che ci ha colpito maggiormente è stata la pulizia dell'appartamento oltre al fatto che l'abbiamo trovato molto confortevole e accogliente. Kinga è una padrona di casa dolcissima e premurosa, ci ha chiesto ripetutamente ma senza alcuna invadenza come stessimo e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Potessimo dare 10 stelle lo faremmo. Consigliatissimo.

• Erica (8/5): - Appartamento in zona periferica di Firenze, ma molto tranquilla, vicino al Nelson Mandela Forum, che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. L'appartamento è spazioso, molto pulito, ben riscaldato e ottimamente attrezzato (soprattutto la cucina). L'host, Kinga, molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito diverse informazioni utili. Ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare qualcosa per la colazione, ma con le informazioni di Kinga si riesce facilmente a organizzarsi tra bar e supermercati. La posizione dell'appartamento vicinissima al portone d'ingresso con affaccio sulla strada lo rende un po' rumoroso in alcuni orari. Sconsigliato a chi viaggia in auto in quanto i parcheggi della zona sono quasi tutti riservati ai residenti; i pochi parcheggi usufruibili sono a pagamento (dalle 8 alle 20) e difficilmente si trova posto.

• Rachele (1/5): Non andateci - È stata abbastanza economica nel periodo in cui sono andata io L’appartamento dalle foto sembrava più spazioso e meglio fornito di quanto si sia rivelato nella realtà. Dotazioni molto essenziali: poche cialde di caffè e asciugamani non sufficienti né particolarmente confortevoli. Il problema principale, però, è stata la totale mancanza di privacy. Il contesto del vicinato è risultato estremamente invasivo: mi è capitato che una persona mi rivolgesse la parola mentre ero affacciata alla finestra, di sera in camicia da notte, cosa che mi ha fatto sentire esposta e a disagio. Le inferriate alle finestre accentuano ulteriormente la sensazione di chiusura. Nel complesso non è stata un’esperienza positiva e non tornerei.

PULITO,COLLEGATO benissimo con la città, gestore davvero educata e disponibile. Doccia ampia quasi Wolk-in, cucina davvero fornita e camera da letto con televisore e molto spaziosa e grande. Con fierezza dico che era tutto nel posto giusto, niente era sbagliato

• Guest (10/5): Spettacolare! - L’appartamento è modernissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole. La pulizia è impeccabile, davvero al massimo livello. La zona è silenziosa, e trovare parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze è facile e comodissimo. La padrona di casa, Kinga, è una persona estremamente gentile, attenta e sempre disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La posizione è ottima: l’appartamento si trova vicino ai principali supermercati (Lidl, Coop, Esselunga), alle fermate dell’autobus che portano direttamente in centro e anche al Nelson Mandela Forum. Super consigliato!

• Brigida (10/5): - Ho scelto questo appartamento per la vicinanza al teatro, ma non mi aspettavo così tanta facilità di arrivarci a piedi: lo consiglio a chiunque voglia alloggiare a Firenze per un concerto o spettacolo al teatro Cartiere Carrara. Ho apprezzato la presenza di tutto il necessario in una casa, la disponibilità dell’host e i suoi consigli, la sua presenza e premura seppur virtuale ma mai invadente. La casa è totalmente ristrutturata, in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla, è vicinissima alla fermata dell’autobus che porta in stazione o nel centro della città in 20 minuti. Un plus sarebbe offrire qualcosa per la colazione ma nelle vicinanze ci sono tanti e diversi supermercati per cui si può fare da sé.

• Gordon (8/5): - Very comfortable apartment, a bit out of the city centre 20+minutes bus ride into the centre. It was prefect for my visit to the Football Stadium approx 20 minutes walk. Wonderful cafe 100 meters from the apartment called Teca Bar, great coffee, pastries and pasta.

• Anna (10/5): Wonderful stay - The apartment was cosy, well-equipped, exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for our trips around Florence. It is located in a nice, quiet area, about 20-30 minutes (by bus) from the main attractions. The contact with the owner was great and straightforward. Kinga helped us get seamlessly to the apartment, by providing the information about the best tram and bus connections. The tiny details made us feel like at home. I recommend booking the property there. If I come to Florence again, I will stay here for sure again. The stay was perfect; there was nothing we did not like.

• Lacramioara (10/5): Home away from home - Kinga Guest House is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence, yet it's easily accessible by bus from the city center. There's a good restaurant, as well as a gelateria, only 2 minutes away, and so is the bus stop. The supermarket is only slightly farther than the gelateria if you need anything. The host is very helpful and the place is really spacious. I highly recommend it whether your stay is long or short.

Close to a bus stop to get you in to the around Florence if you need public transport. Excellent communication from Kinga. A washing machine would have been handy but this wasn’t a problem as there were many laundromats within walking distance.

It was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The owner was extremely friendly and polite. We would gladly come back. The door of the apartment was old and a bit shaky, it would be a good idea to put in a new one. Everything else was perfect.

Bus tickets were a little hard for us to organise the first day, but this wasn't the houses fault. Just noting because it would be good information to provide to future guests.

The host is a nice and very accommodating lady. I arrived in Florence early in the morning. The host was there to welcome me. It was very helpful to leave the luggage in the apartment and start exploring the city luggage-free. I will definitely consider booking it again for my next trip to Florence.

• Dongjin (10/5): Exceptional - It is a perfect house that I have wanted. Large enough, clean, and cozy. Supermarkets, Bus stops and other shops for convenience are nearby. The host is very nice, kind and friendly. This home is the best among the accommodations I have stayed in my long trip of the entire Europe. Next time when I come to Firenze, this place will be the first home I will choose.

Not related with the apartment - it's hard to find a parking space - look for the places marked with the blue - they are free.
