Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes (con la cerradura de la puerta principal que anda mal y con la presión del agua) y el servicio de atención al cliente fue excelente. Al rato de escribirles ya estaba solucionado y eso que era fin de semana. Eso se valora muchísimo. Si vuelvo a Florencia no dudo en volver acá. Nada.

Я вважаю що це має входити у ціну помешкання. Відкриття вхідних дверей з вулиці це взагалі щось жахливе. Кожного разу ти отримуєш стрес.

• Angharad (10/5): - Location was ideal, super central, great space for us all, family of 5 with 3 children 9-13 year and space for us all, living space was lovely and bright and airy and had a smart TV which is a total win. Shower in en-suite had sporadic temp setting kept going hot to cold, but main shower was fine!

• Jason (9/5): Fantastic Family apartment with everything you need, close to the heart of Florence. - Great apartment for a family stay, with plenty of space. A generous kitchen, good sized living area & bedrooms. The apartment was an easy 10 minute walk to the ponte Vecchio, and about 30 minutes to Piazzalle Michaelangelo for the sunset. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine with a drying function, that was very good to get some clothes cleaned. We arrived by car & utilised the Valet parking, which worked great. You park in a garage just outside the city, and you are transported to the accommodation in a van. Then you just need to notify them at least 1 hr before you want to leave, and they deliver your car to the apartment for you. The only very minor issues we had were with Hot water (going hot & cold - the boiler seemed to turn on & off), and we couldn't get the rangehood to work. Also the kids complained that the blankets on their beds were too short, but we didn't have the same issue.
• Leandro Jose (10/5): Florencia a pleno - El departamento es hermoso, muy cómodo para cuatro personas, muy bien ubicado a tres cuadras del Palacio Pitti Si bien el dpto es súper cómodo creo que podrían proveer ciertos elementos como servilletas, aceite, un reparador....cosas básicas para poder cocinar ya que esa es una de las cosas que uno valora si justamente elige parar en departamento

• Ingegneri (8/5): Good, comfortable accommodation for a family with ample space and facilities. - Spacious, good heating, excellent kitchen. Hot water in shower (ensuite) was intermittent and unpleasant.
• AnnMarie McMahon (8/5): - Good location, good size (we were a family of 2 adults and 3 x children), staff where very helpful, apartment is very comfortable with excellent facilities for a family. Showers could be cleaner, there was also a smell of mould in the bathrooms. However, the apartment had two good sized bathrooms and with some small measures on cleaning we would have no complaints.

Everything looked well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. the overall atmosphere made me feel completely at ease. For the price, this accommodation offers outstanding value for money — much better than I expected. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, pleasant, and affordable stay. I would definitely come back! Getting to the apartment on the fist day was challenging due t miss communication

• Guimaraes (9/5): Estadia agradável a 10 min do centro - Apartamento bem remodelado. Sala grande e agradável. Bons quartos. Acesso exterior dentro do edifício. Mau cheiro no WC comum. Funcionários do parque de estacionamento esqueceram de levar o carro ao apartamento na hora combinada, pelo que tive que suportar o custo do táxi para levar as malas ao parque.

• Kertész (10/5): Jól felszerelt modern lakás a belvárosban. - Elhelyezkedés. Modern bútorok és felszerelés. A szobából nyíló fürdőszobába tolóajtaja hangtalanul és könnyen működik. Az akasztós szekrényben a vállfa rúdja olyan magasan van, hogy csak a mellékelt rúddal lehetett feltenni a vállfákat.
• Patrick (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Margot Apartment bei Demetrio. Das Apartment ist wunderschön, großzügig geschnitten und komplett ausgestattet – wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Das Gebäude selbst ist sehr stilvoll und anmutig, mit echtem neapolitanischen Charme. Die Lage ist ideal: mitten in der Altstadt, in Gehweite zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und auch nah zum Hafen. Alles gut erreichbar, aber trotzdem ruhig. Demetrio ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, alles war bestens vorbereitet. Wir haben uns als Familie extrem wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Kompliment und Danke – einfach toll

• Maribeth (10/5): We had a lovely experience! It was perfect for a group of six. Conveniently located in the heart of Florence ! - Very clean, well equiped kitchen , has all appliances. Two bathrooms was a plus ! Beautiful rooms , master bedroom has its own bathroom . The view from each room was amazing - watched sunrise each morning . The place is conveniently located near the heart of Florence ! We walked everywhere ! They also have a garage for parking ( a few blocks from the apartment. We really loved the place ! N/A

• May (9/5): Loved the location and the flat, not a fan of the stairs. - The location was excellent as it was walking distance to so many places. My biggest dislike was how the stairs narrowed to the flat and although it was the second floor you had to walk up four flights of stairs so it was a bit more cumbersome to carry bags to and from the flat.
• Ricardo (9/5): Superb - Everything worked well. I just suggest the company who deliver the information of rental to send the information some days before. I were in Italy and has no cellphone to call them, and to get in the building was necessary to call them, so they could open the building door remotely. It was an issue but the staff was really kind and had patience.

