• Giulia (1/5): Bruttissimo - Solamente la posizione centrale Innanzitutto l’attesa di più di 10 minuti per il check in, quando era stato già concordato l’orario di arrivo. La casa (se così può essere definita) è minuscola (non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto), molto vecchia nell’arredamento e sporca (polvere a terra, piatti e posate incrostati). Si sentono tutti i rumori sia all’interno del palazzo che all’esterno, sembra quasi di essere per strada tanto sono forti. Pochissima comunicazione con lo staff. Non hanno risposto alle varie domande poste. Il ragazzo che mi ha accolta al check in mi disse che potevo chiedere delle capsule per la macchinetta del caffè ma non ho mai ricevuto nessuna risposta. La casa è sprovvista di qualsiasi cosa (oltre il caffè, sarebbe stato gradito trovare qualcosa da mangiare o bere considerato il prezzo). Nel bagno non c’è il bidet e nemmeno un doccino con cui potersi lavare. La sconsiglio fortemente
• Peter (3/5): Not my cup of coffee - Conveniently located Lack of flexibility in part of staff. Promised an iron box but stayed a whole week without the host providing. The location on this platform doesn’t provide the building/house number and therefore when you get to the location on the map you have to wait for about 20 or so minutes before the host can take you to where the house is located. They did not clean the place for the 7 days I was there. There was no cooking gas/stove

• Dana (1/5): AVOID - location! 1) property is VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND as there is no name or sign or even house number. i spent nearly 20 min just walk along the street to look for correct building, until the host shouted my name. 2) BOILER WAS NOT WORKING! so NO HOT WATER and NO HEATING. and it was December! i was freezing in the room and been heating with a hair dryer. I've been asking for engineer to come and check the boiler and heating for 3 days! engineer came only at 22:00 on the last night and confirmed that boiler is broken. So, I've been offered another accommodation for the last night, but not in the same building, which i get to only at 23:00 and .... hot water only in the kitchen and no heating. 3) manager is NOT TAKING any responsibility and LIES that I was given another accommodation which i refused (and why would i refused and stayed in freezing room with no hot water???) . 4) there is NO KETTLE or anything to make at least a tea! but there are two coffee machines, microwave and sink. 5) property has NO SOUNDPROOFFING or any means of insulation. so you hear anything around the block, like you are sleeping on the Hight street.

• Filippo (8/5): - Ho trovato tutto bene pulito materassi e cuscini comodissimi,ero da solo per cui anche se piccolina era perfetta per me , già in due è un problema Anche se tieni il condizionatore caldo acceso per giorni la casa rimane parecchio fredda secondo me c'è da guardare gli spifferi

• Ahmad Lutfi (7/5): Very centrally located. - Location: Just perfect! Literally right next to the Basilica Santa Croce in the heart of the city. Located on a busy street. Carrefour supermarket only 2 mins walk away. Check-in: slightly chaotic as you need to book time slot that is convenient for the host for them to give you keys. The host kept pestering me about what time I will arrive in Florence! Room: just perfect size for me (solo traveller). Windows are poorly insulated but I was already aware of this and brought some good quality ear plugs - no noise issue for me at night! Facilities and Comfort: very comfortable bed. Pillows are awful and super lumpy. There’s microwave and coffee machine in the room (although nespresso pods aren’t provided. Bathroom is very small and cleanliness can be improved for sure. Good AC for hot summer days. The owner initially assured me I can leave my luggage in the room at 12pm while the room is being cleaned then changed their mind the night before so I had to walk to their office and leave my luggage there instead. Connectivity: good wifi. Overall comment: a good stay but would prefer more flexibility with check-in process. Noise - this didn’t bother me in the slightest (so it doesn’t affect my overall rating) but some people may find it an important factor. I’d suggest bring high quality ear plugs! Check-in: would prefer a bit more flexibility as I’ve mentioned.

• Dille-Amo (5/5): Middelmatig appartement op een toplocatie - De locatie middenin het centrum was erg prettig. Het zit overal dichtbij. De deur op een voor mij niet prettige manier op slot. Hierdoor had ik geen veilig gevoel als ik op stap was. Bovendien was de kamer niet naar mijn wensen geisoleerd, waardoor de in de nacht veel herrie van de straat hoorde. Bovendien viel de inrichting van de kamer tegen.

• Blair (6/5): Pleasant, just for sleeping and washing. - Amazing location, right in the heart of Florence with plenty going on around. Felt grubby, and the keys were not in the lockbox when we got there. Had to wait for the operator to come and deliver them to us, as I assume someone had accidentally forgotten to put them back.
• Pierluigi (4/5): Disappointing - The owner is really kind and was easygoing with the check-in. The room was clean. The photos are older the walls are really dirty. Its also really loud but its not something they can change its normal for such a room. The worst thing was also maybe not the owners fault we saw some cockroaches in front of rooms door.

• Cecilia (8/5): Lovely small apartment in a perfect city - The place was so central, it had everything you needed except an oven or a stove. It was no big problem in the end, we ended up eating at the restaurant in the same building all the time! The service was very good, I only had the contact with them through email, which worked out great. I also had an incident with my neighbors that they handled very well. I’d 100% rent this again but during the summertimes, I loved the city, I loved the apartment! So take this with a grain of salt, we rented during the cold months of the year, so it’s not really any use if you rent during the summer. but the room was very cold. We needed to use 2 blankets and stick together all night haha. There was one AC, but due to laws you couldn’t have it up very high and not for long, which I understand. I’d say that you can hear everything and anything from outside and in the stairwell to the apartment. We woke up to 3 girls having an argument in the middle of the night and it was like they were inside the apartment. And that’s the biggest downside with it.
