• Mark (10/5): Lovely apartment very close to all landmarks! - The apartment is in a lovely location. The fridge was stocked full of things and there were loads of extras. Alessandro and Cristina had left us an anniversary card and bottle which was a kind thought. Communication throughout was brilliant. Thank you for a lovely stay.

• Preeti (10/5): Perfect stay! Compact house but thoughtfully done and warm hosts - We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from Firenze railway station, about 12 minutes to Accademia/Duomo, and around 20 minutes to Ponte Vecchio. It’s perfectly placed—close to all the main attractions and lively areas, yet quiet and peaceful. We were personally welcomed by the host, which added a very warm touch. They also provided a helpful list of recommendations along with a map, which made exploring the city much easier. The apartment, though compact, is extremely well-designed and functional. It had all the essentials one might need, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like stocked snacks, juice, yogurt, and a drink. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay. The only minor drawback was the bathroom washbasin—it’s quite small, which can lead to water spilling out easily. Aside from this, everything else was perfect.

They were very helpful with recommendations of restaurants and whatever else we needed. The apartment is extremely well equipped and stocked with small little extras to really make your stay feel like home away from home. All of these little treats were very much appreciated. The apartment was also exceptionally quiet at night which made for a good night's sleep. Thank you Allesandro and Christina! We appreciated your hospitality!

Selbst der Kühlschrank wurde mit dem notwendigen ausgestattet, zB.Wasser,Marmelade,Bier,Milch und Croissants. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos spiegeln das Appartement eins zu eins wieder. Klare Empfehlung und perfekt für eine Stadttour. Nichts !

The hosts Alessandra and Cristina were amazing, meeting us at the location and showing us through. • Julie (10/5): Memorable! - A wonderfully warm stay at Little Suite Fortezza We received an exceptionally warm and personal welcome from Alessandro and Cristina, who immediately made us feel at home. They took the time to show us everything we needed to know about their beautifully appointed apartment, and it’s clear they’ve thought of absolutely everything a traveller might need. From chocolates, snacks and bottled water to a sewing kit and other thoughtful touches, nothing was overlooked. Alessandro also shared a fantastic list of nearby restaurants, cafés and local markets, which helped us settle into Florence like locals. The location is excellent, around a 10‑minute walk from Florence’s central station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) and roughly 12 minutes to the Duomo, depending on the crowds. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot. A truly delightful stay, made even better by such genuine and attentive hosts. Highly recommended. For winter guests an indoor clothes rack would be great.

The stay had a beautiful vibe and has beautiful cafés nearby and well connected to the city via tram station Lavagnini Fortezza. • Polymnia (10/5): A sweet little gem in the heart of the city - Alessandro and Maria are wonderful hosts. This little gem is perfectly clean and equipped with anything you can imagine. The location is perfect, just 30 seconds away from the tram station and two minutes on foot from the bus station. The really amazing fact is that even though we were in our on the central streets of the city, inside the apartment we had absolutely serenity and quietness. Also a great plus for me was Valu, this amazing little cozy bakery next to the apartment. Don’t miss out the opportunity to enjoy a delicious breakfast or dessert with the sweetest staff in the city. • Antje (10/5): Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in Florenz, der uns noch lange in schöner Erinnerung bleiben wird. - Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. In die historische Altstadt kommt man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten. Es gab sogar ausreichend Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank, Butter, Marmelade, Kaffeepatronen etc. Wir wurden von Cristina vom Flughafen am Sonntagmorgen abgeholt. Ganz lieben Dank noch einmal dafür!!! Alessandro hat uns noch Restaurant-Tipps zugesandt und auch den Taxi-Transfer für die Abreise organisiert. Mehr Service insgesamt geht nicht! Danke nochmals an Cristina und Alessandro für diesen "rundum sorglos" Aufenthalt:-)! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Nichts!

Not only did he welcome us with a warm smile, but he came fully loaded with top-tier local food recommendations. Seriously, the man is a walking Michelin guide. The apartment? Let’s just say we considered faking our own deaths and staying forever. Stylish, spotless, and equipped with absolutely everything – and then some. We're talking: A fully stocked fridge (yes, really) with Prosecco, beer, yogurts, Nutella (bless you, Alessandro), and more. Toiletries galore – including toothbrushes, cotton pads, even slippers. It was like a 5-star hotel decided to move in with your coolest Italian uncle. A vibe that made us feel instantly at home... but better, because at home no one refills our fridge with bubbles and snacks. It’s rare to find a place where you don’t need to ask for anything because everything’s already there. Alessandro thought of it all – before we even knew we needed it. If this apartment were a pizza, it would be extra cheese, double toppings, and zero regrets. Grazie mille, Alessandro! You’ve officially ruined all other accommodations for us. Forever.

• Robert (10/5): Lovely! stay in Florence. - Location, cleanliness, quiet, well equipped with everything you need for an at-home experience, washer and clothesline,, Pizza restaurant "Penta Bistrot" at the corner was awesome, air conditioning worked well, Alessandro met us at the apartment and made sure that we were settled properly.. Nothing. However, be aware the stairs are pretty steep and narrow.

