• Fernando (3/5): Decepcion - La ubicación es buena muy céntrico y con todo a mano El acceso tiene muchas escaleras. Los baños sobre todo el de abajo muy incómodo y con problemas de caudal de agua. Habitaciones sin armarios ni baldas ni mesillas. La decoración no correspondía con las fotos. Secador sin aire caliente……..
• Kristin (7/5): Great location, responsive management - Fantastic location, clean, and enough space for a family of 5 Dark inside, no internet and the management/host sent a young man to meet us and let us in. He was taxed with charging us the city tax for our stay then and there - we had no signal, no cell reception, no wifi reception initially, so could not pay. Had to walk out into the street to complete this on our phones. We were double charged, so this was a significant overcharge. The management said they would refund immediately, but over a week later, they still had not done so. I had to reach out to them again. In general, the management was friendly and very responsive to our questions or any requests. Location was excellent. Just had a rough start upon arrival with being overcharged the city tax and also having no signal/wifi initially to even process this payment.

La limpieza era escasa y nos pusieron una cama supletoria que se clavaban los hierros, asique tuvimos que utilizar el sofá que era algo más cómodo, no mucho. También los baños que tiene uno no funcionaba la cerradura y el otro se caía la manecilla 7 personas y no se podía cerrar ninguno. A parte de eso un poco anticuado y muy usado todo.
• Emilie (1/5): Je ne recommande pas cet appartement - L’établissement est bien placé, en plein centre de Florence L’établissement ne ressemble pas aux photos. 2 lits sur 4 étaient cassé et l’appartement étais très sale (taches sur les canapés, sang sur les plaids, moisissures dans les salles de bain). L’état de l’appartement est très incorrect, un robinet étais réparé avec du scotch. Pendant notre séjour nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude, deux lits sur les qu’âtres proposés étaient cassé
• Craig (8/5): Perfect location for sight seeing! - Perfect location (in the heart of the city), attentive and kind owner, lots of very useful information in the city guide included. Impossible to get a taxi near the apartment, going up and down all the stairs is tricky with lots of luggage and little kids.

• Jo (10/5): Questo appartamento resterà un bellissimo ricordo di uno strampalato soggiorno a Firenze - Io e altri miei 4 amici abbiamo alloggiato qui dal 27 febbraio al primo marzo. L'appartamento è molto ampio, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con gli spazi. E' dotato di cucina, lenzuola, asciugamani, la posizione è ottima, si arriva in venti minuti a Santa Maria del Fiore e lì da quelle parti ci sono anche dei localetti simpatici dove divertirsi la sera L'unico consiglio che mi sentirei di dare, magari, è di lasciare nell'appartamento dei sacchi per la spazzatura. Al momento del check-out ci è stato chiesto di lasciare (giustamente) le stanze con ordine, però abbiamo avuto un po' di difficoltà a rimediare delle buste per i rifiuti. Ma si tratta di una piccola accortezza, per il resto l'appartamento è stupendo

• Laura (7/5): Super central spacious apartment - The location is great and it is a very spacious apartment. The communication with the staff was great. The windows are very thin so you hear a lot of sound from the street. It is not a busy street but there is something about the alleys in florence that make sounds very loud. So bring earplugs.

Zaplatila jsem za 6 lidi, ale dva nemohli nahradnimi spoji dorazit. Prestoze slibil, ze 36 euro vrati, stale penize zpet neposlal. • victoria (8/5): Fantastic location, very good value for money - The location was incredible, the apartment is very spacious & comfortable. It was a good temperature & had good facilities- tv, fridge/freezer, 2 bathrooms, ironing board It could be a bit cleaner - the shower needs re grouting, dust & then cupboards just have random things in them. It wouldn’t take much to make it perfect.

• Mara (1/5): - Purtroppo nulla, dopo aver visto l'appartamento, abbiamo riconsegnato le chiavi e ce ne siamo andati. Struttura fatiscente, sporchissimo, pericoloso e non rispondente alle immagini pubblicate sul sito che risalivano probabilmente a qualche decennio prima. Non ci e' piaciuto sentirci dire alle ore 22 che non avevano un posto alternativo dove farci soggiornare e doverci organizzare per trovare un altro posto in centro a Firenze. Per giunta non ci hanno ancora rimborsato. Esperienza da dimenticare!
• Giraldo (7/5): - La ubicación. El espacio del apartamento. La atención del personal. La limpieza No había un cuchillo para cortar. Solo para mantequilla. Los aires acondicionados no funcionaron correctamente. Parece que les falta mantenimiento.
• Disha (8/5): - The loaction of the apartment is very good, very close to the city center and all the areas of interest. The apartment is in a good condition with a spacious living room, kitch and dining space. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator so it's a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. One bedroom is quite big but the other two rooms are quite small. Same with the bathrooms, one of them is a decent size whereas the other one is very cramped.

