• Camille (6/5): Dans son jus.. - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes, qui nous ont accueillis avec une petite collation et sont restés à notre disposition le temps du séjour. Nous avons apprécié la proximité des transports pour aller à Florence, le calme et le charme de cet appartement dans son jus. 2 chambres spacieuses en bas, et une salle de vie avec un petit petit coin canapé agréable. Les points négatifs: appartement bcp rafistolé avec du scotch notamment dans la salle de bain, cuisine fonctionnelle mais certains ustensiles non renouvelés ou manquants. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de profiter en soi mais c’est dommage car ça casse le charme. La douche très petite et faible débit. Les lits sont très étroits et le sol glissant à certains endroits. Certains aspects sécuritaires notamment au 1er étage sont à renforcer.

• Killian (3/5): Nous avons été très très déçu par le manque de propreté de la cuisine , des couettes de lits qui sentaient mauvais , des - Le cadre était magnifique Le logement était sale et pas sécurisée du tout . Je ne conseillerait pas du tout à d’autres personnes de s’y rendre . Les toilettes sont cassés . Tout est rafistoles avec du scotch de peintre . Les meubles de la cuisine sont cassés et on n’ose pas y toucher . La douche n’avait aucune puissance au niveau du pommeau . On peinait pour se laver . J’ai aussi été obligé de laver le rideau de douche qui sentait mauvais et était gluant d’algues .
• Marie-Pierre (10/5): Super séjour passé en Toscane - Appartement typique Florentin spacieux. Aménagé de façon astucieuse. Nous avons aimé passer notre séjour dans cet appartement. Les propriétaires sont justes très accueillants. Merci pour leur accueil. Rien.

• Ronelle (9/5): A friendly host and affordable prices make up for basic accommodation out of the city centre - The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The apartment can sleep many people comfortably, and is very affordable. There are a few nice restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is a bit out of the city, which meant taking the bus or driving in to the city. Luckily the host did tell us the best place to park affordably in the heart of Florence, so it was not a big problem!
• Letizia (10/5): Ambiente ricercato accoglienza toptranquillita ma in un attimo puoi essere nel centro per vedere musei o mangiare al ris - La struttura molto bella ‘e poetica e affascinante situata in un contesto antico e toscano circondata dal verde che rende il soggiorno piacevole e rigenerante .Personalmente mi ha fatto pensare a uno studio di un pittore parigino del 900 un ambiente bohemie.L ‘accoglienza sincera premurosa e gentile dell ‘signora Mariella mette subito a propio agio.Consiglio caldamente la struttura silenziosa pulita con tutto il necessario per passare una vacanza ristoratrice.

• Jess (8/5): A beautiful, authentic place perfect for what we needed! - When we first arrived, Mariela met us at the apartment - she had bought us some orange juice, croissants, coffee etc. It was a very nice welcome after a day of travel! She also took us to the supermarket, and bought us some more laundery detergent and some ice cream too. The apartment itself is very nice. There is lots of room, plenty of fans for the hot summer, beautiful wooden floors, and great views out the window. A perfect base to stay in and do day trips to Rome, Venice, and Florence itself! The stairs up to the attic are a bit steep, and the roof in the top makes it a bit difficult to walk around as it is quite low. The buses also were quite unreliable.
• J (8/5): Would DEFINITELY stay here again! - Mariela's warm & friendly welcome was wonderful, she was very gracious despite us arriving much later than expected (due to taxi problems). Loved the attic room, so spacious & comfortable with king size bed. 2 further large bedrooms for privacy. Comfortable and homely features. Fantastic heating system, heats up the accommodation quickly, and unlimited hot water in shower & kitchen. Cleaning materials & fluids and plenty of towels, tea towels & bedding thoughtfully provided. Loved the quirky features and use of reclaimed wooden features (table, castle doors, bed headboard) etc. Proximity to bus stop (+ subsequent tramway) into city was very handy and just a few minutes walk away. Recommend great local pizzeria opposite bus stop. Views from windows were lovely too. Would DEFINITELY stay here again if revisiting Florence! Beds in both downstairs bedrooms were rather narrow for 2 people. Not all beds have duvets, some have blankets (we prefer duvets). Slightly 'echo-y' building due to stone floors and hard surfaces.

• Júlia (3/5): very undemanding, no worth the money - Location is beautiful. Reception wasn't welcoming at all. We had to wait about 10 minutes in front of the house, although we arrived at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, which was arrenged with the landlady. Meanwhile the cleaningwoman arrived, but didn"t let us in, instead slammed the door at us. When we got into the apartment, it wasn't clean at all, it was all messed up. So we went - tired - to the grocery, and when after an hour we went back, the landlady and the cleaningwoman were gone, and the apartment looked clean, but this could only be an apparent cleanness, you can not clean such a big apartment in an hour appropriately. The apartment is very strange, it would need a throughout renovation. The button of the toilet is hardly working, the toilet itself is wobbling. The floor of the bathroom is fixed with a large tape. There is nowhere to put your belongings in the bathroom. Also there is a window from the kitchen to the bathroom where one can look into the bathroom, and one can look in from the steps of the attic room too. There are patches of rust in the bathroom and a musty smell. The nobbling refrigeraor is fixed with the tube of a vacuum cleaner. The stairs to the attic aren't safe. The attic is large, but not nicely furnitured; it looks like a storage of old furniture. No windows upstairs, only a ceiling-window you have to open with a broomstick if you are strong enough. Beds are small and rickety. No duver covers provided, bedding old and very undemanding. No microwave. But they have a hair dryer!
• Anne (8/5): Had a lovely stay, a peaceful, secure retreat after busy days in Firenze, Siena and Pisa - The location was easy to reach via bus, there is an electric bike dropoff across the road. The place was full of character, everything you could need was provided and the beds were comfortable. No air -conditioning, but fans provided so relatively easy to regulate temperature. Excellent WiFi and desks available for working from home. Shower had plenty of hot water and there was an excellent washing machine. A few head banging incidents with low ceiling and old firehood upstairs. If over 1.83 meters tall, bring plasters! Hadn't realized there was no private outside space, but small communal courtyard.
• Muesser (8/5): Very good - Large house with lots of bedding options, would be good for a bigger group. Located on the outskirts of town so more quiet and peaceful, only a few restaurants within walking distance. Close to the bus stop to get back into town. Our host was very friendly and welcoming! The washing machine needs cleaning as it made our clothes smell bad.
• Christien (8/5): The apartment was great. - The flat was spacious and clean. It was far from central Firenze.
• Monica (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is lovely and has a real “florentine” feeling, lots of light and space. Good location, free parking available, easy to heat. The kitchen is functional, the beds are comfortable. We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, it was perfect for our family reunion.
• Fenja (9/5): In general we truly enjoyed our time at this apartment. - The apartment itself is a very nice place to stay and it's located in a great area. The view is phenomenal and we really enjoyed the less hectic environment. The next bus station is nearby and it takes around 25 min. to get to the city center. The hosts are lovely and the communication with them was excellent. When there was a minor problem, we texted them and it was fixed really fast. Unfortunately, there is a street directely next to the house and due to thin walls you hear the cars quite loudly. But mostly it was easy to ignore these noises.

• Elinore (10/5): 10/10 would recommend! - A great place to stay. Located in a quiet area away from tourists and a wonderful view of the hills of Fiesole from the main window. Only a 5 minute walk away from the bus stop taking us to the centre of Florence and about a 15 minute walk to the nearest grocery store. The hosts were very gracious and the home had a bit of a rustic yet Italian feel. It was well equipped so we could easily cook our meals and there was wifi. Would love to stay again!
