• Philippa (9/5): Secuded apartment stay in Florence - Overall excellent for our three night stay. The apartment had everything you needed. It was spacious, clean, quiet and secluded in lovely gardens, yet close to restaurants and easy walking distance to main sights as well as Santa Novella railway station. Luciano met us and showed us around the apartment which was great Luciano didn't mention the earplugs beside the bed which would be useful for light sleepers, who might be disturbed by adjacent intermittent machine vibration at night.

• John (9/5): Nice Quiet Apartment in Firenze - Great location near the train station. And an easy walk to most of the major sights. The apartment is in a quiet courtyard, so there is little street noise. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. A very nice little balcony. The one major flaw is the sofa or couch which is extremely uncomfortable for sitting. That and Florence is simply overcrowded. It is a conveyor belt of tourists offering few opportunities to really savour it's Renaissance charms.

• Virginie (10/5): Absolument parfait ! - Tout! L’appartement est grand, joliment décoré, très propre et très bien situé. Il est parfaitement équipé, il y a vraiment tout ce qu’il faut et même plus! Luciano nous a super bien accueillis , il est très sympathique et professionnel. Et cerise sur le gâteau il parle très bien français ! Bref, tout était parfait.

Balconcino vista giardino interno e tutto quello che potrebbe servire per cucinare. Molto gentile chi si occupa del check-in siamo stati accolti all entrata del complesso e spiegato tutto quello che serviva per un soggiorno piacevole.

• Tarja (10/5): This was the best apartment I have ever been through booking.com. - First of all I liked the localisation, 5 minutes walk from the tram station to go to the airport and 15 minutes walk to the historic centre of Firenze. Very quiet surrounding and good bed for sleeping well. I liked the perfect furnishing in the kitchen for the cooking, spices, olive oil, coffee and all the necessary utensils for cooking. So nice for a short stay, no need to buy the essentials. Bathroom also had everything you need. Everything was perfect.

• George (10/5): Great secure location, hard bed - It was in a central location in this wonderful city and was well equipped. There was excellent parking underground for our car. Good security. The bed was thin, hard and uncomfortable. Why do so many places skimp on this and provide a cheap IKEA bed. Just think of your poor old customers who are elderly and need comfort to sleep?

Fue un primer contacto con la ciudad increíble, súper simpático y amable, además hablaba nuestro idioma, hizo todo lo posible por nuestra comodidad en el apartamento. Por no comentar que el apartamento está a 5, 10 o 20 minutos de cualquier punto de interés de Florencia. Viaje inolvidable de verdad, enamorado de la ciudad y del recuerdo que nos ha dejado el sitio. El wifi no funcionó el primer día, pero al segundo, cuando lo comenté por WhatsApp al anfitrión, a los minutos me llamaron para concretar momento para arreglarlo. Nada, no llegó ni a una hora que ya teníamos router nuevo y una reparación de la fibra del edificio. Lo comento por decir algo, porque con la reacción que tuvieron se han ganado el 10 de nota, porque no puedo poner mas, estamos encantados. Gracias.
• Maite (9/5): Como en casa - El apartamento tiene de todo. Luciano, encantador, nos recibió puntual y nos mostró el apartamento y el funcionamiento de los aparatos. También nos recomendó supermercados, restaurantes, etc. (¡muy buenas recomendaciones!) El a/a funciona muy bien y había café, té, galletas, caramelos... a nuestra disposición. Por decir algo, el toallero de manos del baño es un poco incómodo.

• Gill (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful oasis in the heart of Florence. After busy days exploring Florence you walk through the private gates on a busy street to a beautiful garden setting. The apartment is perfect with everything you could possibly need for a home away from home. Sitting on the lovely balcony, it is so peaceful and quiet you cannot believe you are in the middle of Florence . Communication with the hosts was excellent and the instructions to get to the apartment were spot on where we were met by Luciano, who was really friendly and helpful with lots of advice. Thank you Carmen for an amazing stay.

• Laura (9/5): Serene and comfortable house in the center of the city - The welcoming was very pleasant and friendly. Location was perfect, in the city center, but as soon as you enter the garden all peace and serenity surrounds you. It had a very nice and spacious eat- and living room, lots of facilities for breakfast, cooking was an good facilitated option, but we didn't use that. Nice and clean bathroom with a spacious shower. The bed was great to sleep in. Airconditioning for both living room as bedroom. The couch in the livingroom, what was also an optional extra bed, its stuffing of the couch was probably seen better days and was less comfortable to sit for a long time, but there were plenty other options for sitting.

The apartment is thoughtfully presented and clean. Superb location!!!! Very, very comfortable bed. Great shower. The chairs on the balcony could have been more comfortable. There was a mechanical noise which cycled on and off and was a bit loud at night.

• Jasmine (9/5): Would’ve been 10/10 if there wasn’t ants in the bedroom. - Beautiful apartment and perfect location, had everything we could need (hairdryer, kitchen bits and bobs, wifi, Netflix provided!) and a good comfy bed & air con in both living areas. Frequently found ants in the bed which was obviously not great, never even had the windows open to get any in either. But generally a really lovely place, just a warning for anyone big squeamish! They did have ant traps around though.

Property was in a secured location. Apartment very central within walking distance to train station and all the attractions and amenities.

Welcome: communication pre arrival was excellent and to welcome us there was Luciano, the loveliest person ever, who explained us everything we needed to know. The apartment: furnished with anything one might need and even more (like shoes cleaning products, boardgames etc), clean, with a balcony that faces on a beautiful town landscape and garden (mandatory breakfast on it!). We had the perfect staying and can't wait to book it again! Everything was perfect, literally zero negative sides.