• Kobi (8/5): Overall we had a great time in Florence the staff was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay. - It was a great location and it was very spacious for the 6 of us. One of the bathrooms was a bit small and one of the extra beds was not very comfortable.

• Maria (9/5): Great location allowing to walk to important locations. - Location was great. Walking distance to the Florence Cathedral, restaurants and train station. Because it’s close to restaurants and bars, there might be a lot of noise at night.
• Stacie (10/5): Perfect location and price was right - The location was perfect, easy access to everything! It was a bit noisy at night as you are right by busy streets-but we had seen that in other reviews. We used “white noise” on our phones and it wasn’t an issue.

• Afifi (7/5): Good - Location is good, we could go everywhere just by taking the bus or walking. Nearby there’s a grocery stores so we could cook using their kitchen (no condiments provided except for salt) there’s also a Moka pot which I appreciate. The host was nice and accommodating. Wifi was OK, but disconnected quite frequently. Washing machine is in another room, and could not access after 10pm as it would disturb the neighbours. There’s alot of stairs, so if you’re travelling with big luggage or a stroller, this might be an issue. The master bedroom cupboard was full of dust. The house is spacious therefore the heating doesn’t work so well.
• Mrslblair (9/5): Great apartment in the heart of the city - Amazing location, right in the heart of things. Close to the Duomo and the excellent bars and restaurants. Good, comfortable beds. The kitchen was well appointed and it was good to have access to a washing machine. Excellent showers (and bonus to have two bathrooms). The air conditioning was fantastic. It was a short taxi ride from the train station, but a very straighforward walk too. There were a few stairs to get to the apartment and no lift - keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. The third bedroom was up a flight of stairs and seemed far away from the other two bedrooms, the person in group who was going to use it chose to share a room instead.
• Na (7/5): Fair price for stay as the location is good. - Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to almost all the attractions. The staff of apartment was very helpful and friendly. I am sorry to say. But the WiFi didn’t work two nights between the three nights we stay. The mirror inside bedroom full of dust.
• Ledjon (6/5): Great Location, Best for Short Stays - Great Location. The apartment is near all major attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Long Stairs. Be prepared for a challenging climb-there are 22 steps, and if you're traveling with a stroller, it’s especially difficult. The cleanliness of the apartment needs improvement. There was a noticeable smell in the apartment that detracted from the overall experience. There were concerns about bedbugs, mosquitoes, and wood insects. Mold was present in the bathroom. The bedding was poor quality and cheap, leading to back pain after just one night. The street noise was quite disruptive, until 2 AM. Additionally, cleaning vehicles started making noise as early as 7 AM. The Wi-Fi connection was very weak and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to stay connected.

• Man (2/5): Very poor - Good location. Spacious. Host replies fast. Apartment not as new as photos. Toilet gets blocked quite easily. Cleanliness does not meet expectations. ***BED BUGS Got bitten quite badly during stay. Signs of bedbugs on beddings also found actual insects.

The apartment was huge and very clean, and the host was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again!

• Darlene (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very spacious. The location was spot on close to the main square. I felt very safe staying there. The host was available by phone when you needed them. The downfall was the 52 steps up to the apartment. The sheets had bug skeletons on them. They need to provide clean sheets. I took photographs. I would suggest they spay for bugs and clean the sheets better.

We locked ourselves out and we were able to text the host who responded in a very timely and attentive manner. Trash accessibility could not find the drop of place but nothing else to complain about.

• Benjamin (9/5): Centrally located and comfortable apartment - Nice apartment, really centrally located. The apartment is simply appointed but we spent most of the time out and about in Florence, so we did not finding ourselves needing much. The apartment provided a great, safe, quiet place to rest after long days in the city. Some of us had difficulty with the stairs coming into the apartment, and the upstairs bedroom was smaller than expected. We could have also used a second set of keys for the apartment.

• Asma (7/5): Worth it for the location but it would have been more personal to have met the host to get more info - Honestly the location of the apartment is the biggest selling point. Very convenient and walking distance to all sites. It was comfortable. The fine print is the amount of stairs. It was 3 flight of stairs, not the most convenient with a toddler and a stroller. Definitely not for anyone who has any mobility issues. The apartment has 2 bathrooms,but really is has one that can be comfortably used. The other one is so small that it was difficult to wash our faces and brush our teeth. Breakfast is not included. The host that checked us in did not show us anything,just the keys to the door. We had to figure out how to use the laundry room,look for the wifi code in the apartment,how and where to get taxis….

• Alison (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. Hosts were super responsive to emails and recommendations. It was missing a twin bed in the large bedroom (based on the pictures when I rented) resulting in my daughter needing to sleep on the couch with no sheets. It took an extra day to get the sheets for the couch.
