• MENG YIN (7/5): - good location Stayed for 7 nights but the shampoo provided is only 40ml and 3 rolls of toilet papers. We asked for more and went to get more from the owner which is a little stressful. Water for shower is a little bit small. Other than that, the stay is good.

• Iren (9/5): - Excellent location Newly refurbished apartment, clean and cleaning tools are available New windows providing good noice and temperature control - we did not need the aircon although outside temperature was above 30 with high humidity Full kitchen, basic stuff like salt pepper, olive oil, vinegar are there waschind machine works well Relatively large living/dining area, good seating (couch) Good lights, lot of power points Clean crispy bed linen, soft and harder pillows are available, the mattress is soft Bathroom :newish ,clean, soft fluffy large towels- Staff members were nice, helpful, always available The apartment is on the second floor -there is no elevator (what is completely understandable-old building) but take the suitcases up, could be a trouble- ask the management for help, they can organize someone to help The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low There is no screen on the windows and the moskitos are very hungry

• Michael (9/5): Happy Days in Florence - Very convenient location (walking distance to Uffizi and Accademia Galleries), close to the train station, restaurant market and street market with leather goods etc and convenience stores.Thete was a bus stop close by.The apartment had everything you would need, the same as at 'home' - cooking utensils, coffee machine spices and tea etc Daniela who met us for the check-in whilst very busy, did give us some practical tips. The front window being open was fine. When we checked in there was a strong sewer odour in the apartment, but we worked out this was coming from the street works outside and the apartment may not have been aired before we arrived. However, keeping the bathroom window closed and spraying some air freshener and the problem was fixed.
• Maria (9/5): Excellent apartment and location to explore Florence - We were met at the door by Diana from Acacia Firenze who was very friendly and welcoming. Communication with Acacia Firenze leading up to our stay was excellent. Dalia was an excellent base for our 2 week stay - easy walking distance to the main SMN train station, San Lorenzo food market and Florence in general. The street and apartment were very quiet (maybe due to road works at one end). Dalia is an excellent size apartment for 2 people, has all you need to cook at home, plus the added convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you Acacia Firenze and thank you Diana.

It was great to have the full kitchen and washing machine to use. The bedroom was quiet (set back from the street) and there is good air conditioning. Nice place to stay!