• Christine (9/5): Lovely clean and modern apartment in a great location - The apartment is modern and had everything we needed for our stay in Florence. It is in a great location too. Communication with the owners were good and Luciano was there to welcome us after our flight was delayed. We didn’t realise that there would be a sofa bed that could not be folded up during our stay so we had limited places to sit after we came back after walking around Florence all day. This apartment would be great for 2 people but for 3 people we found the lack of comfy sofa made our stay not so comfortable.
• Marian (9/5): Super convenient and lots of amenities - Fantastic location close to the train station, San Lorenzo market and about a 15 min walk to the Uffizi. The apartment was very quiet aside from some occasional construction noise from another apartment. We loved hearing the pigeons cooing in the garden and the church bells. There were plenty of snacks, coffee and candy on hand as well, and communication was good with the host’s agent. The laundry in the basement was great (3 euro to wash, 1 to dry). And the gardens at the entrance and back were gorgeous. Would definitely return. The dish washer was out of service. We were told the prior owners used liquid dish soap and ruined it, so we were doing dishes by hand. Also the owner’s agent said we had to take out our own trash and recycling to some place a block away. We’ve never stayed anywhere like that so it seemed odd. Otherwise no complaints.

The apartment was very well equipped and alot of thought had gone into providing everything that visitors may need during their stay. The apartment was quiet and overlooked a pleasant garden. There are restaurants and a good supermarket nearby. Would highly recommend if staying in Florence. Everything was very good except sofa not that comfortable

Centrally located and in walking distance to the train station and major attractions. The check in was easy at the planned time. The flat has a well appointed open kitchen. The sofa bed made it very convenient for third person.

Very well equipped and decorated. Right in the middle of Florence near San Lorenzo Markets. Loved the apartment and the location. The owner let us check-in early which meant we didn't have to store our luggage. We really appreciated that. Very close to main railway station I have visited Florence on a number of occasions and stayed in other apartments. This apartment surpasses others for location and comfort. I highly recommend staying in this apartment if you visit Florence. Liked everything

• Maria (10/5): the perfect home away from home - The hosts were easy to reach and we were greeted by Luciano; it’s the perfect home away from home - we stayed 4 days 3 nights - umbrellas were available should it rain (although we had our own), complete bath amenities, and kitchenware should you want a simple at home relaxing evening to chill and watch. Nothing!

The walk through garden is just lovely. Luciano, the host, was thorough in showing us the apartment and really helped us to plan our visit. I couldn't believe how well equipped the apartment is and all the extras provided. The balcony overlooking the garden is scenic and peaceful. I made use of the laundry room. You would be very hard pressed to find a better apartment than this in Florence. Very highly recommended. There was nothing to dislike. It was perfect.

• Yehoshua (6/5): OK but spoiled by the our poor treatment by our hosts - The hosts were extremely rude and did not respond to emails in a timely manner. Although our arrival time was clearly delivered to the hosts, they failed to see it and were not at the apartment when we arrived. They then told us they couldn't come to open the apartment so we had to wait for them. Following our visit, we received a rude email saying the apartment was left in a terrible, unclean condition, which was totally untrue. Everything was clean and returned to its proper place. When asked to document the reason for this, they failed to reply. Strange and inexplicable behavior.

• Choy (5/5): Passable - Check-in agent explain very clear about the apartment. Location is good When we book on booking.com, it shows one bed and a sofa-bed in the apartment. We are two persons but not couple, we would like to use the sofa bed and, hence, asked for additional beddings. The host questions us number of person and ask for additional charges for the sofabed of which we don't think reasonable, so, we withdraw our request. All charges should be known before booking. If two persons using sofabed requires additional cost, the host must mention it on booking.com

We were immediately greeted by Luciano who explained everything we needed to know about our 5-night stay! Everything was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed and much more! A lovely bottle of wine, plenty of coffee, cookies and crackers, oil and spices were there waiting when we arrived! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the linens nice quality and we slept very well! The whole compound of apartments is safe and surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants, something that is rare in the city! The location is also perfect and near many restaurants and not to far from all of the sites in beautiful Firenze! We highly recommend this apartment and if we come back we would definitely hope that this place is available! Nothing, everything was perfect!

• Holly (9/5): Perfect for a short stay to - The location is incredible for visiting Florence and easy to get to by car. It is also surprisingly quiet given how central it is. There were also some really lovely little touches for making our trip with our baby easier! He loved playing with the cuddly toys and it was great to have crockery and cutlery for him nothing really. we could have done with a dustpan and brush and instructions as to where to put the rubbish. other than that, it was perfect
• Raluca (10/5): Definetly the place to stay while in Florence! - Amazing apartment located in a quiet residential complex with interior garden. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and all the appliances work perfectly. Extremly well equiped, we could find everything we needed, from shower caps and slippers to q-tips. Great attention to details that makes you feel like home! The host is great, extremly friendly and helpful (they even helped us organize a surprise for one member of the group by buying cakes and wine 🥰). Even though close to the train station (area avoided in most cities), in Florence the area is safe, clean and civilised. just 3-400 meters from where the good restaurants and the city buzz starts! Bonus: breakfast cafe only 30 meters from the apartment.

• Alexander (10/5): A solid place at a convenient location - We liked the modern IKEA cabinets and appliances, convenient location (we chose being close to the train station as one of the "musts") and quietness. A/C worked well. The check-in was chaotic. As usual with the properties run by companies, rather than the owners, there was some miscommunication about when we should be met. Eventually, we met the agent who gave us the keys and walked us through the apartment. He was nice but very rushed, and we ended up texting him later to figure out why the microwave was not working. The company should really have more people meeting the customers.
