• Minye (8/5): - Great location facing the Pitti Palace. Clean, comfortable. Due to the location, the main road is in front of the building. The windows are not very insulating for the sound, so the cars passing by may be a problem for people who sleep light. It would be great to have some adaptors for charging (including ones for USBs).
• Galin (8/5): Perfect apartment just a little loud. - The location was great and the apartment was clean. Easy to access and communication with the host was extremely easy. The apartment came stocked with all the amenities one would need for a stay. Would definitely stay here again. Noise from outside could be heard at all times and very loud. I knew this beforehand but did not expect it to be as loud as it was. Other factors out of the hosts control did not help this fact, such as construction in the next building.

• Mark (7/5): It was a good trip to Florence. - The apartment is above a bar that was noisy at night, it was hard to sleep 1 night due to a party.
• Helen (9/5): Superb - The apartment was large so we had plenty of space to unpack and get comfortable. The location was great, away from the worst of the busy streets but still with a great view! At times the noise at night was pretty loud and you could hear most of the conversations on the street.

• Tonj (4/5): Disappointing - great location the bed was quite uncomfortable the power was not enough , with continues break out I ask a to check out at 11:00 am host didn't allowed after 10:00 am
• Ayuub94 (1/5): Bad - Only the window view was good Terrible stay ❌️❌️❌️ 1- guest refused to give us extra towels 4 towels for 3 nights 2 persons , i never saw that before + surcharge of 30 euros if she brings them 2- boiler for shower this is a disaster We cale there isbno warm water in the building host said we have to wait 20 mins until boiler heats water , we endup 2 hours without water , imagine u cant shower after u arrive and u have to shower with cold water in december !! 3 - eletricity goes down without warning , imagine being in a cold shower and then there is no lights and you have to go out of the building to make again lights on !! 4- Host was very rude in communication refused to let us ho and refund us , we where forced to stay in new year eve in that apartment ! Ruined my whole vacations !
• Susan (5/5): great location, not a good place to try to rest or relax. - location it was far too noisy to sleep at all. neighbors upstairs pounding their feet until 3am each night, windows so thin it was like we were trying to sleep in the street. The apartment smelled bad, like the sewer and the couch was so broken down no one could sit on it.
