• Voicu (5/5): - La pozione L'appartamento non era pulito, dopo i ospiti che sono stati prima Arrivati 10 minuti prima del orario Abbiamo dovuto lasciare la valigia e uscire x far fare le pulizie
• Matteo (6/5): Buona posizione ma alcune cose migliorabili - Zona ben servita e posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro della città a piedi. Prezzo competitivo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile al telefono. Strada un po' rumorosa a causa delle auto. Persiana vecchia e rotta che fa entrare luce presto la mattina. Materasso del letto matrimoniale non ideale per la schiena. Lavandino del bagno bello esteticamente ma poco pratico a causa delle dimensioni ridotte e dell'altezza. Porta del bagno fissata con binario solo nella parte alta, abbastanza instabile.

• Serghei (8/5): Bien y comodo - La ubicación es excelente a 15 min del centro , la estación principal está a 10 min. La empresa que lleva a cargo el piso muy amables y disponibles para cualquier aclaración. Estaba limpio el piso y tenía los utensilios necesarios para la cocina. La encimera de cocina es de madera y la sensación que siempre está mojada y resulta poco higiénico

• Sílvia (4/5): Experiência dececionante - A localização era boa, próxima do centro. O apartamento não tem nada a ver com as fotos mostradas. A relação qualidade preço não é nada boa. Nem sequer foram disponibilizados guardanapos. Nem sequer havia mesas de cabeceira. A casa de banho tinha odor a esgoto. A limpeza não foi devidamente feita. Foi toda uma burocracia para fazer o check-in, inclusive tivemos de enviar fotos de cada hóspede dentro do apartamento, depois de já termos enviado a foto do cartão de cidadão. Para além disto, exigiam também fazer um check-in online antes. Tendo em conta a qualidade do alojamento, nada disto se justifica. Em toda a Itália nunca me foi exigida tal coisa!!!

• Ajay (7/5): Just average. - Close proximity to the station. Very small kitchen and bathroom. Air-condition was not effective.

• Melissa (6/5): - It smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. We were not able to air it out and leave windows open because it was on a very busy noisy street. I did complain to the owner and they offered to send someone over to try and do something but it was too late at night. Also the apartment was not equipped with much. It could use some updating and cleaning up.
• Elli (6/5): Pleasant - It was clean, large and in a good location. there was no heating at all, the owner told us that above 21 degrees they don't turn on the heating. the thermostat reached 19 degrees and still didn't turn on. The thermostat said lock. there was a lot of humidity in the room and it smelled
• Joshua (2/5): - Do NOT stay here!! This accommodation ruined our Florence experience. The shower was non-functional. (It didn’t drain and overfilled onto the bathroom floor…would have flowed into the apartment if we hadn’t turned it off. Plus, the shower door didn’t block water at the base and it didn’t maintain temperature for the very short time we had the water on). There was mold on the wall in both the kitchen and bathroom. The street noise was extremely loud. We only stayed one night (thank goodness) and when we tried to leave the next morning, the door was blocked with supplies for the next guests. (We honestly struggled to get the door open.) The staff were unhelpful when we called to report the shower and non-responsive when we called after leaving the property.

• Gordana (8/5): - Communication piece could improve. I emailed and asked several times if I could check in earlier which worked out great but there was no response. However, they use their own platform which due to internet issues i had very hard time loading therefore i would highly encourage to check emails more frequently. Also, apartment has a lot of black mold throughout. apart from that it was a cute little spot close to metro stop.
• Marjorie (9/5): Overall amazing! We will look into your other properties as well when we come back to visit. - We liked how spacious and clean the apartment was. Checking in was easy, as well as paying the tourist tax. We also like how easy it was to access the apartment and keys. There's not much to do about this, but whenever we wanted to open the windows, the traffic outside was so loud.

• Thi (9/5): A spacious and clean apartment close to the train station - The location, it’s really close to the train station. The apartment is really spacious and the staff is nice, they let us store the luggages in advance of checkin time, we arrived when the staff was cleaning and we confirmed the hygiene is good. There are kitchen, kettle, fridge, tea, water etc. Knowing we are in 3, they prepared the sofa bed with other suppliers. The self-checkin instruction is easy to follow, if you have any problem, call the number and they answer immediately. It’s located on first floor with a steep staircase, no lift. We have two huge luggages but it’s bearable. Also it faces the main road so yes when you open the window, it’s quite noisy but when it’s closed I think it’s okay. At midnight it’s pretty quiet anyway, so it’s not a problem. My parents are at their 55, and they complained about the bed being not so comfortable. Apart from this, everything is good.

• Inchaiya (1/5): Not recommend here - I don’t liked it at all I feel like I got scam Becare when you about to book this room because they will cost you double price of the room just for Cleaning but it’s said on the booking that you paid for tax!!!! The room was so so and the bad was hard I think this price you can get better with hotel

• Mohammad (9/5): Superb - Great location. Very close to the train station and many shops and supermarkets in the vicinity. Big apartment, clean, comfortable double bed as well as the sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchenette. Easy check in and out process. One floor up with a steep ladder and no elevator. Which is was a little hard to climb with the luggage. No lock on the bathroom door. No microwave.

• Leonardo (8/5): Very good - The place is quite comfy for 2 people. Everything was organised and settle. It’s not really in city center, my friend and I needed to walk around 15 min to be in town. What’s the purpose of having a coffee machine without the capsules to be used? At the beginning I had a kind of struggle to get into the apartment, there’s a “secret” to open the door.

• Tereza (6/5): Pleasant - The location was so good. Close to the train station, to the city center, there were supermarkets around, everything you need. The street was quite busy but we were prepared for that. However, what made our stay unpleasant was the equipment of the apartment. The AC didn’t work which is quite uncomfortable when there is 30°C outside. The second thing, even worse, was a shower. It didn’t fit well and there was water everywhere when you took a shower. We spent an hour every day with cleaning the bathroom. That’s definitely not something you want to do on a vacation.
