• Francesco (8/5): - Posizione, completezza dei servizi dell’appartamento Bisogna provvedere ai rifiuti prima di lasciare la struttura, peccato che i bidoni di Firenze richiedano accesso con app. Sarebbe comodo saperlo in anticipo Un po’ di polvere sotto al letto e in alcune aree del pavimento

• Paula (6/5): Estancia corta en Florencia - El alojamiento tiene muy buena ubicación, a 12 min a pie de la catedral. Muy cerca del Ponte Vechio. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia corta. Las instalaciones son muy viejas, realmente es un cuarto en mitad de unas escaleras. El techo es muy bajo y había humedad.

• Guido (8/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole e comodo in una struttura accogliente e con host molto gentili e disponibili; a 10 min a piedi - Vicino al centro, semplice e accogliente; gli host sono molto gentili e ti facilitano nell’organizzare il tuo soggiorno accesso ok per noi ma non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta

• YUN (10/5): 性价比高，度假休闲很适合。 - 地理位置好，就在三圣一桥下100米左右的巷子里，进出方便，到老桥和碧提宫都是三分钟内。房间不大，在楼道之中，但是一两个人住足够了，布置的很温馨，厨具够用，卫生间占房间比例还是蛮大的，一个人不局促。房东想得周到，服务也好，随时能够联系上。 非要说不足之处的话，就是卫生间里没有单独地漏，洗澡出来滴滴答答的有些湿，不宜干。

• Marie-line (7/5): Petit logement bien situé convient pour y passer quelques nuits - La location est très bien située pour visiter Florence, très central, à côté du pont San Trinita, à 20mn à pied de la gare principale Supermarché à 5mn à pied, cafés, restaurants à proximité. L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel, possibilité de se faire son petit-déjeuner, de réchauffer un plat. Bonne literie, petits chaussons fournis. Tv avec chaînes Italiennes seulement. Escalier d'accès super raide, pas de palier pour accéder au logement...il faut faire attention et être en bonne condition physique. Peu d'hauteur de plafond, il ne faut pas être grand. Pas de Vmc dans SDB Un peu vieillot... Un peu de bruit le matin à partir de 6h avec le grand boulevard à côté. Prévoir un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

• Morgan (10/5): - Casa perfetta per una fuga romantica per coppia. Casa molto carina e piena di ogni confort. Ottima posizione per raggiungere ogni attrazione che offre la città. Eduardo gentilissimo e disponibile.

У номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання. З мінусів - неприємний запах у парадній та безпосередньо в самому номері, що трохи зіпсувало загальне враження.

• Peter (8/5): Nice and convenient - Great location, clean with good amenities. No bug screens so had the odd mosquito/flying insect. We were at a cooler time of year so not too bad but maybe hot in summer.

• Inger (8/5): Vi er meget tilfredse og anbefaler Appartamento Girasole til andre (uden gangbesvær). - Super beliggenhed - stille og rolig - ingen larmende naboer. Dejligt lille kryp-ind på 1.sal - dog ikke egnet til gangbesværede/ældre da trappen op var slem. Meget søde og imødekommende værtspar. Stejl trappe op til 1.sal.
• Arancha (1/5): Apartamento del terror - Nada Experiencia terrorífica que nos hace llevarnos mal recuerdo de Florencia a pesar de lo bonita que es. Es inhumano meter a alguien a dormir en semejante hueco, ya que no se puede considerar piso. El habitáculo se encuentra en mitad de las escaleras, según sales no tienes ni donde apoyar un pie al mismo nivel. Las condiciones del portal,son totalmente aptas para grabar una película de terror. A la entrada del habitáculo hay un trozo de plástico puesto en el techo, puede salir por ahí desde una rata a una persona. Solo un rollo de papel para 4 días dos personas, una toalla para cada uno.Sábanas sucias,además de bastante polvo. Mi pareja mide 1,81 no entraba en la ducha. Ruido nocturno insoportable tanto en el portal como en la calle,eso sí, primer sitio donde te dejan unos tapones(bastante cutres),todo un detalle para que te des cuenta según llegas que no vas a dormir. Un día empezó a entrar agua por la “ventana” del baño. Después de pagar una burrada por semejante pesadilla,de premio te mandan bajar la basura.
• Alexandra Margrit (8/5): - it is in the middle of firenze.. close to ponte vecchio and close of everything.. it was cozy ,clean and had everything what was necessary for a comfortable stay. we enjoyed it. it's a simple but lovely place. but I would not recommend it for tall ppl. I am 163cm and my partner 180... not ideal for ppl.with walking problems.. the steps are very small and high. ... But we really loved it! and yes if I return to firenze I would check in again...

• Steve (10/5): Excellent value for money, I would happily stay there again and I would willingly recommend it. - Excellent location in a quiet street close to the Ponte Vecchio and all of Firenze's best attractions. 10-15min walk from the station. The apartment is excellent value - for the able-bodied - the stone staircase up to it is very steep with the door to the apartment part way up. I would happily recommend it. Ceiling height is very low so tall people might struggle a bit. Hosts Eduardo and Olga were very accommodating and prompt in responding. The electrics were a bit shaky, one bedside socket didn't work at all and the kitchen tap is loose and wobbly but neither caused us any great problem.