• Vaidotas (10/5): Spacious and quiet stay in Firenze (Florence) close to Pitti Palace and Ponte Vecchio - We have got a lovely apartment in a very good location. Appart was spacious and quiet. A lot of cafeterias and groceries around. So there was no need to have breakfast at home. Thanks for the hosts for a perfect arrangement of the service The lock of main door from the street needs some lubricant, does not operate smoothly:)
• Julie (10/5): Good family accommodation - The accommodation provided everything we needed. Heaps of space and a well equipped kitchen. Basically a home away from home. Perfect for any kind of stay short or long. Nothing. Everything is as described
• Mandie (3/5): Don't waste your money! - It was spacious, modern and was great to have washing machine. When we arrived from a day of travelling, we wanted a shower but the hot water didn't work. When we rang the number they sent 2 guys to check it out and it could t be fixed. Although they offered for us to change house in 3 days time for the last 2 nights of our stay, we still couldn't have a comfortable hot shower. They also offered to return our money so we could find alternative accomodation, except everything we looked at was triple the price at such late notice. Overall we were disappointed with this accommodation. The management said they would compensate but we haven't received anything back. Very very poor service and accomodation.

The staff were super helpful and responsive. Loved it! Too many stairs to reach the top with suitcases- best to pack light!

• Claudia (4/5): Disappointing - The fact that it had two bedrooms was perfect and a washing machine. At first the AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work and sadly I got sick. Additionally, there was no hot water, and there was such a bad smell in one of the barhrooms. Although someone came in to fix the AC, still there was no hot water. I couldn't stand the bad smell in the bedroom that I stayed at. It was a Very disappointing experience.

• Jemma (10/5): Great apartment, good location - Lovely apartment, spacious and clean. Two great bathrooms, the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was great and well equipped. Location was ideal, we did all of Florence by foot and ate at some lovely places right by the apartment and just off the square. The only thing we weren't aware of was being in a ZTL zone and in hindsight we didn't need to hire a car as we ended up just paying to park outside of the town.
• Leanne (8/5): Very good - Well located and very quiet. Host responsive. Very spacious and appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Single beds were not the most comfortable. One was very squeaky. We were cold at night and needed extra blankets. Host delivered but only one. Poor Wi-Fi
• Adam (9/5): Fantastic family time in Florence in a lovely apartment and top location - Location was excellent- 15 min walk to the main square , great kitchen , modern showers and comfy double bed & excellent communication with the hosts. Nothing but being picky could of done with some sachets of milk and the table in the main bedroom collapsed on my wife’s foot as had a faulty leg !
• Juju (6/5): Wished it was a more pleasant experience. - The apartment was spacious. Nice bathroom-had hot water. It had working appliances. Location was convenient. The check-in process required calling for someone to unlock the front door prior to getting the keys to the apartment was not very convenient. The AC didn't work at first, but they had someone come fix it the following day- even after, it was still very hot during the day. The wifi didn't work with the instructions provided, had to contact them to resolve. The apartment appeared clean but the floor was really dirty, and the beds were springy and uncomfortable.

• Jen (9/5): Modern, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. - Clean, comfortable, modern and spacious apartment in a good location, close to cafes and restaurants in Santo Spirito. Excellent air conditioning and wifi and having a washing machine was amazing! It's about a 20 minute walk from the train station so suggest a taxi if it's hot and if you have any luggage. You need to walk up 5 sets of stairs to get to the apartment and there is no lift. The ensuite shower is teeny tiny and it took about 5 minutes for the water to warm up.

• Blair (5/5): Location good. Many steps to apartment were unpleasant in the heat and humidity. - Location is good for getting a simple breakfast. We found some espresso and nice croissants a few blocks away. The beds were uncomfortable, the closet was of no use as the rack was at about 8' high and there was a pole to put up and take down hangers... too much of a hassle to use, kitchen was lacking in some essentials in order to be able to cook -- pot holders, dish towels, sponges, detergent, we needed air conditioning but in order to have it one has to accept too many levels on the computer which is a safety risk -- so we were miserable. Both of us awakened the first morning to some red dots on our skin which looked a bit like bedbugs from photos online... wide photos of property make it look way larger than it is in reality.... one bathroom smelled of mold and the tiles had black mold in shower.... other shower was incredibly small....

And did we mention the location? - Perfect location, just some hundred metres away from the city centre. Quiet, comfortable, modern. Even better than expected. Super friendly and caring contact. Parking is difficult (book a parking space in advance), and you should use their additional offerings regarding parking and luggage - it is definitely worth the money and avoids a lot of stress we experienced (which has nothing to do with the apartment). Super caring host, mega friendly contact, have not experienced it any better yet - even for the high Italian standards, this was extraordinary.

• Ed (5/5): nice but with too much trouble - higher end recent remodel checkin info and support when we arrived we called the management team to allow us into the building as it was a multi apartment complex with the front door locked they had remote front door access but did not use and it was confusing as they were not ever talking about the door being coded either with a red sticker or a blue sticker but that was in the interior door in the apartment on the third or fourth floor which they claimed was on the second flour And what was even more confusing we got into the building by some one other apartment residence Iand at that point we were able to get in the third story apt. there was some maintenance needed in the master bedroom bathroom
• Juliette (10/5): Lovely stay - A clean spacious apartment, very well presented and comfortable. The air-conditioning was a blessing once we got it working (it is on an app that needs to be downloaded and set up to be able to use it) and the beds were comfy. The location was good, close to local restaurants and a 15 or 20 minute walk into the main square, and it was quiet at night. The property managers were excellent, quick to respond to a couple of small issues we had and very helpful in general. We enjoyed our stay, thank you The ensuite bathroom smelled very strongly of drains, so we barely used it and kept the door shut. The main bathroom was fine.
