Guest Reviews
- Sarah Jane (8/5): Good location and value considering the ease of access to this wondrous city - Convenient location, lovely garden outside and well maintained.
Great shower. Kitchen facilities were good though didn’t necessarily work with the space, it was simply too small. You had play Tetris if you wanted to cook, eat and clean up afterwards.
The courtyard at times smelled strongly of sewage and the property had a mosquito problem (though this was solved with simply applying insect repellent)

- Tyler (10/5): Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed it - The property was clean and had good facilitates. Was also in a good location
- Andreea-irina (7/5): Kind of ok - It was ok, close to bus and store, little table outside. Bathroom really nice No nets at windows so there were a lot of mosquitos, couldnt open the windows to let some air in. It was also dusty and damp, kind of old
- James (8/5): Great place for a few nights - Clean, comfortable and good facilities. Location was a bit further than advertised. But not a problem
- Roger (10/5): We loved it! - The quiet italian neighborhood! It’s really a lovely nest! -
- Ellie (6/5): Convenient and well-equipped but bed not suitable for two people - The host was very accommodating in allowing us to collect the keys both late and due to a delay. The coffee machine was a great bonus. The bathroom had everything you need. The bed was bad for two people sharing. Every time one person moved, the other was woken up. The bed looks like a wooden frame but it's just a shell hiding a very shakey bed frame underneath. The bed really needs to be replaced. The room can get quite damp/musty so it's great that there's a dehumidifier and air conditioning unit but the dehumidifier is quite loud unless you put it on quiet and quite bright on its default settings, especially in the middle of the night.
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional - My partner and I stayed here for a little over a week, and had a really lovely time. The bed is super plush and comfortable, very welcome after a day of sightseeing! The location is fantastic- enough of a distance from the city centre and the touristy areas that it's nice and quiet, but also it's only a 20-minute walk into the city.
We loved this neighborhood! Everyone we came across was very friendly, and there's a nice selection of stores just down the road in Piazza delle Cure. I highly recommend Mercato delle Cure, which is on most mornings and offers a great selection of fresh produce, cheese, meats and other goods.
The hosts were super friendly and accommodating of our late check-in, and even picked us up from the airport! They checked in periodically to see if we needed anything, but otherwise gave us privacy.
The facilities were great, with everything you needed including a little stovetop. It was really good to be able to cook.
We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! A couple of the dishes had not been cleaned properly - there was a lot of dirt left on the chopping board, for example. The kettle was also quite grubby inside - it looked like someone had tried to cook pasta in there.

- Samantha (10/5): Exceptional - The room is nice and cosy in a quiet neighborhood yet a very good connection to the city centre.
The room is so well designed and clean with everything that one needs.
There are good options of cafes and restaurants nearby. The owner was so welcoming, he greeted us on check-in and explained the facilities around the room and helped us with restaurant recommendations and bus apps and numbers to access public transportation.
I would definitely stay here again on visiting Florence again.

- Maddi (10/5): The perfect room for a couple on your Florence trip. All you need in the perfect, quiet location. Great amentinies. Felt - Great location, lots of bus connections to train station and city. Loved the decoration and feel of the place, homey and welcoming. The room had all that we needed and more. Out of the four doors to get into the room, 3 could be opened easily without keys from the main road. Washing machine started to make some weird noises after 3 cycles, might need looking at. Fridge didn’t seem to work despite being plugged in. Batteries need changing on the air con remote as we struggled to turn it on and off.

- Madison (10/5): It was perfect for our two person weekend stay! - Had everything we needed for our weekend stay, was very comfortable and clean. Also felt very safe.
- Tatiana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gabriela (9/5): Superb -
- Helena (10/5): very nice stay! - perfect location, all you need to stay a couple nights in Siena nothing
- Alicia (9/5): Quiet and cosy room in Florence - It was a very cosy room, very clean and equipped. Staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. It was very quiet and it felt very peaceful away from the busy centre In my opinion the bed would benefit from newer bedding and mattress
- Goran (7/5): Good - Location is good, around 20min to real city center. Room is organized in very good way, very creative solutions for the kitchen. Many fancy shampoos in toilet, coffee machine and so on... We arrived on Feb 24th, room was not prepared for guests heating-wize. First night was really hard to sleep because air was full of humidity plus it was not warm in the room. Nobody ventilated room before our stay, it was just turned air conditioner to heat same air from before - you can imagine the air inside... While moving on the bed smell of moisture would pop out. In the morning all our clothes let on chairs would feel a bit wet. Toilet had very good heater, but it was not turned on at all until I figured out that is possible to have it.
- Aleksandrs (7/5): Good -
- Ksenia (10/5): Exceptional - I was booking for my parents, they have a language barrier and still the were met by the owner and I'm so grateful he waited for them even it was complicated in matter of time and communication. They enjoyed the location and told it was cozy and nice. Specially thanked the owner for the coffee left.
- Mykola (6/5): Pleasant - location really small room on the ground floor with windows including the bathroom. Mold odour in the room
- Ong (10/5): Exceptional -