Eduardo est très sympathique et réponds de suite à nos questions. Attention, l' appartement est petit. Mais suffisant si c'est pour se balader toute la journée et profiter de Florence.
• Sagar (2/5): Uncomfortable, hot, claustrophobia inducing, and overpriced - The description said the place was 30m2. It was hardly 15m2. This was the first disappointment. The biggest disaster was the height of the room. It was not even 1.9m. As a 1.65m tall person, I could easily touch my palm on the celing. The place seemed conjusted and crammed, and is a nightmare for someone with claustrophobia. Lastly, there was just one tiny window, no AC, and a small fan on the wall that did absolutely nothing for the hot summer nights.
• Dulce (9/5): - Eduardo, the host, is so helpful and willing to accommodate any need. The place is well equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, and cookware. The bathroom also has everything you may need. The location is perfect, walking distance to main attractions and transit. The only down is that there's no A/C. The fan is good but not enough in the hot season. However, I didn't ruin the rest of the good points

• Kirsty (8/5): Super cute apartment, perfectly located. - The property is perfectly located, you feel safe and the building is super quiet. Eduardo, was lovely too. We didn’t have any issues so I didn’t need to reach out but he was only a what’s app away for anything. The only criticism I have is the fan doesn’t really help with the heat. In the night it was super warm as the fan just blows hot air around. That being said, it wouldn’t stop me from booking again for a short stay.

• Pipitsa (10/5): Exceptional - It was a pleasant surprise! Easy to check in. The apartment is at the area of Oltrano. Is easy to walk to the city center but it's a bus stop near by if you are not a fan of walking (if you are not, don't go to Florence! There you will defenetily walk..!!.) It has an espresso machine and all the basic staff that someone needs to cook if the staying there is for a long time. The only disadvantage was the steps to the stairs. It's easy to fall if you're not to careful.

• Zydrunas (9/5): After all 9 out of 10 from us and thanks for the comfortable stay. - We loved the owner, his charm. He personally gave us keys, showed the apartment. Communicate with us when we need it, and where kind when we need to rearrange the time. He even left us some champagne, what was really cool.Flat had everything you need for the daily basis and more. Good area, 20min walk to all tourist attractions. Could be a little bit more clean, loads of dust under the bad.
• Omar (7/5): Expensive but good for the easy going - The location was perfect. If you’re easy going then this is a great spot to pick. The place had everything we needed and was quiet at night. We knew it would be small but did not expect how stuffy it would be inside. No A/C in the room was a little rough even with the fan going and the windows open. I can’t imagine a summer day/night without A/C in there. Also the place was the most expensive out of all of our stays around Italy and I don’t think it was worth as much as it was even with the location. Florence is very walkable and we could have paid a lot less for something not too much further from the main area.

• Adam (8/5): Small studio apartment with a great location and budget friendly. - Perfect location close to everything and a great value for the price. This room has no air conditioning.
• Blythe (8/5): Great location & apartment for a couple days! - Great location and had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Florence. Good shower, comfy bed, decent sized fridge. Shower is not great if you’re over 6 ft tall - my boyfriend had to crouch to wash his hair as his head hit the ceiling in the bathroom.

• Kars (6/5): Pleasant - Location is great. We walked everywhere. Decent value for money compared to other properties The apartment is very old and small. I almost hit the ceiling (guess it's 2m) by just standing. Hit my head a few times against the shower cabin. The windows are very thin, combined with the location means you'll hear the motorbikes, drunk people coming by and even cleaning sweeper trucks at 1 AM I was happy I brought earplugs but even that wasn't enough at times. And if that isn't enough: we could hear the upstairs neighbors enjoying each other loudly with all the sounds included.

• Elisabeth (1/5): Mold everywhere - Our trip to Florence was unforgettable, but not in a good way. Despite low expectations, the apartment was a nightmare. The smell of cigarette smoke and mold in the apartment was overwhelming. There was only an electric heater, making it cold and hard to breathe. Black mold was everywhere (!) especially in the shower, the rest of bathroom and near the bed. It's a health hazard with no proper ventilation. The apartment was dirty, with hair and trash under the bed. The landlord just didn’t respond anymore after confronting him abut the issue. The situation was unacceptable and we find it hard to believe that this place is allowed to be rented! Avoid at all costs!!

• Raúl (5/5): Not worth more than 100 Euros a night. - They charge for the location and this needs to stop. If we, the travelers, keep giving 5 starts only for location, they will keep charging those crazy prices per night. We have to rate things accordingly, so they put a coherent amount. Overall it was a very mediocre place specially for the price they charge.

• Pamela (8/5): A convenient place to stay. - This property is situated in a very convenient location close to the city centre, but be careful about the street name as another street nearby has a very similar name. The apartment is on the first floor in a characterful building but unfortunately the very narrow street makes it rather dark. Although the room is small, the apartment has been cleverly designed to make maximum use of the space available. There is no room for a microwave oven and no tea towel was provided.

• Miguel (6/5): Pleasant - The location is really good, just 2 min walking to the Ponte Vechio. The apartment is very well equiped, everything you need in the kitchen and bedroom. Also it was warm and comfortable. The apartment is humid, I could smell a little bit of mold. But it could be because we went on winter and it was raining everyday. Also the bathroom wasn't so clean and the shower was leaking to the floor.
