• Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Very good location especially for my handicapped mother because she couldn't travel far. The wifi wasn't working but the owners offered to get a technician in and have stated they will get better service between people staying so I am sure it's rectified.

One of the bedrooms has a smell coming from the restaurant near the house. They are already working on to solve this.

The air conditioner and showers worked great, and the beds and couches were comfortable. The washer/dryer came in handy. After eating at restaurants and cafes daily during our long trip, we were so happy to cook a couple of meals in the apartment. The WiFi didn't work in the farthest bedroom. It worked well in the main home area.

A bit noisy from the back lane, but the apartment is right in town. Noise and smell from Chinese restaurant comes through windows - maybe some heavier curtains for noise control?

• Shoina (8/5): A fantastic wheelchair accessible located apartment close to all the key Florence attractions. - The communication process was easy and practical before and during arrival. When planning a trip with my husband who is a wheelchair user, there tends to be some general accessibility questions I have before making an appropriate accommodation for us. Every question I had was efficiently answered. The team provided suggestions and even assisted us with transfers from the airport to the accommodation and vice versa. I was able to be in contact via WhatsApp which was very practical. Even for our late arrival we were greeted and guided around the apartment and given various instructions. But any problems we did have were quickly responded to via WhatsApp. The beds were more on the soft side compared to what I am use to. We travelled in February time, so still rather cold during nights. Heating is provided by the air condition units in the bed rooms. But extra blankets were provided in each bedroom. So it's was important to be familiar to know how to operate them (a multilingual instruction manual is provided in the apartment folder guide). Also we had to allow for the hot water to run for a few minutes before the water was hot which seemed a waste of water. The mirror in the wheelchair bathroom is not adjustable for my husband to reach.

• Kenneth (10/5): Everything worked out very well on our visit I am pleased to say Our hosts were wonderful - the size of the apt and its cleanliness the bedrooms and bathrooms and the air con were great and made the visit very comfortable there was an early start for bin collections in the lane behind the apts There were no English speaking channels on the tvs ( bbc news / sky news / cnn ) that i could find and a small point there were no eggcups in the kitchen even though i am putting down some points i didnt like they are only minor points and had little or no effect on our visit

Could see the Duomo from our windows . Very friendly staff upon arrival . Would recommend to all . Beds mattresses could be better . AC leaked water and the staff said it was a known issue that had just occurred but we saw no effort to address it during our 2 night stay . Other than that, great experience.
• Ana (10/5): Best place to stay - What to say? Location is perfect for those who want to stay in the heart of Firenze. The apartment is very big and beautiful. Beds are comfortable, lining is of very good quality. Kitchen well equipped with everything a person needs. In fact, the whole apartment is very well equipped. You can see that the host cares about everything: you have cookies, coffee, croissants, juices, water, tiny chocolats.... There are shampoos and shower gel, shower caps, dental kits, shaving kits available. There was also some ear tampons available, but I think it was only one pair. I thank the attention of the host that comunicate with me all the time to adjust our arriving time. There was a dossier with everything you needed to know: restaurants, places to visit etc If we come back to Firenze we will stay here again. :) The only thing are the windows. The sound crosses easy. I recommend you take ear tampons.

• Juan (8/5): View and location, fantastic! - The view and the location of this apartment are fantastic! AC, WIFI, and TV were great! The restaurant downstairs is very good! Our host was very attentive and helpful upon arrival. The beds in the rooms and the sofas in the living room are old and uncomfortable, they need to be upgraded. There is an automatic switch for the lights in the corridor set to turn off very quickly. The shower in the master bedroom doesn't have spill protection, it can't be used without spilling water on the bathroom floor, so there is only one working shower. A washing machine would be a nice upgrade. Make sure you can carry your luggage up many stairs, there is no elevator.
