• Nathalie (7/5): - L'emplacement central. Le personnel très réactif et gentil. Sombre et la poutre au niveau de la mezzanine était basse, on se cognait la tête tout le temps. Équipement cuisine vraiment pas top. Bonde de l’ évier de la salle de bain , impossible à enlever . L'évier est resté fermé tout le temps de ce fait. Ce fut donc compliqué d'évacuer l’eau.

• Robyn (10/5): This place had a lot of restaurants and tourist destinations in walking distance. Great little market around the corner. - It was very roomy. Clean and comfortable. Having to go to one place to pick up the key to go to the apartment. It wasnt close when you’re hauling luggage.
• Brittany (10/5): Perfect, cozy stay. - Cute place and centrally located. Ceiling in the bedroom a bit low, definitely hit my head a couple of times. Not bad, just be careful.
• Feidhlim (10/5): - The layout was great. The bed was comfy. Has everything needed for a long stay. The location is great, 5 min walk from the piazza of Santa croce and walking up the street there are so many options for food, drinks and coffee. Washing machine doesn't work well. A proper airconitioner would make the room even more comfortable.

• Maysie (10/5): Stunning apartment in the heart of Florence - you can't get better than this. - Stunning apartment in the heart of Florence - you can't get better than this. We had an amazing weeks stay here celebrating our honeymoon! The interior design is spot on, the apartment is the perfect size and has ideal facilities. We really appreciated the coffee machine & washer. Bed is super comfortable, bathroom & shower is lovely, sofa a great size to relax on - everything was perfect. Location wise you can't really get much better... It was a short walk from the Duomo, but you can reach other "main" areas within 5min walk. Nearby streets have lots of nice restaurants, little shops, leather studios etc. and are perfect for a stroll around. We LOVED this place! And this didn't bother us but other guests may want to be aware: Upstairs neighbours can be slightly noisy but it didn't bother us at all - we thought it added to the charm! We spent a lot of time at the apartment and you could hear them practising piano in the early evening which was actually really nice. They did provide ear plugs on the bedside tables! You wont hear any street noise however, it was lovely and quiet even with windows open in the evening. If you are taller - the lofted bedroom area is quite low. We are 5ft7 and even we had to be careful not to hit our heads on the lower areas. But it makes the bedroom feel super cosy and we loved it!
• Lavania (9/5): Exactly what we needed at the time - My god the washing machine was a life saver! We are on our honeymoon and arrived here from our first stop in Venice. We appreciated the space, to just breathe inbetween the crazy amount of walking we did roaming around Florence. I loved the kitchen for when we brought back food. I loved the lounge and all the really cool stuff in the apartment. I was fine with it but my husband is very tall and accidentally knocked his head a few times upstairs. This is not something that the property owner can control but the family upstairs love to drag their chairs and plays the piano at odd times. They did supply ear plugs for us to sleep, in staying that we slept very well! The shower, not matter what we did managed to get so much water in the floor.

• Amy (10/5): Great stay! Highly recommend. - Beautiful!! A great location and easy to walk to everything - train station included. Nice to have a kitchen if you don’t want to eat out every meal and decently stocked with cookware. We both had to duck in the upstairs loft, but it wasn’t an issue. Nothing! It was our favourite place we stayed all trip. The ladies were wonderful and easy to contact if we had any questions or concerns.

Put his card in the apartment Tight upstairs! Just have someone meet visitors at the apt. Very noisy! The piano was beautiful but always movement around us.

• Cheryl (9/5): We had a fabulous time in Florence and loved coming home to such a welcoming place! - My daughter and I came to Florence to visit my other daughter studying in town and this was absolutely the perfect place for us. We felt so at home here. The kitchen is lovely, wonderful light comes through the tall windows and the high ceilings make the place seem roomy. Loved the location, convenient to everything!! My only complaint would be the shower is very small and without a door/curtain the water splashes out and gets everything wet.
• Gavin (10/5): Great value with no compromise - The appartment was exactly as described, completely perfect, Diana gave us a map showing the best spots to eat, drink, grocery shop etc, the location is a shortish walk from the centre of Florence and the train station to the airport is a manageable walk. There is also a lovely bakery next-door which we went to for breakfast most days. The cooking facilities seemed perfectly fine although we didn't use them and the apartment was fully kitted out with appliances (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, air conditioning) and the TV had Netflix with a very comfy sofa. The roof on the upper floor is quite low, so it wouldn't suit someone very tall. We bumped our heads a few times not thinking. The Acacia Firenze building you collect your keys from is a bit tricky to find if you're not looking closely but we managed to find it alright eventually. Overall I can't fault the apartment anywhere, it is superb value for money with little compromise