He was in constant communication with us before our trip and met us at the apartment to carry my case up. He sent us a list of things we different things for us to see and do and even sent a link for gluten free places to eat for me. We were very appreciative of the little touches Cristina and Alessendro added to the apartment to make our stay comfortable. It was nice having a bit more space than just a typical hotel room. He kindly stocked the fridge with milk, water, beers, yogurts, jams and butter. Even some croissants for breakfast. The flat was incredibly clean and quiet and comfy furnishings. Alessandro even dropped me a message with recommendations of places to go within Florence whilst I had downtime with work. Couldn't recommend this place enough, from the flat to the host. The distance from the town centre was ideal also. Could not give any bad feedback on the apartment at all.

We were running a little later than planned after dropping off our rental car, and the owner, Alessandro, kept in touch with us and met us when we arrived. He helped carry our luggage upstairs and showed us around the apartment, which was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with drinks in the refrigerator, coffee, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. He provided us with recommendations about places to eat, and texted the recommendations to us afterwards. We needed to take a taxi back to the airport for a 6:40 am flight, and he made arrangements for a taxi to pick us up at 4:30. The taxi was right on time, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Florence! Nothing
• Vicki (10/5): Beautiful stay, well appointed - Out of all the accomodations we have been in over 6 weeks in Europe, Little suite is the most catered apartment. It is nice and central to most sights within walking about 20 mins. Florence is a busy place so you need to be realistic about transport. Tram is close, taxi was easy to either book or wave down. Lovely café for breakfast etc dowstairs. Our hosts have the apartment very welcoming with home comforts to make life easier. Alessandro met us at the door on time when we arrived soaking wet from SM Novella station. Don't attempt this walk if it's raining, grab a taxi or tram. We made good use of the balcony with drying lines and washing machine. Visit The Social Hub after 6pm for a rooftop view like no other! Grazie ! Australia Nothing

We arrived late at night since our flight was delayed, Alessandro waited patiently and grated us with a smile, the room was very clean and stocked with snacks and beer and water in the fridge, which was perfect since we arrived late and hungry :) We had to leave Florence to our next destination, but sadly there was a train strike, Alessandro arranged a taxi for us and made sure we got a fair price. He saved us a lot of time and money. We highly recommend staying with Alessandro :)

The owners were really friendly and met us on arrival, gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars etc. In a great neighbourhood for accessing everything and easy walking distance from centre of town and the tram stop. Nothing really - was great. We couldn’t find the remotes to turn on the air con which would have been helpful, but that was more about us not asking and being too busy having fun in Florence to have followed up!

• Zoltán (10/5): Excellent accommodation in Florence. - The property is in an excellent location to reach the main attractions even on foot. The other side of the river can also be reached by bus from the nearby train station. The facilities of the accommodation are excellent, very comfortable for two persons. The heating worked without problems. Wifi was always available. The hosts were very friendly and attentive that helped us a lot.

Very well stocked with anything and everything you could need - food, drinks, toiletries, towels, slippers and more! Bed and pillows extremely comfortable Lovely host too - met us at the property on arrival, good communication throughout Gave us recommendations for local places to eat and visit Cannot recommend enough - would return if was back in Florence!

• Kim (9/5): Lovely apartment - Everything was lovely... The television in the lounge area is way too small and there were no English speaking shows to watch except BBC news only on the television in the bedroom.

Out of all the places we stayed in the cities of Italy, this place was exceptional. I was stunned to find snacks and a bottle of champagne! They also helped with local suggestions. • Tina (10/5): A Home away from Home - Little Suite Fortezza exceeded our expectations on all levels. The apartment was fully stocked with food, drink, toiletries, extra towels and linens & slippers. Location was perfect as we were attending an event at the Fortezza Da Basso. Host was extremely friendly and even helped us get a taxi after we had checked out. Would definitely book again.

Toiletries, snacks, etc. they were also a wonderful help when we needed to order a taxi and provided many suggestions on places to eat and visit! They are very kind and we loved staying here! • Yogesh (10/5): The Best Place ever - The owners are very special people. the made arrangements way above our expectation. we were traveling with a baby so they arranger a cot but more importantly they put baby shampoo, diaper bin bag, milk and other small stuff. my wife was amazed to see eye makeup remover, and so many small things which you need in daily life. the house was very clean and they added a lot of options for brekfast, food to cook and many more. overall amazing experience and a must stay place. nothing
• Kimberley (10/5): A great apartment! A must stay! - This apartment is wonderful! It is in a great location and the owners are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The apartment was clean and they even stocked it with some food for us. It was such a thoughtful thing to do. We truly appreciated their kindness. Bed was comfortable and noise level was low. There is a washing machine that we used and we experienced no issues with the WIFI. It is walking distance to the train station. This really is a great apartment. If you see availability, don't think it about, just book it! You won't be disappointed.

• Kris (9/5): Perfect apartment if you are prepared to walk 15 min into the heart of the Chitta - The accommodation had everything you needed and Alessandro met us on arrival and explained how everything worked in the apartment. Christina text wonderful suggestions for food choices in the city Plastic cups and plates . Would have preferred China plates and cups
• Maria (10/5): Wonderful hosts. Wonderful apartment. - Little Suite is just an absolute gem! Christina and Alessandro are the perfect hosts. They actually came to meet us when we arrived as we were lost! Not because the apartment is not in a great location, but just because we can’t read Google maps! The apartment is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and there is everything you could need and more. I can’t rate it, and the hosts highly enough. They, and the apartment only added to our wonderful stay in Florence. Nothing. Everything fabulous!
