• venneman (8/5): Tof appartement in een rustige buurt op wandelafstand van het centrum. - Aangenaam en groot appartement met ruime badkamer en terras in een rustige woonbuurt. Handdoeken en lakens waren (beperkt) aanwezig. Te voet of met de bus geraak je overal heel makkelijk, want het historisch centrum ligt op 1,5km afstand. Ik zou het zeker aanbevelen. De host was er meteen vandoor, dus het was een beetje zoeken naar de wifi e.d. maar hij was wel goed bereikbaar via Whats app. Er is niets van wasproducten of zeep.

• natalia (1/5): - Fikk ikke ekstra nøkler,som de lovte, svært ikke på telefon, hadde ikke hatt internet på 2 dag. De bare skrivet fram å tilbake ,som ble sagt jeg har kjøpt internet. Etter 2 dager kommer mann og fikset dette. Vi klærte ikke 2 dager slappet av. Min venninna ble syk av dette. Men hun som møtet oss og fikk byskatt, lovte og gjøre dette. Dårlig gjørt.

• Koy Fatt (7/5): - The apartment was quite nicely decorated and the mattress was comfortable. The Aircon for the living room was not working and we could not enjoy it as the weather was hot in summer.
• Cyan Cheng (10/5): Recommended - True to pictures. Very comfortable. Warm welcoming from the host. Located in a quiet and nice neighborhood.
• Eric (7/5): Alles in allem eine guter Ort zum verbleiben. :-) - Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es ist sehr viel Platz für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt super und ist perfekt um Florenz zu erkunden. Alles in allem eine guter Ort zum verbleiben. :-) - the air condition in front of the bathroom doesn't work - there is water coming out - at the terrace is a drain. It smells sometimes - the air conditions have no possibility to change the temperature

• Anisa (5/5): Passable - Nice space and patio, just like in the photos. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t as clean as expected—there was a bad odor coming from the bathroom pipes, and both the floor and some of the furniture hadn’t been properly cleaned.
• Bailee (9/5): It felt like home and made our stay in Florence one of our favourites on our five week vacation! - Plenty of space, everything we needed including a washing machine and wifi, very clean, comfy bed with blackout blinds, great location. The hot water ran out very quickly but we weren’t sure if that was an us problem.

• Sofche (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was the same as the pictures. Location is not in the centre but near only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Near is the bus stop and shops. Definitely if I go to Florence I will go there again very pleasant place,
• Sergey (4/5): Disappointing - Good location of the apartment, easy to walk and you are in the main center. The apartment needs a thorough cleaning, a lot of dust and a rather dirty terrace! Future guests should be informed that the apartment next door is being renovated and in Italy there is no law on silence, be prepared to wake up at 8am to the noise of a drill (contact the property before checking in to see if the renovation is finished)
• Tuuli (9/5): Superb - Everything else worked perfectly. The appartment was really cleand and pretty just like in the pictures. They didnt have any barely any kitchen equipment so keep that in mind for longer stays. We couldnt find any forks or knives etc. The appartement was also a bit far from the center. We were able to take the bus to the center anyways. The owner came to give us the keys and give a quick tour of the appartement. Could have been easier if they were collected from a box so we would not have to worry about scheduling the time of the pick up of the keys.
• Lucy (8/5): Homely stay - Easy to check in, Kalum was in contact with me via Whatsapp to arrange collection of the keys. He was very friendly and showed us how to access the apartment and where everything was inside. Large apartment, modern and clean. Plenty of towels provided. Good Wifi. Good aircon. Large bathroom. Parking available on the street but it is difficult as it is always busy, you may have to park on a different street if not available. Have to get a parking ticket at the machine, unfortunately wasn't working for us but we didn't get a fine which is good. This apartment is also out of the ZTL zone so you won't get fined for that either. If staying in the back bedroom you hear all the noise of people entering and leaving the apartment building. Especially if they are walking up or down the stairs, you hear every step. Hard to get sleep, it woke me up several times. It would maybe be ok for kids or someone who is not a light sleeper.
• Denisa (8/5): A well equipped apartment, spacious and in a quite area with a comunicative contact person. - It was in a quite location and it was spacious, the person of contact was very receptive and always answer our questions and demands Also the apartments is well equipped with everyhting The walls are pretty thin and you can hear the neighbours Also we would like to have a a better air blower and paper reserve

• Ray (10/5): Great location. Safe and comfortable. - The location was wonderful. It was a bit of a walk to transit but not too bad. The shades were great to keep the light where I needed it to adjust my sleep schedule. The kitchen was great but keep in mind it isn’t fully stocked with everything to cook yourself. It’s a first floor but the security gates and shutters made me feel safe. The kitchen did not have everything needed to cook myself. I had to get takeout and even then, there was no silverware in the entire apartment. Also there was no laundry or dish soap provided. That would have been nice.

• Eugenia (5/5): Passable - Spacious abd close to the city centre. We chose this place because we were travelling for many days and they claimed to have a washing machine. It was there but extremely dirty, so we could not use it. Only 2 toilet paper rolls for 3 people and a 6 day stay and only one set of towels per person for the 6 days. When we asked for the towels to be replaced (given that the washing machine was dirty) they told us there was an extra charge. The place lacks of anything to clean (no detergent to clean the dishes they have or paper towels for the kitchen). When they came to clean at check out, they did not carry any cleaning items. Therefore, we left disgusted at the thought that the dishes are cleaned with water only. There were 2 rooms and in only one there was a light duvet. In the other one, just sheets, so very cold at night. Unfortunately, the place is nice and spacious but this is overshadowed by the lacking facilities (no toilet paper, no shampoo, claiming to have a washing machine that is unusable, no cleaning products, no cleanliness). Therefore, we would not return. The host made no effort to make us feel more confortable when reaching out about these issues.
